Mexican Plate #2. Delicious and a lot of food. Chips and Salsa were also great.

This is a small but nicely decorated place! The food is delicious and the service was also on point! We will definitely be going back!

Nada Mucho, a spacious restaurant with lots of tables and a grand bar in the center, exudes a simple yet inviting ambiance. The exceptional customer service was evident from the moment we entered. The female bartender immediately greeted us warmly with a big smile and our waitress, Madison, was equally impressive. She consistently checked up on us, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for and despite a minor hiccup with our order, she promptly addressed it with a smile and got us the correct order within minutes. The food: The complimentary chips and salsa were a delightful start. The chips were crunchy and not oily at all. The salsa had a good kick to it, a nice semi-chunky texture and great flavors. Queso Fundido - This dish was our least favorite and could have been skipped. It was incredibly gooey yet simultaneously stiff. I am a huge cheese lover but this dish was just too cheesy and not in a good way. The accompanying tortillas were stiff and dry. I would rate this dish 2/5. Baja Fish Tacos - These tacos were undoubtedly the best dish we ordered. They were bursting with flavor but the tortillas were also a bit stiff. I would give this dish 4/5. Shrimp Enchiladas Verde - Both the tortillas and shrimp filling had a rubbery texture but the sauce was delicious. The rice that came with it was also very dry. I would rate this dish 2/5. Note: There's a lot more parking in the back of the restaurant. Also, they have a great happy hour menu Monday - Friday 3pm-6pm.

That great Mexican food. Full bar and good drinks. Nice bar to sit at or tables inside or out.

Came to Nada Mucho for lunch. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The menu has a great selection of food options to choose from. I ordered the enchiladas. Very delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Great selection of of seating inside or outside depending on the weather.

The Baja Shrimp tacos were excellent. Very flavorful, fresh, and filling, with just a slight kick from the seasoning. The rice was surprisingly flavorful, and the smaller guacamole was perfect to share. The chicken tortilla soup was decent and had plenty of ingredients, but the broth lacked flavor. The mango and pineapple margaritas were made with real fruit juice and were very refreshing. The Michelada was also light and flavorful. We sat on the back patio on a cool, sunny day, and it was delightful. Our waitress was great and gave spot-on recommendations.

We have talked about hitting this spot and Friday was our lucky day. Cute, cute but kind of small inside. We sat on the patio to grab drinks and queso. I ordered the cucumber margarita and the loaded queso. My friend ordered the nachos and regular frozen Rita with a grand marnier floater. The queso was yummy. I liked the way it was presented. All of the add ins were separate on top of the queso, which is a nice touch. The nachos were crispy and satisfying. My cucumber margarita was simply amazing. I would have preferred a salted rim, which was requested, instead of the sugared rim that I got. Our server was so friendly and absolutely excellent. Sadly, her name escapes me. All in all we will be back to try a few more menu items. Highly recommended but get there early as they tend to fill up quickly

    Fish Tacos and Steak tacos.

Service was great, responsive and helpful on a weekday lunch. The weather was nice so the doors were open and the restaurant flowed nicely. The steak tacos and fish tacos are great. The fish taco stands on the sauce while the steak stands on the perfect cook and flavor of the meat. Will definitely come back.

The guy who sat us basically looked right at us when we walked in and didn't say a word. Turns out he was the manager. I asked, "do we seat ourself or wait here?" He replied, "no we seat you." And said, "Hi!" He didn't reply. Didn't seem too concerned to have us come in and dine with them, which is a shame because the food was decent. Probably won't be back because of the customer service, or lack there of. Food was good. Service was slow. Not a lot of people in. We ordered drinks, and we had to track down our server to get them. All in all, food was decent but you can find better places. The Mexican corn.. good idea, bad execution. Nachos were good.

After a long climb up the Old Baldy and enjoying the views of Hill country, we wanted to explore the nearby town - Wimberly, TX. After going around the city and exploring the botiques, we were famished and stumbled upon Nada Mucho. The restaurant had good review and looked elegant but the prices were within a budget and not expensive. My order: 1. Chips & Sales 2. Vegan plate 3. Tex-Mex plate Chips came in a brown bag and which I have not experience it elsewhere, like usually they're served in a plastic basket but this one was ready to-go just in-case we weren't able to finish it off. The salsa was great and authentic and had perfect mix of all the spices. The Vegan plate wasn't recommendable. The rice was so dry and the entire meal was lacking anything liquidy so it was hard to swallow. So I requested for some salsa on the side and the waitress was happy to provide. Usually mexican plates come with side of bean of something fluid so that the rice goes with it. The tex-mex plate on the other hand was good with enchillado, taco and rice and beans. The rice was so great! Definitely recommend it.

    Quesadillas

Their mango, strawberry and house margaritas were amazing. We ordered tacos salads, carne asada tacos , quesadillas & enchiladas. The food came super quick. The restrooms and restaurant was super clean & the music they played was great. Our waitress was Ashlyn C & she was super sweet and nice.

Excellent service, great margarita and good food. I had a margarita and it was very good. We opted to get the loaded queso and the chicken flautas. Everything was really good!

Nada Mucho is such a fun cute place to eat a good Mexican meal! We sat at the bar and let me tell you, these bartenders are slinging some drinks! They are non stop making delicious mixes and are smiling while doing it! It was very impressive! Our drinks were very tasty and made with fresh ingredients and no gross mixers. The chips and salsa they give you is so yummy! I got the chicken fajitas and while it was more than enough for me, I think the amount of chicken may not have been enough for someone with a bigger appetite. My husband got the pozole and he said the flavor and ingredients were so good but wished he had a little more broth in it. It was very thick and more like a stew than a soup. All in all, WTG Nada Mucho!! We will definitely be back!

We wanted to check out the Old baldy park in Wimberly and it was about a 45 minute ride from Austin. The next spot was Wimberly square and it was such a cute town to explore. Then we wanted to dine here and we were glad to make the right choice. The food is delicious and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy. We ordered the combo plate that came with Enchiladas, rice and beans. They also offered chips and salsa for the table. Our waitress made sure to check with us every now and then and brought us additional cup of dips for the meal. Overall, it was pretty good experience.

Our server Keyoni was great, there were some hiccups with missed drinks a couple times, but overall he did great and the best that he could handling our big group. The views were super nice and they even had little seating areas in the turf area, which was perfect for our kids to play around after they ate. The food was amazing here, and I didn't have one bad bite! The queso and the guacamole in the Creek House chip trio was so good. The truffle parmesan fries were nice and crispy, and I loved the garlic aioli on the side. Even our kids' macaroni and cheese was delicious, I was eating the leftovers as a side with my own meal! I picked the smoked and shaved beef sandwich, which had really good flavor and very tender meat. I really liked the cucumber salad on the side because it was different than your typical side of fries or regular salad. It was light and refreshing! I had bites of the redfish and the pork chop also, which are two dishes that I wouldn't normally order myself but they were both amazing bites! It was the juiciest pork chop I had ever eaten before. I paired my meal with a house blackberry soda, which was refreshing. My only regret is that I didn't have room for dessert! Overall it was a great pick for a Friday night family dinner!

Live music in the background set the perfect ambience for the evening. Our server, Matt, made the whole experience -- no AI could have crafted a more perfect waiter. From start to finish, he was spot-on: his wine suggestions, his appetizer recommendation, and the wine pairing he chose for our main course were all perfect. It was disappointing to learn that the next day would be his last with the restaurant -- he was truly an asset. We'll be back next month, though whoever serves us next has a lot to live up to. The food itself was outstanding too -- perfectly seared shrimp and grits with sweet corn and blistered tomatoes, fried green tomatoes topped with crab and avocado, and a hearty steak sandwich with crispy fries. Every dish was as memorable as the service.

We also ordered the tostadas, biscuits and gravy, and avocado toast, and every dish was full of flavor and beautifully done. The mimosas were just as impressive; I tried the guava mimosa for the first time and it was so refreshing and delicious. To top it all off, the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. When we were poking around looking for breweries in the area on Yelp we came across The Shady Llama! This place doesn't make their own beer but they have lots of guest taps for breweries in the surrounding area. It's a good variety of beers to choose from and it looks like there is at least one food truck available sometimes in case you get hungry. The main draw for why we came here was to see the llamas and indeed we dis see some. One of them gave us some attitude and then sauntered off down a hill, taking it's less moody companion with it. They were funny and with the attitude I got and the name of the place I posted the Eminem song "My Name Is" where the lyrics "Slim Shady" get mentioned on Instagram because I thought it was all quite fitting. In addition to seeing the llamas we saw a great view of Hill Country. There was a lot of seating when we were here and could pick pretty much anywhere we wanted to sit. But I'm sure the place can get busy... the location and those llamas are reason enough. Cold beer, moody llamas and beautiful Hill Country... definitely worth the stop!

I've wanted to come to Shady Llama for years, and we finally made it out yesterday. I am so…read moredisappointed in myself for not coming all the time before this, because Shady Llama is EXCELLENT! First, the staff members are very friendly and know everything there is to know about their available wine and brews. I love that almost all (if not all) are local sips - it's really great to see all of these different places in Wimberley/Dripping Springs/Spicewood support each other. Just another reason why I love Hill Country! When I saw Lazarus Rice Lager and St. Elmo, my gluten free heart skipped a beat, because both of those brews have been treated with the enzyme that makes the brews (normally) OK for those who are gluten sensitive but not for those with celiacs. I don't miss beer, but those two brews are too delicious to pass up when I see them on tap! We also tried the Spicewood wine flight, which was one of the best wine flights I've ever had, and I cannot wait to go buy bottles of each to bring home. All 3 were delicious, crisp, robust, and beautifully paired with each other in the flight. The views were beautiful. Beautiful is honestly an understatement. I love that so much of this area is still undeveloped. I'm sure it was less developed even 5 years ago, but the views from Shady Llama while sitting in a wooden porch Adirondack chair sipping some wine is perfection. I can only imagine how beautiful it is at sunset. I do wish they had a couple more tables by those chairs so I can rest my drink, but it's uneven and probably hard to do so, so I happily will sit with my brew in hand and relax. There's also plenty of seating but not overly crowded with chairs and benches which is love, and I loved the hammocks too! This place is GREAT for families. Playgrounds, slides, almost all kids areas gated so you don't have to worry about them running into the woods with critters. Fun for all ages, and they're just far enough from the seating to minimize the noise that this kiddos love to make! I loved the llamas. Some of them were so spicy and truly just wanted the food, and I feel that. No pets, just food, and I applaud it. Some of them would let you pet them, and the personalities on some of them were REAL, but give them some food and they may let you take a picture. So much fun having them there! Add on some delicious brisket in the back (I am so sad I missed the burnt ends), and all in all, the Shady Llama is GREAT! You are also able to bring outside food, but no outside beverages! Great place and cannot wait to come back!

We were given a 2 top table in the corner where fir some reason the air conditioner was blowing directly on us! By the way it was 49 degrees outside. We mentioned this to our waitress who replied with a shrug. We ordered. I ordered the strawberry feta salad and the off menu appetizer. My husband ordered the lasagna with a salad. My salad was superb! The appetizer that I was having as my entree and my husband's meal finally came out. His dinner was plated horribly!! The lasagna was warm ( not hot) and the salad was in the plate so when he added dressing it ran into the lasagna. My crawfish crab cake was a joke. It literally had two pieces of chopped crawfish in it. The main dish was the tomatoes and basil for $26. Never did our waitress say that the appetizer was quite small and I probably should not order it as a small entree. Oh well, we have learned. Obviously the restaurant stays busy and I congratulate them on what is being done right!
