I was scheduled here to see Dr. Brent for Cataracts. After several appts. And consultations as well as having them removed I must say everything from start to finish was done very professionally. Especially since it takes co-ordination between the two offices to set up appointments as well as the operating procedures. I am truly grateful to Dr. Brent and the staff at both facilities for their professionalism and dedication to their patients.

At Premier, I had Dr J.E.B. and found him to be patient and sincere when addressing my eye care. One thing I found interesting is the steps of the process (checking in, determining current vision measures, seeing the optometrist, etc) are all done separately. In this way, things move along, but I can see when one area could be backed up. However, I have not yet experienced this to occur. I have found the staff to be professionals and positive. Additionally, at the Hartzdale Dr location, there is ample parking with easy access to the front door.

I had purchased a pair of eyeglasses from Bouquet Mulligan & Demilo that I somehow damaged and needed a new pair and I went to see what was available and they were running a special on Oakley glasses and I came across a pair that I really wanted and made a purchase and got a discount and some other nice items for free. I recently had a problem with my Oakley's and took them back to see if they could be fixed. In order to fix them they had to order a part. When the part came in I took them back and not only did they fix them, they did it free of charge. Highly recommend this business, great customer service, great technicians and great eye doctors.

I was able to get in first thing in the morning and had my problem diagnosed within minutes. The staff was very professional and handled my insurance with no issues. They hurt my ears because they were too tight and their adjustments did not help. When I ordered them they never called me to tell me they came in and also when they sent them out to have the lens corrected they didn't call either. They charged me for frames that were to be covered by my insurance. So I ended up shelling out over six hundred dollars for glasses that are worthless to me. I can actually see better out of my old glasses that I bought at My Eye Doctor. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time and money.
