Doctor was very nice and friendly. I know some people are not comfortable with not having the doctor in the office. I felt that way at first. I guess this is the way healthcare in general is going to cut costs. I do not feel I got any less care by seeing the doctor through Zoom because all testing was done in the office. The tech did mention it has not been as busy since the office stopped taking state insurance. In some cases, same-day appointments are available now.
