Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. According to the previous review, they close for lunch early as the listed schedule, they will start turning people away at 11. Don't understand why insurance and doctors refer patients to this lab. I tried, blood drawing is such a painful experiences for me physically and mentally with this labs. Not going to do blood drawing this year, skip it.

It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. But this place will exceed your expectations. It's very clean and well kept when you walk the hallways. The residents are taken care of well and you can see them walking and visiting each other. I was happy to see so many residents smiling as well as staff members interacting so much. My mom has gotten great care here and they always keep me in the loop of any changes in her health. They call me right away if anything urgent happens. My mom has been very stable and very well taken care of here. As long as you bring your ID and your insurance card and hand it over you're ready to go. I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. The owner should also find out why people do not go to the other two places but here.

There was 1 odd experience where the front desk staff asked me to pay $10 cash (no one else was there) for my blood draw, when I NEVER paid before or after that 1 scenario. My insurance didn't change either so it seemed a bit weird... The staff that draws blood are usually kind, patient (even if there's a lot of people) and are efficient. This facility was assigned to my mom through her insurance to help with her physical therapy after…read moreshe had a hip replacement. The case manager and PT coordinator was really unprofessional. My insurance company authorized a set of PT session for her recovery, after waiting a couple of weeks for the PT coordinator to call and coordinate a PT to come out, they never called so I called them. They claimed that all session was completed and that the case is closed. I have filed grievance claim with my insurance for Medicare fraud. Stay away from this place.
