Don't go anywhere else for your pizza in the area. Seriously, you want pizza, you're in Nags Head, you have to order from only here. It is delicious. We ordered well ahead of time online, that way it would be ready for pick up as we passed by. After ordering, you will get an estimated time of when it will be ready. We were given a time and then made a stop before coming here. However, they are quicker than the estimated time. Which is a great thing, less waiting when you pull up, but not good if you get stuck elsewhere beforehand. Pulled in, right up to the window, let them know I had an order. Within seconds, my order was in my hands. The hardest part about this was the enticing smell in your vehicle back to your house. Totally takes over and your stomach starts grumbling. When we got back, we immediately opened up those boxes so the aroma filtered through the house. Each pizza was amazing. The garlic bread was amazing. The right amount of garlic that doesn't overpower. Then the pizza itself blows you away. Perfect crust, perfect amount of sauce, perfect amount of toppings. Made you go back for a slice over and over again. Then it doesn't hurt that there are personal touches to each box with a message. Each box has a message when you open. My wife and I were looking for a good place in OBX to get a good pizza. We didn't find one, howevewe did discover a place to get a fantastic pizza! That gem we discovered was Nags Head Pizza Company. From the taking of our order to the eating of the delicious pizza we purchased, our experience couldn't have been better unless they offered a Power Winning ticket along with pizza. The positive energy flowing from NHPC is palpable. The staff were friendly and so very helpful, and the atmosphere so positive and warm. Great pizza! Picked it up on my way to Pea Island. Flavors were great. Crust was chewy, but the ingredients were on point.

It took us a minute to find this little gem because it dies not look like a restaurant. As we arrived, there was a line of customers picking up to go orders so we presumed it was take-out service only. We placed an order for a pizza tailored to our personal preferences and waited. For a resort town, we thought the prices were reasonable. Our pizza was delicious. The crust was thin as requested. The Italian sausage they use was flavorful. The sauce was just right. First day down at the Outer Banks and we ate here. I had heard a lot about this place and we decided to go ahead and try it. We got a Margarita pizza and a Supreme pizza and they did not disappoint. The margarita pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the packed atmosphere and small parking lot. Husband and I stopped in for dinner and didn't have to wait long at all for our pizza. Glad we picked a clear night because the only seating is outside. We split the Farmers Market veganized with vegan cheese. It had just enough cheese and the lightest touch of red sauce. If you love a lot of sauce, ask for extra. We also added the vegan pepperoni. Placed an order on a Tuesday night around 5:45 pm expecting a wait time of an hour for pickup. We used their online ordering through Toast, which was quick and easy, and were pleasantly surprised to see the wait time as only being 25 minutes. Headed out to pick it up (we opted for pickup in 25 minutes over delivery in about an hour due to our proximity to the restaurant), and got a text message on the way that it was ready. Pickup went quick and easy, though do note that their parking lot is a bit tight to navigate. There is a bit of outdoor seating (no indoor seating) and a pickup window. Very no frills, but nice enough. Now, to the food. We ordered a cheese, a supreme, and a buffalo chicken (each 16"), along with a family sized house salad. It was a good amount for dinner that night with leftovers for lunch the next day for 3 adults and 3 kids. Do note, however, that the family sized salad is enough for probably four adults to share as sides. Pizzas were perfectly good, though I wouldn't say exceptional. I prefer a slightly darker bake than what they serve, but to each their own. Overall, good pizza and great, simple service. read more

A great pizza spot to try! We ordered ahead on the phone to pick up and take home. They have outdoor seating. Few notes about ordering- ordering on the app isn't as easy if you plan to customize, or do half pizza toppings. We decided to call and had no issue getting whatever we wanted. The line to pick up orders can take a bit of a while because of people ordering at the window. Now for the food- we ordered family size salads - the Mediterranean and the caprese. Both were so good and lots to go around. We also ordered two large pizzas, each half different. Three were speciality pizzas from the venue and one was a custom by us. The group favorite was the cottage pie- a bit simple but just done so well. We got two pizza rolls but didn't seem as fresh as the pizza, so will give those another go next time. It's basically a cinnamon roll but made with pizza ingredients. We will be back! Also, the quotes in the boxes are a sweet touch. read more

Pretty good generic American style pizza (I don't say that as an insult, just that the pizza doesn't conform to any particular region's specialty pizza). I will put in big letters though THEY DON'T HAVE INDOOR SEATING and their tables are not handicap accessible, at best someone in a wheelchair might be able to sit in one of the adirondack chairs on the patio. If you have a big group or someone with mobility issues or the weather is shitty, plan for takeout. We ordered a bunch of pizzas, they were ready pretty quickly, and folks enjoyed them well enough but it's not a must-visit when in town kind of place. I would recommend ordering extra sauce and extra cheese if you do go because neither was abundant. My favorite was the all meats one (Manmaker), I also liked the Sausage Parmesan - I couldn't eat any of the others that people ordered because they were all loaded with fresh basil which most people would like but would put me in the hospital. My vegan friend particularly enjoyed his Haley's Comet though, said it was one of the best pizzas he's had since going vegan. The pizzas are thin crust, and the crust is chewy and not doughy, but I didn't find it super filling. I normally eat two pieces of pizza tops, I ate three large slices and was still a bit hungry. Prices are a bit on the high side like everything else in the area. So - go for takeout or patio dining and if you just want some pretty decent pizza (and aren't super picky) or are vegan, don't go if you want indoor seating or true best-in-class pizza that you'll be talking about after your vacation is over. read more

The pesto chicken pizza is without flavor but so much potential. It tastes like they baked then shredded plain chicken breast. The pesto sauce tasted like nothing or else they just didn't use very much to be able to notice any of the basil and olive oil flavor profiles. The crust is weak too. Not being from the area I check yelp for guidance, this spot was on the top. I don't think I was led astray. I ordered half pepperoni half sausage, a cheese pizza and a Little Dipper (cheesy bread). The pizza was tasty from sauce to crust. Pepperoni wasn't limp, the sausage had flavor, each slice had an ample amount of toppings. They have a pickup up window with a little bell if no one is there when you walk up. I also noticed a quaint outdoor eating area as I was driving off. As for staff, if everyone is like the young lady who helped me they are awesome! Added bonus they have merch, cool stickers and if you had a bad day their pizza box quotes are sure to bring a smile to your face. We like that they serve thin crust pizzas with high quality toppings. My favorite pizza is the NHPC BLT specialty pizza with mozzarella cheese, roma tomatoes, bacon, fresh arugula and balsamic glaze.​ In addition to a variety of speciality pizzas they also have classic pizzas. NHPC's menu includes salads and vegan and vegetarian options. NHPC's new location is a pretty beachy aqua building with a quaint front porch and a convenient pick up window.
