Just ordered here for the first time. From order to delivery was just about 30 minutes and I think their pricing is fair for American Chinese food. I ordered the crab rangoons, wonton egg drop soup, shrimp egg roll, and Singapore mei fun. Overall I was pleased with my order. The rangoons were flavorful and had a good ratio of filling on wrapper. They were crispy and not overcooked. The wonton egg drop soup was a new combination for me and I enjoyed it. I would've liked a little more filling in the wonton but I feel that way almost everywhere. The egg roll was a bit of a let down as it was very greasy. There was a little puddle of oil in the bottom of the bag and I had to press it with a paper towel to eat it but it was still crispy and contents were flavorful, not greasy. I was bummed there were only two small shrimps in there but overall pretty good. The Singapore mei fun was a new one for me too. I like spicy but it's truly spicy!! It packs a lot of heat and a strong aromatic curry flavor. There was a lot of meat and veggies included! I assume there is egg in there as I also got a little bit of shell but didn't see/taste any. I liked it with a bit of soy sauce added. I'll definitely order here again and try some of the classics too. read more

The Entree that we ordered made us sick. Instead of giving us separate containers of our Entree and rice, they put both in one small container, which consisted of 2/3 rice and only 1/3 Entree. What little we could eat made us sick. They ignored special requests and the person on the phone was rude. read more

I have had take-out from here at least 4 or 5 times this month. I'm visiting from another country and we can't get this type of food in Europe. It is so good, I really enjoy the typical "American Chinese" food. The food is delicious and consistent. Prices are fair. Food is always hot and well packaged. Service is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of packets of soy sauce, duck sauce and hot mustard for you to help yourself. Also chopsticks and napkins. I really love their shrimp rolls and Egg Foo Young, which is very unique to this region in America. Delivery is available, also ordering ahead and paying ONLINE. I highly recommend. read more

We have been ordering from this restaurant for several years. They always have good food, and great delivery speed. The portion sizes are very good, better than any Chinese restaurants. They really only have Takeaway and delivery. Their menu is very extensive, and everything there has always been good. What they have marked as spicy I don't think it's very spicy, but I like things extra hot. I always ask for extra chilies because that's the way I like it. read more

Funny that I have lived by this gem for 3 years, but never noticed it because I was rarely on this corner of the shopping plaza. It was a mailer that brought me here. (yay... good ol' fashion mailers). Ordered beef lo mein plat that included fried rice and egg rolls. And egg drop soup... This one is different and shown consistent good entrees over many visits for carry out and frequent deliveries. Their deliveries are faster than most of their competitors. For Chinese takeout, this is the best in the area. The egg drop soup in is full of flavor and don't get me start on their crab with cheese wontons. It's not a dine in restaurant, as there is no seating. So you can either pick up or have delivery. First time and last time. Won ton soup had no flavor. Egg rolls had a very odd taste to them- and not in a good way. Shrimp lo mein - shrimp was mushy and tasteless. Beijing is a simple, nondescript Chinese restaurant and carryout. At least, this place doesn't go overboard with Chinese motifs like fake flowers everywhere, putting Michael's to shame, and floating, upside down goldfishes in cloudy tanks. Beijing is simple with big windows...bringing in the bright sunlight. The cashier is a little old friendly lady. She tells you every other minute that your meal is coming out soon. She's so cute at doing this that it doesn't bother you with the repeated announcements. I had the General Tso's Chicken, extra spicy. And spicy they were! Finally, someone who listens to my special order. The meal came with Hot & Sour Soup. I know...what was I doing?!?! Slurping soup on this hot hot day?!?!?! However, it was so good! Like a good friend, Beijing is always there when needed. Consistently good Chinese - take and delivery only. The lady who takes the orders is always friendly with at least 3 or 4 thank yous. The food is traditional Americanized Chinese food. The portions are generous with each meal easily split between two with leftovers. We have yet to be disappointed. I do have a question though....If the Chinese are so smart, how come they have not invented to-go containers with a plastic hoop instead of metal for easy microwaving? In any event, on those occasions were you just don't want to cook and looking to get your egg roll on, you won't be disappointed with Beijing. read more

I love Beijing! Everything is so delicious, especially the lo mein. My only complaint is that they put green bell peppers in their lo mein; something I feel is inappropriate in that kind of Chinese food, however they're so kind and accommodating that if you feel the same, just request them to be left out. read more

So I've given this place multiple chances now and I have to say, I'm not impressed at all. I've noticed that when you order any kind of meal that comes with veggies (such as pepper steak) they only give you like 15% meat, and the rest veggies. I'm sorry but I want chinese for the meat, not all the veggies. They really rip you off this way. It's disappointing when you get your meal and you literally have to go digging through everything just to find a few pieces of meat. The food you get is alright tasting, but you can't help but feel ripped off. Take my advice, find a place that doesn't try ripping off its customers. read more

The best Chinese restaurant in Maryland! Their crab cream cheese ragoon is the best I've ever had, especially dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Their oramge chicken and sweat and sour is delicious. Plus the delivery is always fast with courteous drivers. I'd eat their every day lol. read more

EVERYTHING about this restaurant (carry out; no dine in) is great. We order dinner about once a week and have never been disappointed in the service, cost, staff, and, most importantly, the food! Always has been ready on time. During the pandemic, it has been my once a week escape from home so I prefer to pick up the order rather than have it delivered. Decent Chinese food. Nothing special. Great for delivery and it always comes FAST. Chicken and Broccoli as well as the Chicken Teriyaki entrees are my favorite. The fired rice can be hit or miss sometimes but the lo mein is always good. read more

I went into this restaurant pick up my carryout order. Upon arriving and entering in the carryout, I noticed the delivery driver picking his nose as he was sitting behind the counter and twirling the mucus between his finger and his thumb. I immediatly alerted the manager and at that time she did not say anything to this delivery driver nor did I observe him proceed to any hand-washing station. Therefore I was glad leave my food there and not pay for it. The I left. This is not only gross but it's also as unsanitary a thing as I've ever witnessed inside of a restaurant. I was stuck ordering late, with very few options in the SP area. I was fortunate enough to arrive early enough to watch the preparation of my food, after calling in an order. I watched as the cook prepared someone's wok dish with used grease from a huge dirty grease can under the sink! The service was friendly, but the food was inedible. Beijing claims that they don't use any MSG and I believe it, BUT, they replaced the MSG with (perhaps Aunt Jamima's/Ms. Buttworth) maple syrup. Everything taste like syrup! We Just tried this place after our favorite Chinese take-out in Arnold went down hill. It will be a good replacement, so we give it 3 stars versus our old place used to be 4 stars ( but now 2 stars). The Garlic chicken is sliced and plentiful in the dish and there are some good vegetables in there too, shrimp egg rolls are OK (could be fresher). Fresh ingredients are our favorites! We don't have many choices on the Broadneck Peninsula, so if we want 4 star Chinese we travel to Forest Drive in Annapolis.
