The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. Momentum janitorial has been a wonderful hire by our company. They were not only quick to respond…read moreto our request for a quote but they were extremely professional and patient through the long hiring process which really resonated with us. We hired them to provide the commercial office cleaning services for our facility in Pomona which is 62,000 square feet with over 120 employees. Suffice to say it's a large facility and they have handled the janitorial cleaning quite wonderfully so far. They come in 5 times per week, after hours and they also send a day porter in for 4 hours during the day. We've had a few minor issues to date like a few missed trash bins and a couple times paper towels were not restocked hence the docking of 1 star but we feel this may just be due to the large scope of work at our facility and them getting used to the building. I will monitor their work and possibly revise this rating in the future to reflect the 5 stars which I believe they will one day soon earn. So far we are very happy with the hiring of Momentum Janitorial and would recommend them for any commercial janitorial projects.
