This location is convenient to home and I don't have to walk thru an entire mall to just go in, grab the buy 3 get 2 free (how's that for marketing?) and go. The displays are always clean and orderly, the staff friendly and the environment cheerful. Speaking of staff...mom and I came in 15min before closing as I wanted to see if the promo bag was still available. The sales clerk said they just sold out but no worries, I'm still going to get me a bottle of fresh floral. 2minutes later the young lady brought me the promo bag saying she found one in the backroom (ooo secret is out now). I recently stopped by this location to exchange some lotions that I got as a gift for new lotions…read more The lotions I was given were the True Spa ones, which are a really rich and thick type of consistency. When I went to speak with the lady with very short brown hair at the cashier she said I could go ahead and pick out two other lotions to exchange for the other two, but that she would just hold on to them for me up front. I went to go grab my new lotions and came back up to the front to check out. When I got there, the lady asked if I had an account so naturally I gave her my account number. When she scanned the old lotions, they pulled up as being past the exchange date policy. It was almost as if she had purposefully wanted me to go pick new lotions out, just to have me check out and tell me that they are not exchangeable. I think that this lady was rude and should have either looked up my account before sending me off to look at new lotions, or had just allowed a one time exception. Not to mention, this lady insisted that the True Spa lotions were very popular and she was shocked I was exchanging them. After this comment, I should have known she was shady and not going to let me exchange my lotions. The best part is that they had a shelf full of the True Spa lotions, and every other lotion actually. So clearly business isn't that good. I ended up trashing the old lotions right as I left the store. I will not be returning to this store as the customer service is shady.

But Sherwin Williams, while more expensive, is the epitome of you get what you pay for. Other stores carry Craftsman and have better help. We also got onto reward programs so when we replace large appliances at other retailers. Now we won't even go there for a simple repair or a furnace filter. We simply refuse to put up with technically lacking staff and rude customer service.

She told me she could take an additional $200 off and reduce the delivery fee to $20--but only as a credit after the order was delivered. After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution. Extremely disappointing and not how business should be done.
