Horrendous, they pretend like the have deals and sales, horrible customer service and their buy 1 get 2 free "sale" is a scheme. You have to Buy the First suit at Full "Retail Price" which is $650 plus, they treated me and my buddy like crap, and both of us are recent Veterans of the Armed Services, I left without buying anything because of the scheme, however my friend did, unfortunately. Worst customer service I've ever encountered while renting a tux! Between proms, formals and spring dances my son has rented about 6 tuxedos on the past 18 months. This was the first time using N.Y. Man Suits. The day my sons and I went to the store to pick and try on the rental pants, the sales man Mike greeted me with a very unprofessional "Mamasita come estas?" Didn't understand him initially but I'm certain I'm not his mother. When I called to confirm the pants were ready for pickup they refused to check. Told me "pickup date is on the receipt". Lastly when the clip on the tuxedo pants would not hold, I was told "well the pants were fine at pickup so something happened while you had them". No refund will be given. Essentially telling me my son broke he clasp. If you want good customer service for the money you pay for your tuxedo rental, steer clear of this place. Every salesman is rude and unhelpful. He was more than patient and worked with us until we found the perfect style and perfect fit all for a fair price. We had a great experience at this store!! Sean came right over to help us, and boy did we need it! We have a teenager who was in dire need of a new, nice, conservative suit, pronto! But he's a tough size, and we only wanted a navy or black suit, so our options were limited...No matter, Sean measured him, and showed us different options, all in our specified price range. He even mentioned that he knew the Jewish Holidays were fast approaching, and we'd likely want the suit for the Holidays. You bet! But the pants were a little too long on the one we liked. No matter, Sean asked the tailor if the work could be done on the spot so we'd have it in time for the Holiday! Yeeesssss!!
