Haven't been back in Mykonian House in ages ! So glad we went back. However one issue is that they do not have a weekend brunch menu. The lunch menu is Only for the weekdays! So that was a bummer especially when I wanted the pricing special. We have to pay dinner prices for brunch!! The food is still very good. We ordered the gigante beans, zucchini chips, fried calamari and shared the dorado fish. Which was so tender ! And cooked so well. Honestly all of the dishes were so delicious ! Was definitely a pricy brunch given they were dinner prices. However food is still delicious !

Food: My friend and I shared the greek salad which was pretty tasty. We also shared the Tzatziki dip with bread and pita. It was good but kind of heavy on the garlic. My friend had the shrimp dish as her main dish I had the chicken with lemon potatoes. Mine was tasty. My friend's dish she said was rubbery. She sent it back and they brought it out again and still rubbery. And also there was not much cheese on hers like she thought there would be. To drink I had a prosecco and my friend had an aperol spritz. Service: Not sure what my friend thought but I felt a bit rushed. Food came out pretty fast I was shocked because it was also very busy. Every table was filled. Our waiter was nice but when clearing dishes it felt fast and one of the staff members dropped something on my friend or close to her. Ambiance: Well as I said it was a very crowded night. Every table filled. Gets very loud and OH MAN was it hot in there. I didn't really ever cool down only when the door would open for a quick second. I don't know if there heat is turned up all the way or what but man oh man! I also read in other reviews it was very hot for other people too. Also, tables are very close together and so, it is a bit hard to get in and out of the table especially if you are sitting in the couch side and there are other people sitting on both sides of you. There are better places I would rather go spend money on Greek food in the city. I am glad I tried it but don't know if I will be back.

Everything was beyond delicious and service was outstanding. At the end of the stay my friend was gifted a yummy piece of cake!

Ate here several times since they opened. Food never disappoints and the place is very cozy. I'm not a huge lamb chop person and to hear me say that they are delicious, means something!!! Staff is friendly.

Must try: Moussaka, Chicken, and Tzatziki! Why: We started with the Tzatziki and it was cool, creamy, and tangy. Pita bread came out warm and dipped in Tzatziki was so refreshing we ate two baskets worth. I appreciate the large serving of Tzatziki. I got the Moussaka because I've been craving it for over a year and it did not disappoint. Made with potato and eggplant casserole, beef, onion, and tomato - rich and flavorful! My friend enjoyed the chicken, which was mostly juicy and tender made with rosemary and thyme. There were some bites in the chicken breast that was a wee bit dry but table olive oil or tzatziki sauce worked its magic. Both main dishes were large and filling. Notes: Super cute and clean restaurant on UES near the Met. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Great for intimate occasions or larger parties. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They also provided great recommendations. Def coming back to try their seafood.

I stumbled upon this place after a visit to the MET. It was small and quaint inside. I took a seat at the bar. The host was and the bartender were both super friendly. There were some locals at the bar which made the experience fun as they were chatty. I started with their bread which was really good. I then ordered a fish, the Lavraki. The fish was soooo good. It was a whole fish cooked to perfection. It was a perfect white fish. I got spinach on the side a la carte and some great white wine from Greece. I wanted one of everything on the menu, it all looked good. The place is pricey but it is NYC. The bartender was super helpful with helping me choose what to eat. I would certainly return.

Spent an hour here at the bar on Valentine's Day for apps and a drink before heading back downtown. It's not a spacious bar but it works fine if you're ok experiencing a bustling Greek restaurant energy flow around you. We loved it. People very nice. Apps OUTSTANDING. Good vibe and value.

THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! WE LOVED RITA! She was very friendly and helped us out ordering and even brought us dessert. The food itself was really good, loved the Greek salad and sea bass. We got seated with no wait even though it was crowded at the bar. All around great experience ans i

Great Greek restaurant in the Upper East Side! Great addition to the neighborhood. Get the chicken soup and grilled octopus. The crabcake was also yummy but wish they gave us more than one. There was real crab meat though. Bread was warm - love that.

First time dining at Mykonian and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was excellent, cocktails were great and the food was spot on delicious.

We were looking for some fresh healthy food in the middle of our trip to NYC and stumbled on this gem. Great service and even better food. They literally took us on a trip to Mykonos for lunch. Highly recommend!

Elea has an outdoor shed which was covered and very nice. We got a table in this shed with our baby and dog. The service was friendly. We ordered several dishes to share, the fried calamari, grilled octopus and lavraki, all on the lunch menu. I really enjoyed every single dish! I was so craving the fried calamari and this really hit the spot, I loved the dipping sauce (which was a light tomato's based sauce but it was not exactly marinara). I loved the octopus especially with hummus! And the fish which was a lot with 2 fillets of lavraki with a large portion of spinach! So yummy, we will absolutely be back and can't wait!

If they're posting a job on Craigslist, maybe they could save everyone time by noting who they aren't looking for. It was quick, it was clear, and it definitely left an impression--though not the kind you hope for in an interview. It definitely felt like being black affected the experience.

It could be spectacular!…read more Service is on point to a fault, an aspect that shouldn't be lost. Their attention to your experience and making sure you have what you need shows their commitment to hospitality. Is it Outrageous Hospitality? No, but you won't walk away complaining about service if your evening was like ours. You might, though, give four stars for a meal that was good but not incredible " you want to walk away from a meal - no matter the price - saying "that was worth it" and its hard for me to do that, in this case. Delicious scallops, but the app order is just two (we had nine people and they didn't let us know what we needed to get the job done). The Greek Salad had some of the freshest and delicious tomatoes I've had in quite some time (and, given the nature of the place, you know this has to be a dish they hit it out of the park). We joined together as a table for Lavraki and Sea Bass. The deboning and plating at the table was a nice touch, though I was disappointed in both lacking flavor. The disappointment came with the vegetable offering as the only green option - the broccolini and cauliflower - came as plain Jane as one can imagine, actually making the side a detractor from the whole dish. Would I return? I'm not against the place at all, but I'm certain I'll try other options in Midtown first.
