Food was delicious and service was amazing thanks to our server Tom! Definitely have to come back next time we're in Chicago.

Fantastic place! The food, the vibe and the service are top notch. Live music was entertaining and fun! We had a plethora of great food, from salads to meats to sweets, amazing. My favorite was the gyro. That was so delicious, soft pita and lovely meats! I'd visit when we're back to this city. The wine selections were great too, lots of variety!

We visited Mykonos for a Mothers Day lunch and it was great! Since we had a larger party, we had to make reservations and the process was super easy, just give them a call. Upon arrival we were able to be seated right away. We sat on the patio area and it was not what I expected. Immediately you seem to be transported away to the Greek islands. There's lots of greenery and for being inside a kind of tent, it wasnt stuffy or muggy inside. Service was fast and our waitress was attentive. It's a Greek restaurant so of course we had to order the saganaki. It was good and had a nice crisp to it! However, the star of the appetizers was definitely the octopus. It was so tender and had a perfect char to it. I'd come back again just for the octopus. I ordered the leg of lamb with rice and green beans. The lamb was also really tender and the rice with that tomato sauce was perfection. This little combo hits every time. My mom ordered the combo plate and while she liked it, she did say it was a tad on the saltier side. However she loved the experience and that's what matters to me. On the plus side, since it was Mothers Day we got a free dessert. It was flan (a little odd in my opinion since it's a Greek restaurant) but OMG! The flan melted in your mouth. Not sure if this is a regular dessert item but if it is ORDER. IT. Overall, so glad I got to finally try Mykonos with my family after driving past it for so many years. If you're in the mood for Greek, check this place out!

We've been coming to Mykonos for almost 2 decades and this was our first visit back since pre-Covid so you're talking over 5+ years ago. Luckily we made reservations for this Saturday night dinner because this place is packed as usual. They do have free valet, however, if you are lucky enough to find a parking space on the side parking lot, make sure to get it. The best surprise after our last visit for over five years was, they did a complete internal renovation of the space. If you've been coming here, you know that it looked like the very traditional Mykonos environment and now it is a very modern look. The menu is just as fantastic and the food is absolutely consistent and authentic. Love that they still have Greek owners as well. This place is reliable love coming here and will continue to come here, especially with this new renovation.

Although we are from the area, we had never visited before, and the photos immediately caught our attention. The bar fit our vibe perfectly, and after visiting a few times, we knew it was the right place for us. We rented both spaces: the main bar upstairs and Nightshade, the speakeasy downstairs. Moonflower has a small stage in the main bar, which we used for our ceremony. The space already has so much character that it needed very little decorating. We brought small flower vases and an altar piece that the bride and her now mother in law made together. After the ceremony, we held cocktail hour and served food buffet style in the main bar. Later, everyone moved downstairs to Nightshade. Its lounge atmosphere and dance floor were perfect for our 50 to 60 guests. Some people relaxed around the cocktail tables while others danced, so everyone could enjoy the night in their own way. Moonflower's event organizer, Morgan, was wonderful. She made the entire planning process feel easy and was a joy to work with. She helped turn our ideas into reality, assisting with day of logistics, décor, beverage packages, and every question that came up. She was always responsive and available. Morgan also helped us think through details that had not occurred to us, including coffee for our guests, explaining the parking situation, contacting nearby businesses about using their lots, and recommending DJs. We ultimately hired one of the DJs she suggested. Her extra support was incredibly helpful and took a great deal of stress out of planning. If you have not tried Moonflower's drinks, you are missing out. Their regular cocktail menu is fantastic, and our experience was even more special because of a custom cocktail session with Zach. He created signature drink options for each of us based on our tastes and favorite cocktails. Every option was spectacular, and the final drinks felt personal and special. We chose Funeral Potatoes for the food. Since they already handle the food at Moonflower, we were able to try many dishes beforehand. Our guests raved about everything. We especially recommend the brussels sprouts, deviled eggs, and caprese sandwiches. Alexis, who heads up Funeral Potatoes, was also extremely helpful with selecting the menu. The only outside food we brought in was our wedding cake. The entire staff was phenomenal. Everyone treated the occasion with the perfect balance of care, professionalism, and fun. The night went off without a hitch and was truly one of the best nights of our lives. Moonflower was also extremely reasonable compared with other venues we considered in the city, especially with an open bar and food available on site. Street parking was plentiful, and none of our guests had trouble finding a spot. For anyone looking for a relaxed wedding for 50 to 60 people with a memorable lounge atmosphere, fantastic staff, buffet style food, and exceptional cocktails, Moonflower should be at the top of your list.

Street parking was easy to find which is a plus. Its walk-ins only but my party of 6 were able to get a table no problem on a Friday night. To drink, I started with the Oolong Martinez. It was good but way too strong for me so I just gave it to my husband lol. I opted for the Kiss & Tell instead except I asked for no mezcal. Much lighter and refreshing! I believe they have a downstairs lounge called "Nightshade" which serves their own special menu. My goal is to go downstairs next time! Their food is GAS!!! Everything I ate was a 5/5 for me - especially the party fries and the moon burger. We got the deviled eggs and funeral potatoes for the table and I was blown away (both of these menu items rotate flavors monthly). Also FYI - They have a photobooth!!!! I love photobooths!

Big lot, quiet stretch of shoreline on the northwest side of town, and then the building itself sitting right on the water. Genuinely gorgeous on approach. Inside is a soaring converted church, and the first ten seconds are impressive. The tradeoff is exactly what those bones promise: it echoes, and it gets loud. Plenty of space beyond the main dining room too, with offshoot rooms they use for private parties and events. **Service** Our server ran the table like it was a chain casual spot, which isn't what this room calls for. Pushy pace, back every two minutes clearing plates we were still eating from, no sense of letting the meal breathe. It doesn't need to be steakhouse formal. It just needs to slow down and match the setting. Credit where due, they brought out a sparkler for the birthday, which always lands. **Food & Drink** - **Chicken Shawarma Rolls** -- excellent. Phyllo, cabbage, red peppers, mozzarella, spicy garlic aioli. Best thing we ate. - **Appetizers overall** -- consistently good, clearly the kitchen's strength. - **Raw bar** -- oysters, crudos, poke bowls, towers. Looks like the real move here. Going that direction next time. - **Halo Del Santo** -- spot on. Reposado, guava, coconut liqueur, lemon, tajín rim. Cocktails across the board were perfectly made. - **Steak** -- fine. Average. The mains were the weakest part of the menu, which stings at this price point. - **Banana sticky toffee pudding** -- I've had amazing versions. This wasn't it. **Verdict** Round it to **4 stars**, honestly a 3.5. Worth seeing the space once on its own. Treat it as an elevated happy hour, drinks plus apps plus raw bar, and it's a genuinely good time. Order deep into the mains and the value drops off. Slow the service down and it jumps half a star without changing anything in the kitchen.

He was obviously very very drunk to a point where he could barely walk wo/stumbling. He was slurring his words. Both my sister & I asked the bartender not to serve him anymore alcohol but she kept serving him drinks even after we asked. She continued to serve him even after we asked her not to.
