The store has an incredible selection of products at affordable prices--you can find just about everything you need for your home in one place. Be sure to follow the arrows on the floor, as they guide you through the showroom and make the shopping experience much easier. A nice bonus is the dining area on the second floor, which is a great spot to take a break and grab a meal before continuing your shopping trip. One helpful tip: if you plan to purchase larger items, take photos of the item tags and aisle/bin locations as you go. You'll need that information later when you pick up the items near the checkout area. Overall, a great shopping experience with plenty of options, reasonable prices, and a well-organized layout. Would definitely return!

It's clean and the food is fresh. We got too much food because we wanted to try different things. I got the meatball plate and he got the fish ball plate. Both were fresh and delicious. Not too long after, he called & came out on the Friday morning! He put my sofa together in less time than it took for me to organize a drawer. He then hung up several photos (fixed the frame of one of them for me), mounted an ikea trash can to my bathroom wall & he took out all the boxes to my dumpster. He was kind, professional & a pleasure to have. Always refreshing to find someone who does what they say & more! He is affordable (not cheap but not expensive) & does the job right & well THE FIRST TIME! Thank u, Scott! The sofa looks better than the one in IKEA's showroom. The hangers were the main character. Everything else was supporting cast. Some people impulse-buy...shoes. I impulse-buy organization systems. I have been known to remove products from their original packaging so I can place them into more aesthetically appealing storage containers. This is not a cry for help. It is a lifestyle and an intentional choice. Yes, I could have ordered everything online. But convenience wasn't the point. I wanted to see the products. I wanted to be seduced by perfectly arranged displays of...systems. And frankly, I needed to get out of the house. Back to the hangers. A very specific type. A very specific color. Blonde wood. This was not optional. I walked in like a man on a mission only to find the display empty. Again. This has happened before. I felt that quiet retail heartbreak and moved on, primary objective unfulfilled. There is something uniquely disappointing about an empty hanger display when your closet vision depends on tonal consistency. Then an employee asked, "Are you finding everything okay?" I decided to be brave and answered with one word: "No." She paused. That was clearly not the expected script. After a moment, she said she'd grab the manager. Enter John, manager, who found me mid spiral, comparing approximately 47 varieties of hooks. I explained the hanger situation and mentioned that this particular stock issue felt...recurring. He calmly said he'd check the back for new inventory. I returned to my hook deliberations, down to about 12 finalists, when John and the original employee approached me carrying boxes. And boxes of MY hangers. It felt like a retail miracle. I may not have audibly gasped, but internally? Full on happiness. They were gracious, apologetic about past stock gaps, and genuinely helpful. John smiled and said, "All you have to do is ask." Well, duh. Sometimes growth looks like saying "no" in a polite tone at The Container Store. I left with everything I came for, plus more hangers than any reasonable person needs, and appreciative of the customer service. I'll be back. Probably for drawer dividers.

I used Nacho Moving (Adrian and Marco) to help move my items from one apartment to a new apartment and separate storage unit in the Denver area. Adrian was quick to respond to my original request online and followed up to answer my questions. They were very flexible to fit me in their schedule (last minute) and I appreciated their fee was a set price per hour - even with a separate trip to my storage unit along the route. Adrian and Marco showed up ~30 minutes early and quickly got started. They are both friendly and I felt they took care of my items - bringing plenty of moving pads, dollys, etc. There was one minor miscommunication in terms of the order of our stops (storage unit first, then apartment) vs. the order items were put in the truck. This was originally requested and confirmed online but not reconfirmed at arrival. I was not hovering when items were loaded so didn't catch it until the truck was full. It was a little frustrating in the moment, but it was quickly resolved. They made it work which ended up saving time (and money) in the end. I am happy with their service. I hate moving like most people and they helped alleviate some of the stress I felt. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again next time I move. read more

I recently engaged Nacho Moving (Adrian and Marco) to help me move several large items from my current home to my new residence, as well as to move a full-size piano to my daughter's home. They also moved a couch that was in my new residence back to my current home. A lot of travel time between the three houses and some heavy items. (Oh, they also removed a second old piano from my daughter's home.) They efficiently loaded and unloaded their large trailer (better for piano moving as it has a lower bed than a truck) with everything at each location and were extremely pleasant to work with the entire time. I'd do 10 stars if I could! I lucked out when I contacted Nacho Moving. From the beginning discussion, through our move, they were polite, friendly, and helpful with no pressure or sales pitch. They charge a flat hourly rate where many others have different billing systems. They came to Colorado Springs from Aurora with no trip charge. We had 3 WONDERFUL movers, including Adrian who is a supervisor. These guys hustled! They just got down to business and made it happen. Took care of our first move with pride and care. They were very thorough with everything they moved. So when I had to move out of state this time I rented a 26 ft uhaul and called Moncho Movers again without hesitation. I scheduled a date and time they were here. I spent thousands of dollars with EZ Moving for both my move and storage. The movers were polite,…read morebut the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. First, they damaged a dresser during the move and, even though I paid for insurance, they made it extremely difficult to be reimbursed - requiring that I find a replacement leg from the manufacturer, repair it myself, then they would pay for parts. Now, months later, they've decided to double my monthly storage rate without any meaningful explanation. The contacted rates of $75/mo per 30 square foot "vault" were already on the high end of climate controlled storage costs. The new $150/mo is unethical gouging. After investing so much, I expected honesty and accountability. Instead, I've been met with poor communication and shifting prices. I would not recommend EZ Moving for anyone looking for reliable long-term storage or customer service that stands behind its work.

I moved from the 1st floor to the third floor of an apartment building (with elevator). The whole thing took about 2.5 hrs. Alex helped organize the move and was a pleasure to work with.
