This place has some of the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever dealt with. The quality…read moreof work is terrible. I had to bring my car back TWICE because the transmission was leaking red fluid, which should have never been an issue after a proper repair. On top of that, they somehow broke my tire completely off the car. Because of their mistake, I was forced to provide my own tire and fix it myself, which is beyond unacceptable. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. They also didn't realize I live in a neighborhood where association comes- they parked my car like it was nothing in two spots. they also threw my belongings on my front porch. Communication was awful the entire time. Calls and updates were either unclear or nonexistent. I was constantly left guessing what was going on with my car. To make things worse, their tow truck service was just as bad--unreliable and unprofessional, adding even more stress to an already horrible situation. Overall, this place wasted my time, my money, and caused damage that I had to deal with myself. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Was patient and willing to discuss situation via phone call. I was able to describe my issues with transmission and he went over scenarios and possible solutions. Called a few places and price was comparable. But service is definitely top notch. They even offer free tow service, which no other company offered. Sal came personally and picked up car and was even went above and beyond to help drop me off somewhere on the way to his shop. Service was quick. He quoted a week to week and half and was done in a week. Best part at the end was,he even picked me up from home to get car from shop. He definitely earned my business and recommendations. I live in San Clemente and she lives in La Verne which is about 75 miles away for me, no problem I was at her home @ 8am. I explained to her that I used to have my vehicle serviced at H Car Repair and should give them a try. Ok Grandpa let's go she stated, about 7 minutes away arrived and I let her explain what service she needed and any problems she is experiencing. A very proud Grandpa as she spoke with the owner-manager of the shop. She and Dave agreed to have the work completed. So she and I went to have breakfast and enjoy each other's company which was wonderful to catch up. A couple of hours later her vehicle is ready, Dave brought in the parts replaced into the lobby showing my granddaughter and explaining in detail the process and cost. Prior to leaving my vehicle, I had a clear verbal agreement with Henry, who explicitly assured me, "I won't do any work without calling you first and agreeing on the service." This commitment was crucial for me to authorize any diagnostic or repair work. To my dismay, upon collecting my vehicle, I was presented with an invoice for $155 for..without any prior communication or authorization from my end. This directly contradicts the explicit agreement I had with Henry and my expectation of transparency. Furthermore, my interaction with an older female (VERONICA)at the counter was highly unsatisfactory. After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE !! I took my car in for a simple oil pan…read morereplacement and engine mounts. They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!
