My husband's glasses were wildly expensive and they came in after two weeks, and they forgot the coating. So off they go back to be remade. Another two weeks. Dr. Carder is an expert in how neurological conditions affect optometry. She did 2 days worth of testing on me to make sure she could recommend an accurate prescription. After seeing her, that's where things fell apart. I was recommended neurolens, and I asked about getting a tint or transitions. They said they would call the manufacturer and let me know, so i left without ordering the lens. Now the headache started. Me calling them. Waiting on hold. Realizing the person I need is at a different location. (They have locations in Saline and Chelsea.) Calling the other location. Waiting on hold. Leaving a message. Repeat. Repeat. Part of this practice during the pandemic is to call when you get there and a staff member brings you paperwork if needed. From there at your apot time, you go to a screener in the front foyer where you are asked questions and get your temperature taken before entering. I needed an update on my glasses mostly for nighttime driving and occasionally if my eyes are tired. I'm very lucky as its a tiny prescription and my new glasses have anti-glare which helps a lot with the brighter headlights. I was able to pick up without an appointment but called from my car and picked up in the foyer screening area. For fittings, appointments are required.

They were ordering me new lenses for my glasses on the 23rd of September it is now October 9th and I called because it has been 2 week, I called to check on my lenses to find out they haven't even ordered my new lenses so now it's been over a month. I cannot see out of these lenses they are wrong and now since they have an order them now I'm going to have to wait another couple weeks to get my lenses. I have wore glasses since I was 10 years old I am now 67 years old I have never been so disappointed in some place They are dealing with my eyesight and they take it so nonchalant I will never ever go back
