First time I try something like this and probably the last. I made the booking online at 1.30pm for a $75 pedicure and $150 prenatal massage. Money is taken within seconds but no email confirmation. I emailed them at 5pm and asked for a response because I had requested it to start at 6.30pm the same day. They respond right away and say they dont have availability and will refund. The point is, even if its same day and you dont have anyone available, then get back to the customer you took $220 from. Had they responded and booked for another day I would have not felt so disrespected but the lack of customer service or responsibility tells me everything I need to know, to know they are shady. read more

After my manicurist arrived 15 minutes late to the event, my gel manicure on one finger chipped after one day and the company was not able to send a technician to correct the nail. After waiting for the correction that never came the other nails started peeling after 5 days. Worst gel manicure experience ever I've had and a disappointment. read more

I MUST say: this company is truly Professional- Clean- a GEM!! Had them participate in my corporate event in the Music industry and they did a "damn" good job. Everyone that attended my corporate soriee was impressed, loved the services and the staff, Most specially the CEO-owner. there was a line to try the back massages which we had during the event. I am on bedrest and am not permitted to leave my apartment for the next few months. Needless to say, I desperately needed manicure, pedicure and waxing. MySpa2Go promptly responded to my email request over the holiday weekend and scheduled me in. The technician came on time and was very clean...when she left my apartment, there was zero evidence that she had been there. She did the waxing on my bed which was very thorough and a mani/pedi in my living room which was heavenly. Feet/legs were scrubbed and rubbed, nails were trimmed short and cuticles were cut to perfection. She was very pleasant and very good. I would definitely use this service again!!!! read more

Our group of 6 scheduled in-home deluxe pedicures to be completed at our airbnb rental during a weekend bachelorette celebration in NYC. Two techs came to complete our services and they were timely, friendly, accommodating, and did a great job on our pedis! They brought everything they needed including a huge selection of good quality polishes as well as scrubs, lotions, and a keratin treatment to complete our services. It was lovely! We really appreciated their hard work and enjoyed this awesome in-home service, especially for the cost. We couldn't beat that in a salon and having them bring it all to us was a huge bonus. I love spa services, I just hate having to take the subway or bus home afterward. To me, a spa addict- there's nothing better than being able to get a massage in your home- talk about being spoiled silly. I've used MySpa2Go several times both for myself and also as gifts for friends/family and we all loved the massage therapists and the service. i needed to find someone to clip my claws at home as i was physically unable to get to a nail salon or cut them myself for a period of time. myspa2go was able to fit me in the next day. the tech was on time and pleasant. i was asked to supply 2 towels (one for the floor and one for my feet). i couldn't find my big utility towels for some reason so we just laid paper towels on the floor instead. my feet were soaked in warm water in a small portable tub. i asked the tech to trim my nails shorter but she said something about not exposing the skin underneath. so pretty much, my claws were barely trimmed and i need them clipped again less than 2 wks later. the dead skin around my toes weren't trimmed very thoroughly if at all nor were my nails cleaned underneath. he leg and foot massage were nice tho. afterwards there was pedicure crap on the floor which i had to clean up. the minimum to book for in-home spa is $70 which is steep esp for the subpar job that was done. read more

i just had the best massage ever. i booked it last minute and the therapist still showed up on time. she was very professional and gave me a relaxing massage that was much needed. at the end of the session she even did some yoga stretching with me. i will definitely be calling for another session soon and will reccomend to all my friends. read more
