The wife came I were in Wimberly for a long weekend and we love walking the streets and checking out stores and checking out the local drinking establishments. We passed Rqnch Brand earlier in the day so when we passed back by, they were open. So in we went - actually we sat outside as it was a great day. On to Ranch Brand. Since they are a distillery, I had to try out some of their handy work. First was their rum, I like rum. Not quite a pirate, but I've had my moments. Anyway first was their rum. Nice and smooth. Not to sweet. Sipper, not a mixer for sure. Then I tried on of their bourbons in an old fashion. It was so good. Can't remember its name but so good. I wish I'd tried the whiskey flight to get a taste of all, but that would have been a bit much. My wife had the 2021 Ranch red blend and enjoyed it too. We really enjoyed. You will too. read more

We adore this place! Service is spectacular and attentive giving recommendations to different menu items as needed. Happy Hour prices are great. We love to share the yummy food items with our drinks . Their "bar" food is more upscale than most in the area. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and has a Texas vibe. This is our go to Friday evening cocktail spot in Wimberley. read more

We are regulars here and love it. The drinks are great, the apps are delicious, the servers are friendly and the vibe is chill, which we like. They take pride in their craftsmanship, which shows in things like the monogrammed clear ice cubes in their old fashioneds. My only critique is that the kitchen is not consistent. While we've never had a drink mixed wrong, the kitchen frequently leaves off things, which a visitor they would not notice, but a regular will. For example, the pimento cheese app comes with delicious sliced buttered baguette. The kitchen will often omit the butter which sounds like a small thing but it's not nearly as good without it. And sometimes when it's busy, garnishes will go missing. A regular will say well they're busy and just forgot, but for a first timer it might be the difference in coming back for a second visit. read more

Great find! Wow! These drinks are literally the best we've had in the area. Got the Port A Special and Dark Skies, so good!!!! There was mention of them bringing back an awesome Tempranillo, I hope to be back for that. Love the decor and the customer service. The drinks are beautiful too. read more

This was a fun find! You can just pop in for a cocktail or tastings. They offer a vodka, gin & rum tasting. Three different bourbons for your tasting pleasure or you can choose a wine flight. We got one of each and I must say they were inspired. My husband particularly liked the 2 year bourbon and the vodka. My son was pleased with the two year bourbon and the gin. I really, really enjoyed my red wine flight. The wine pours are generous and allowed my husband and son to taste as well. Their labels are quirky and unique. Our bartender was very personable and knowledgeable. Check them out. They have a frozen selection which is going to be perfect as our Texas temperature rises. Cheers! read more

Awesome place to go and visit for a cocktail, that are made with Texas Spirits. Our bartender was Rob, he made some of the Best Margaritas on the Rocks that you'll ever taste. I would give ten stars if I could! This tasting room is one of my first experiences with this type of venue and I have to say it was the best by far. Our waitress Georgia was so sweet and friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the wines they serve here. My wife is the wine drinker in our family and she knew what she wanted. I told Georgia what I liked in a wine and she brought me two sample to try and the Ranc Rose was spot on. We enjoyed the Meat and Cheese board with our wine along with a nice conversation with Georgia. She was very nice and helpful. We commented how much we liked the ceiling fans and she made a call and found out where they were purchased. That is going very far beyond the call of duty and we are very thankful for that. In closing, if you enjoy a nice friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable wait stall, you definitely want to this spot a try. We will be back every time we are in town. read more

This place is very nice. it used to be the Wimberley Pie Co. but the owner has remodeled it into a comfortable, enjoyable space. There is also patio seating - some under cover too. It's not very big but has a nice vibe. They serve cocktails and wines and will give you a taste of a couple of wines to help you decide which you'd like. The service is good but can get very busy although they manage it somehow! There are specials some nights too! We drove over from Boerne to check this place out after seeing photos on Facebook. First of all ,I personally love the location, there was parking available on the side street right out front and this tasting room has great curb appeal. We walked inside to the bar and were greeted by Gage, who let us know we could grab a seat anywhere inside or outside on the patio, he would be right over with menus. The interior decor is a blend of modern ranch rustic shabby chic, which is a HUGE compliment. We grabbed a table and ordered a few drinks, bottle of wine to go, our favorite items are their craft cocktails, I give the Chilton a 10!!! Next trip to visit, we will try a few of their food items, we saw the Texas caviar plate, it looked delicious. We will be back for many more visits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

New tasting room in downtown Wimberley done right the first time! Drinks, tapas, atmosphere and the staff could not be better. Super comfortable for groups or singles, both inside and out! My favorite drink and tapa was the frozen Watermelon Daisy with the Cured Wagyu! Been to this winery before so brought family during the weekend holiday. Staff are super welcoming…read moreand knowledgeable; not only about their wines, but the terroir and topography as well. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas provide a relaxing ambiance. They make wines using grapes from their estate as well as Texas regional grapes. The montepulciano and Tempranillo were some of my favorites. My guests enjoyed the blanc and the sparkling ones too. So glad this winery is so close to my home and has already become a local favorite.
