Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Unfortunately, I was told the streaks were from the pants being burned (probably from ironing) which was done by a previous dry cleaner. They still took it back again and I was not charged for it. Also one thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, they do charge a small fee for it. The dress pants came out better than last time when I picked it up even though they couldn't fix the burn streaks. Great price and service. I will come back again.

Consider being here for maybe 1hr-2hrs depending on your laundry. Provided: laundry cards, laundry baskets (to assist you in transferring loads), dryer sheets, restrooms. Please note, you need to use your laundry card for the restroom so you are technically paying to use their facilities. Our laundry came out fresh and clean, no wrinkles! I definitely recommend stopping by next door (7 eleven) for any laundry stuff you may have forgotten to bring for doing laundry.
