They only charged $5 per bag and was willing to hold it for most of the day. It gave us time to do some last minute shopping and to get some lunch. When we returned, our bags were as we left them. All locked up and secure. They even had weight scales available for us to weigh out bags, just like at the airports. So we could adjust each bag and know which ones could hold our stuff we just bought. Then it was off to the airport with no trouble or worries. For us, the cost was way worth it. And not too far from Disney Springs, so getting back and forth using Uber/Lyft was easy. The next time we're in town, we'll use them again.

It took us a little while to adjust to the Florida heat since it was pretty hot, but once we did, we had an incredible time. There was so much to see and do! We loved the alligators, the exciting shows, the snakes, all the entertainment, and all the beautiful birds. Everything kept our family entertained throughout the day. We also got to feed these small alligator. Around midday, a little rain came through, and it actually made the day even more enjoyable by cooling everything down. It was perfect! If you have little ones, I highly recommend visiting Gatorland. It's a fun, family-friendly place with something for everyone. We made wonderful memories and will definitely be coming back!

This airport is massively huge & can be pretty crowded. It can get packed, especially when everyone is trying to get through security or get to their gates, so I'd recommend giving yourself plenty of time. There's also a lot of walking involved, depending on where you need to go. I like that there's plenty to look @ while waiting for a flight, & the airport has a nice mix of places to grab something to eat, shop, or just sit down & relax. @ times, it can feel a little overwhelming w/ so many people around, but that's pretty normal for a major airport. Overall, Orlando International has a lot going on, but it gets the job done. If you're flying in or out of Orlando, just give yourself enough time to navigate everything.

The couple that works on leather in the back prides themselves on being leather experts however a few leather projects that they actually charged me a lot have been mediocre at best. you can see that some leather was cut like a two years old did it and the stitching in some places was crooked its like they were in a rush of doing it. Also an older gentleman (not sure i think he is the original owner) is not very nice and couple of times he barked that something not worth fixing or he made remarks that he will not use a certain zipper (later it was perfectly done by another person) So at first this shop was ok but it went downhill with other projects. Like the very last order was horrible and when i came to pick it up i asked for a different zipper pull (which they promised in the first place) and the guy who works in the back with no patience acted so mad that he almost threw the leather piece on the counter. They also when they first tell you about your order and make you pay upfront but then a few other times they switched the details and never called doubt it. For example one luggage piece we talked about a certain leather color for the handle but when i came to pick it up it was a different leather (it was close to the one i picked and i didn't say anything) but they did not even bother to call me to inform about it. Unless it is a warranty project i would avoid this place at all costs. I actually found another company with much nicer people.

A zipper broke on the removable cover on my son's baseball catcher's bag. We had won the bag in a raffle, and it is expensive to replace (about $200). So I took it down to Luggage Service to see if it could be repaired. The owner was there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the issue immediately and explained my options. Instead of recommending the most expensive fix (replacing the entire zipper), he recommended permanently attaching the cover to the bag with a piece of leather at the detachment point where the zipper was broken ($30). He said that it's the most economical option and would make the zipper more "boy proof." He said to leave it with him and it would be done in a couple of hours. When I returned a couple of hours later, the bag was behind the counter and his daughter greeted me as soon as I walked in. If you go onto their website, the business has an incredible 107 year history in Tampa with several photos of how the company grew over the century and the historic buildings they occupied. She and I talked about that for a few moments as she cashed me out. Before you throw out a damaged bag or suitcase, consider Luggage Service Repair! They also have a huge selection of luggage and other types of bags for sale in their showroom.

One word to the wise, if you paid for transportation to and from the airport thru Carnival you must take their ride as soon as you disembark upon returning to Tampa...Luckily I had remembered the name of the agent with Carnival who told us that we could take the shuttle bus at ANY time to get back to the airport but found out that was untrue. Luckily the bus had returned to bring passengers for the next cruise out and we were able to ride back to the airport with him. I will say the Tampa Port for Carnival S.U.C.K.S. and the cruise itself was, well, lets just say I expected everyone to have mullets and be missing the majority of their teeth. NEVER AGAIN for that port.

Brightline Orlando Station to West Palm Beach…read more When Richard Branson helped bring Brightline train service connecting Orlando and South Florida, I thought, oh my gosh--what a great concept! Well, I recently had the opportunity to actually put it to use. I couldn't get a flight out of Orlando, so instead of stressing, I decided to take Brightline from Orlando to West Palm Beach, where I was able to catch a flight. And I'm so glad I did! I upgraded to Premium, which included drinks, a meal, and snacks. Definitely worth the upgrade! The seats were comfortable with more than enough legroom, tray tables for dining, and reclining seats. The train itself was clean, the ride was incredibly smooth, and we arrived in a timely manner. The onboard service was wonderful! The attendant was very friendly and came around offering drinks, snacks, and lunch. I enjoyed a Bloody Mary with a tin of sour cream chips, and for lunch I had the chicken and corn pasta, which was pretty good. Overall, this turned what could have been a frustrating travel day into a comfortable and relaxing experience. Couldn't get a flight? Brightline to the rescue! I would absolutely ride Brightline again, and Premium is the way to go!

The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location. Thanks so much for a great experience for this couple on their wedding day !!!
