At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

The old tub was sitting on an 8 foot high deck that had a 3 and a half foot iron railing that the tub had to be lifted over. And then lowered onto their trailer. They went over and above the call of duty and didn't damage our deck or landscaping. This was a very hard job and was done in 92 muggy degrees. Their prices are great and their service is 5 star. Come out and say it's now the motherboard. Replaced that, it glitched, came on and back off. Now saying it's the control panel but it's one that may not be able to find to replace, since tub is an older model. And may need a new hot tub. Will go elsewhere if that's the case. Also ordered a new liner over a month ago for pool. Said it would be installed before the 4th of July. Got a call last week stating it's now being done July 6st. Well it's the 6st and still not being done e. They charge a $299 show up fee when they come out, even if they can't fix the problem. Better off going elsewhere and save you the headache and money!!

Caribbean installed our 14 X 28 in ground pool over about 4 weeks in August. They did a great job…read more Showed up when they said they would and completed everything as promised. They communicated with us e Rey step of the way. This was a complex installation because due to a narrow yard and a driveway with limited access. Major electrical work had to be done in order to meet code. Their electrician is the best you could ask for. Working to pull permits in our City isn't simple either but it all worked out and we were in our new pool before Labor Day. If there were any negatives, it was the extra costs for stone, concrete, etc. Even though we were informed up front, we just kept writing checks. Also, the concrete company cleaned the truck's chute out after each pour. This left large chunks of concrete all over the yard. Usually the contractor is responsible for the subcontractors work but apparently not in this case. It was a very labor intensive cleanup from that alone. If you're thinking about a pool I highly recommend Caribbean.

Nurseries and gardens help me relive that realisation. We've been to this Hewitt's a number of times, and on this latest visit, made very similar observations. They have as wide a variety of plants, trees, and gardening supplies as other nurseries in the region, but perhaps the plants are not getting as close attention as at some others, Nisky Faddegon's, which I realise is more an exception, not the norm (I've seen plants in worse conditions at Lowe's and Home Depot). It may also be that this is past the peak buying season, but the wilting leaves and perished stalks always manage to tug at my heartstrings. They had just what we were looking for: arbricola green! We grabbed two of the healthier looking. There was a variegated variety which was denser than what we got. Their indoor plant selection is still one of the best around here, and the staff there have always been friendly. I hope the locals continue to support Hewitt's and they stay open for many more decades.
