The old tub was sitting on an 8 foot high deck that had a 3 and a half foot iron railing that the tub had to be lifted over. And then lowered onto their trailer. They went over and above the call of duty and didn't damage our deck or landscaping. This was a very hard job and was done in 92 muggy degrees. Their prices are great and their service is 5 star. Come out and say it's now the motherboard. Replaced that, it glitched, came on and back off. Now saying it's the control panel but it's one that may not be able to find to replace, since tub is an older model. And may need a new hot tub. Will go elsewhere if that's the case. Also ordered a new liner over a month ago for pool. Said it would be installed before the 4th of July. Got a call last week stating it's now being done July 6st. Well it's the 6st and still not being done e. They charge a $299 show up fee when they come out, even if they can't fix the problem. Better off going elsewhere and save you the headache and money!!

I was at their mercy and told them to install the new filter. then came time to close the pool, they sent a couple of guys who literally knew little about pools, they didn't use the pillow that we were sold said we didn't need it. we opened our pool this week , green. I am thinking they didn't even use closing chemicals, I am praying that the center drain line was properly blown out. if they were apologetic or polite one thing the woman is down right nasty. she doesn't take complaints well, so convenience is no substitute for professionalism. I've forgotten her name, but the sales person was very nice. She was helpful, but not at all pushy. Excellent communication during delivery and they came when they were supposed to and took time setting it up the way we wanted it - 4 stars for that. When we used it, the jets tended to pulsate with more or less power. After a few phone calls with Jonathon (sp?), who was very patient and always returned my calls, they came out and tried a fix that helped but didn't completely alleviate the problem. Then Jim offered to either bring in the hot tub to fix it, give me a brand new one at no cost, or try one other fix. Definitely 5 stats for that. I opted for the fix, which worked and haver been enjoying the spa ever since. When the technician was here (forgot his name), he mentioned how much he enjoyed working there and how happy he was with the management, which is always nice to hear. Very happy we happened upon this place.

They didn't tell me he wouldn't even unboxed it days later. I'm still trying to put it together. He got all done. The pumpywas below grade. and it poured out the next day the water was up to the top of the pump and over the top of the chlorinator I called and complained. They said they have the guy come back out and he did brought it up to ground level after he left. I noticed the backwash nozzle was only few feet from the house, which is totally wrong at one point Jim from a frame told me I should've paid attention. It wasn't my job to pay attention. I could go on and on, but If I could've, I would've had take the whole thing back and start fresh with somebody else

He goes out of his way to help you like the old school, hometown, mom and pop store. I am just so in awe of him. Leslie s pool has an asset in Todd. Never let him go!. If Leslie s pool could duplicate him in all there stores, they would put every other pool store out of business. Leslie's pool is my first and only stop for everything pool.
