Ordered from New Nagoya for dinner tonight through DD and was throughly unimpressed. We got the shrimp and steak hibachi and my husband thought it was just ok, although his shrimp was undercooked. The fried rice lacked any flavor and was overcooked/mushy which is strange since it's this weird orange color, very unlike any fried rice I've ever seen. My beef with garlic sauce was mainly peppers, onions and sauce, the beef was chewy. The worst was the pork fried dumplings-- NO flavor in them. At least the wonton itself was nice and crispy, and at least the food (aside from the shrimp) was warm when it got here. read more

I order food from here at least once a month! The prices are very reasonable and allows you to try multiple things (I usually spend $30 for a few dishes here). You must try the egg drop wonton soup. This and the other soups are really flavorful and delicious. Most plates come with veggies and rice. Lastly the customer service is five stars. Everyone has been very friendly. I personally think this place is great! They only charge 1$ for delivery and were very prompt. I got the chicken, shrimp, steak and veggie hibachi combo with an egg roll. Every component of the hibachi meal was cooked properly, and it was still piping hot when the delivery dude arrived. The shrimp were properly deveined, which scored huge points with me. The egg roll was crispy, not greasy at all, and delicious. The hibachi stuff was what you'd expect, amazing! I will be ordering from here again. It Update 5 months later: the delivery is still 1$! I've been trying to eat low carb and they let me sub out the rice for extra fresh veggies in my hibachi. I would give this place 6/5 stars if possible. read more

Food is great; delivery service is bad. I have ordered from this place a few times. Never had an issue with them finding my townhome. I called and placed an order for a few friends ($64 order not including tip). An hour rolls around and I get a call. There is clearly a language barrier but there only two places he could be in the property. I told him where to go. He says "ok" and hands up. 10 mins later, the store called and says he can't find it and he doesn't speak English very well. I explain to here the same thing I told him. She say "ok" and hangs up. 10 mins later she calls back apologizing saying he is a new driver. At this point it going on about an hour and a half so I am a little perturbed. She says "sorry we are busy here l"and hangs up on me... perturbed turns to full on hangry mode. I called back and she told me it will be another 25 mins. Honestly, I was taken in by all the positive reviews... I ordered delivery through DD and when the food got to us, the sesame chicken was gummy and everything was overcooked. I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi and the steak was overcooked, the chicken was so overcooked it had a jerky consistency and the shrimp was so overcooked it was mushy. My daughter ordered wonton soup and steamed dumplings, both her favorites, which she will usually gobble up... not so this time. She ate 2 dumplings and one wonton from the soup and drank some of the broth. We threw the majority of everything away. I gave one star for the broth and one star because it's the time of COVID, but honestly... some of the worst food I've ever eaten and I've eaten at truck stops across the country. Order any meal here and make sure to add that cheap sauce to your order because the taste it gives to the rice plus the combination of any meat is fantastic. I seen some reviews ordering sushi from here and not liking it, but that's not what my review is about. They always give big portions. Prices aren't bad if you order in the store. I usually get sesame chicken and pork fried rice. The sesame chicken is on par with most Chinese restaurants, and the fried rice is a lot better than most places. And the employees are relatively nice whenever I order or pick up food. read more

i have been randomly coming here for the last 9yrs they overcharge on food - white rice and 4 egg rolls ...16 bucks..i had to ask the little boy to check the price again and he lowered it there are times i would order something...tell the person give me a large box of rice expecting to pay for an extra box of rice..they literally give me 2 small boxes..1 small for the meal and shorting me with another small box after i said.."give me another large box of white rice" for the egg foo young meal i order and they barely give you any rice for...so i have to order more rice for the lack of rice they provide for the meal which is already messed up..i had to literally argue with this woman 9 years ago about the same thing and today the same problem exists....im tell yall now you have no idea how much they are over charging for the lack fo food they give you...you can ask for a meal with protein in it..and all you get is sauce and vegetables...and like literally 4-5 pieces of that protein...if you give this place more than 2 stars youre either lying to help them or delusional ....im from ny and had my share of chinese restaurants...this aint it...i can literally make chinese fried rice better than them...they dont cook their rice all the way and its bland...dont go here read more

I ordered the house drunken noodles and a spring roll. The drunken noodles didn't have a sauce. It tasted like plain noodles with meat and a little cabbage. The pork was a weird red color and I didn't feel comfortable eating it so I had to pick out each piece. The spring roll was also gross. Today when we ordered the fried chicken wings were burnt and there was a few pieces that were not whole pieces of chicken but the scraps that come from the bottom of the bag. When I called to let them know that the chicken was burnt I was told that it was just crispy as if I don't know the difference between crispy and flat out burnt. I used to order from here all the time. A couple days ago, I went to their website to order a delivery. It asked me if I wanted delivery. I said yes. Asked me when I wanted delivery. Charged me a delivery fee. But I was having trouble with the website. I couldn't get back to the sushi menu to add something. After half an hour of trying, I gave up on the website and decided to just call in my order. I said that I wanted to place an order for delivery. The woman on the phone said that they didn't offer delivery and hadn't for over two years. And that was that. Why did they offer delivery on their website if it wasn't available? I got the bang bango (?) sushi which was 8 small (smaller than normal) pieces of sushi for under $9. The inside was California roll material (imitation crab mixture) & the outside was avocado & raw fish. The sushi was expensive but the texture was great & fish tasted fresh. I probably wouldn't order the sushi again just because there was so little for the cost. I got the chicken wings & fried rice combo for less than $9 & I was surprised by how great the fried rice tasted! It was flavorful without being too salty & there were chopped onions in it (yum!). This place is good for take out or delivery. They have tables inside but I didn't see any customers dining in. They have a TV inside & hot sauce on the table without caps (kind of weird). I'm like the Ralphie of Thanksgiving. We do the turkey thing on Friday because we want to. No biggie except this year we needed to order out for lunch/dinner. We were looking for something beyond fast food or convenience store. Using Eat24 (which merged with Yelp. Haven't tried GrubHub, yet) I found 3 open places and choose based on their lunch menu specials and hibachi offerings which is new to me as a takeout menu item. I ordered the Pork LoMein and 2 Beef & Chicken Hibachi lunch. I doubled up on the hibachi so there was no issue over preferences and the lo mein was as a supplement or dinner later. I was on my way when I got a call confirming my pick up. Nice. Although my order was ready 4 minutes after arriving I didn't mind because everything was hot. Pros: Freshly cooked Beef & Chicken perfectly tender Hearty portions (esp. soup) Hot n Sour soup included mushrooms Pork LoMein was "porky" Cons: Fried rice was that tan kind, not the kind with veggies and egg I recall.
