Don't ever get an engine or get engine work from Henry....hes shady I got an engine from him for my vehicle and it only last 30,000 miles. And when you take it back to him and tell him there's a problem he blows you off and try to do an easy fix....and put on parts and doesn't even ask....and then doesn't want to give you a receipt. Trustworthy mechanic who does great work. A previous mechanic had installed a water hose for the power steering hose. Eventually the hose kinked & was making a terrible grating sound. I brought my vehicle in & Henry was able to diagnose & fix the problem. My vehicle was also leaking oil & he was able to rethread the oil pan, saving me over $1200 in repairs (price quoted by a competing mechanic shop down the street.) I pulled in today and asked for some air in my front tire . I drive a Mercedes and the sensor light was on. There was a guy sitting right there. I asked him if I could pay for some air? He didn't even look up, he just pointed to the office. I went in a there was about 3 people who worked there, 2 were sitting down and 1 guy was right in front of the desk. So I asked him if I could get some air. He said , I'm on my lunch break ask the guy outside. I told him that I did and he said pointed for me to go inside. Then a lady comes out and says oh he's just an employee. I said ok could I get air. She said go down the street. They were extremely rude and seemed to be irritated by me being there. I was never rude, or did we say anything further. I don't know, but Customer Service is one of the most important things that draw business and keeps customers coming back. I would NEVER, go there again. And I don't know what their problem is, but being rude and not even saying anything, was not a good way to treat any customer. I went down the street and gave the guy some money to put air in my tire until I can get it to the dealer. By the way, I am a women and the tire was down to 8 percent air. Maybe it has a nail. Yoli, Henry, and the rest of the team are impeccable. I got two check engine light on two separate occasions and called Henry's Automotive (and i'm thankful as it was recommended by Jiffy Lube on Garey) ; from the moment I called, brought my car in, and pick up my car upon completion, it was a breeze and soothing process. Yoli was so comforting on the phone about the check engine light and Henry and his team were so ready to help, friendly, and fair. Henry initially told me he would turn off the check engine light and see if it was a false alarm or would come back on because we suspected it might be a glitch as it could non-serious/ non-issue code. The light did come back on after ~40 miles and i took the car in. They told me i needed to replace canister purge valve and im glad i got the first issue fixed. The office staff is wonderful and if you don't understand something they will explain it to you. Honest yes! I don't know about the Sue S. who stalled and her heat pump went out, that sounds a little fishy to me honestly. She should have known she was leaking already, heat pump just don't go out, HELLO! You should have had a leak in your car or your car overheating. Sue S. just sounds rude and probably needed a battery and didn't want the shop to diagnosis her car 'cause she didn't want to pay for it. I know that because I have a cousin who did the same thing and now he has no car. I love Henry's and I have learned a lot about cars from them.
