Language can be a barrier with some staff if you expect them to understand an entire English conversation. However, basic massage related words are totally understood. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. Run a lot slower, and yup, tweak again, and then just sit around feeling sorry for yourself for getting old. Next thing you know, you can't break a 10 minute mile without fear of tweaking again. I asked how many more treatments I'd need. "Zero, I hope. You should be good to go." So I'm a week out and it's winter here so managed a couple treadmill sessions at the local Y. I noticed that they have foot massage chairs, sitting massage chair, as well as back massage tables. Mary did a fantastic job on my back especially my shoulder. The foot treatment was done by Mike who certainly knew how to press the right pressure points to make me scream. For $40 I enjoyed 1 1/2 hours of high-quality services, I couldn't complain about that no tea was served before or after the treatment (since I went there for massage not tea). It was one of the best experiences I have had with foot spa. I know their promotion will be over by the end of May. But their regular price is also very reasonable.
