Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water.
