We had E-hance Novato come to Windsor to do cabinet refinishing. Their schedule is full so it took a few weeks for them to come out. They did the entire kitchen, bar, bathroom and laundry room. We had deep scratches from chairs on our engineered maple floor. Called several flooring companies and each recommended sanding & refinishing the entire two rooms or replacing the flooring. Jon wasn't certain about the quality of repair that he could do given the flooring was maple. Apparently, maple is a very difficult color/repair. But short of replacing the floor, we decided to let him give it a go. The result: the scratches are barely visible, we will keep felt pads on our chair legs, and the area covered with a rug from now on. But the floor looks great. No need to replace or sand. - an economical solution to a very expensive repair. We are delighted with the decision to let Jon do his magic! read more

N-Hance Novato UPDATE to my previous review. It has been 18 months since Jon and his crew completed the color change on our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room upper and lower cabinets and drawers. We are still amazed at how beautiful everything looks. We use all the rooms every day and the finishes are as good as the day they were completed. A couple of nicks on a drawer caused by sharp objects (silverware) were easily touched up with the touch-up stain Jon gave us. We are still very happy with the product. read more

Jon and his team, Melissa and Carlos, were efficient, focused and detailed. I was so impressed by Melissa who is well versed in her craft and how the products work. Beware. This finish is very thin and fragile. We have a table done at our restaurant and the finish peeled within one week. I showed it to John, the franchisee and he said it was rare for this to happen. I had him redo a wood wall and he assured me it was commercial grade. I was warned not to touch the finish for a few weeks. It was done on Aug 8th. Today, August 25, I placed table guards with blue tape to hold the guards while we waited to drill. It was up for a few hours. The finish peeled off. When I phoned John, he said I should not use blue tape, WHO KNEW! He said he'd come and look at it. I left work for 30 min. When I returned he was there and had pulled off the tape and undone 45 min of my work to level and measure the table guards - he did not ask my staff if it was okay. Needles to say I am very dissatisfied with this product. Be forewarned. read more

N'Hance came out with 3 people so they could finish all my kitchen cupboards, a few bathroom cupboards and two wood countertops/desk tops in one day. They came in and worked fast, efficiently and did a fantastic job. I had cupboards that had 16+ years of grime and dirt plus water marks and stains. They did such a fabulous job of getting rid of all the grime, dirt and stains that I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They even had to use some wood stain to hide some of the water marks.
