This location is much faster than the Irvine location, and the lines are usually much shorter. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes every visit even better. They really need to do a better job keeping their menu items stocked and communicating what is unavailable before customers wait in line. I now mainly use the 7 Leaves app, which is even faster and great because I get points. The assam milk tea here has seen every high and low of mine over the last ten years. Sometimes I venture out and get the taro or jasmine milk tea, and the secret menu black & tan (jasmine milk tea+vietnamese coffee) is also really good.
