I have been going here for years!!! So much so my entire family are patrons of this establishment.

For so long, I did my brows on my own and it was great. I already have somewhat of a decent arch so it was never really hard to get them exactly how I wanted them. However, over the years I've gotten very lazy. I've always been terrified to let anyone touch my brow hair-- to me it's one of the most important parts of your face. If your brows are jacked, you got nothing. The main lady who does brows here is a master. Just f'in great. She listens to me when I tell her what I want and she is super sweet (I will update with her name, sorry). I don't let anyone but her even touch me. For the nail service, I don't go anywhere else to git 'er done. The prices here are very fair and they do a good job. Granted, there are some employees who I've leaned not to go to because they're just not my cup of tea, but for the most part I really like the service. The only downfall is that they are so good that they are really packed a lot! I've noticed wait times getting slightly longer recently, but honestly it's worth it. Ok not a bad wax... I tried to go to "lee-lee" she was busy so I got her look-a-like twin ( they were both wearing the same lace pants...) and my brows came out pretty good.. but here are some things I wasn't so keen on: -waxing is done in view of everyone and their brother..and the nasty old man getting his pedi done. Seriously no back room? I was told to sit in a chair and rest my head against the back of the wall. (although this is only my 2nd waxing experience..I'm sure this isn't how it's supposed to go down) - double dipping the wax stick..hmmm... not super hygienic there...nor is using a straight edge razor to clean up stray hairs. overall my brows look good, but not good enough to risk my health, and dignity ( good thing I wasn't getting my 'statch waxed in front of everyone!) read more

I only go here for one thing and that's to see Le-Le. If you are in need of one of the most complimenting brow waxing you have ever experienced this is your place. Le-Le does such an excellent job of waking your brows according to and enhancing your facial features. Its not like some spots that do the same wax arch one up one down none even MESS!!!! I even see guys here getting that uni brow or unevenness mad scientist look taken care of by Le-Le, she gives them that wax un wax look. I am not sure about the nail service, but its always packed wall to wall no matter what time I go. read more

Love it here for a few reasons. Lily is great with brows. Paula is amazing with shaping Nails (mani & pedi) especially since my nails are kind of weird. Linda is great with acrylics. They are usually full but don't let that discourage you because they move fast without compromising quality. Should I be displeased with something, just let Lily or Linda know and they'll do their best to rectify it. They treat my special needs sister like royalty, which always make her impromptu "Spa days" special. Disclaimer: it's not a spa or ritzy spot, it's in Cumberland but I get consistent service, which is great. read more

Came in with two friends today. I was convinced to get my eyebrows done (Only $8). My eyebrows look amazing thanks to Ms. Lilly! She will have your eyebrows looking flawless. This is by far the best my brows have looked in a while by anyone. I will definitely be coming back. Came back and gave Ms. Tina a try with servicing me with a gel nail manicure. The staff is very friendly, very fast and make an effort to chat with clientele. And, they're cheap. For a mall salon, That's nice! ....Until I received my service. This. Place. Is. Not. Sanitary. The nail files, brushes, cuticle trimmers and all of the manicure tools come out of a dirty drawer that is covered in past nail dust and skin fragments. I was devastated each time I looked at the tools. *shudder*. After my manicure/gel was finished I practically ran out. Fortunately, it was cheap. And THEN 5 of my nails had jagged edges. What?!? I had to file the corners of my nails while I walked through the mall so they wouldn't snag my tights. So annoying. By the time I finished shopping, the polish had a bunch of dents. UGH! I guess the light didn't even cure the polish well enough? I don't normally do my nails at the mall, but I was running against time and my trip. First time here and will be the last. Staff are friendly. I got a pedicure and a filling. To me it seems like they use the same tools over and over without sterilization. I got my brow waxed and realized Lilly was using a razor when I opened my eyes, so, I asked her if the razor is clean. I said to her I don't like razors. She started going off about how she's been working here 18 years and I have customers who come from the airport. I wanted to know what's that got to do with me. l left there needing to file my nails also. I wouldn't recommend this place because they're not sanitary. read more

I have come to this location for manicures and pedicures since I was 19yrs old (Im 33yrs old). They had recently expanded to include the old photography studio space and have upgraded their equipment to look more like a traditional spa. It has not been the fanciest and is still not a "Spa", but you will get in and out with quick quality work done. Noone will jump from their chairs and kiss your fanny, but everyone is polite and professional and will talk to if you wish to converse. I love it because everyone knows me and asks about my family (go enough and they will treat you the same), gets me in and out quickly with great results (and will fix something if you mess it up), and the prices are great without having to deal with "froo froo" fluff. I am a mom with limited time so I go there for a quick, decent priced, well done pedi, not to sip mimosas and eat chocolate in a robe. If you feel the same, this place is for you! read more

I like SNS nails and Paula does it perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints. I've gone to multiple technicians for pedicures, and so far so good. I come here often and have never had any issues . This time I was serviced by a young gentlemen . And although very nice , four of the 10 nails he did on my full set came off I'm less then a week. The first nail that came off was my right middle nail. It broke the day after I got them done . When I went to get it fixed , I was charged . The next day my middle nail on my left hand broke and I went to a different place . (In the photo this is the nail with the glitter , I couldn't match the exact color I had so I just did glitter ). Each day after another nail broke or came off . I've been going there for over a year but I won't be going back . I don't have the time of more importantly the money to waste . In short , I paid 45$ for a full set . Within give days time , 4. Nails had fallen off or broke off . I'm not heavy handed and light on my hands . One came off when I was showering . my daughter and i came here for two pedicures and two full sets. What a nightmare first they totally forgot i needed a pedicure after my nails were done, stated come back another day after getting there at 540 because they're getting ready to close this was at 720.... what? secondly my nails look like a 2year old painted them so i requested the nail tech repaint then she didn't like that she was rude and rough with my hands, and still didn't come out any better i asked for a different tech the owner told me NO because only my original tech who serviced me can fix them. My daughter that's another nightmare her nails came out absolutely horrible that she was crying in the car because she got her nails done specifically for graduation and they were horrible! how can you mess up short square nails my daughter didn't request anything fancy or coffin, stiletto nails just short and square i don't get it but anyhow safe to say between the absolute horrible service and customer service we will never give business to this establishment. read more

The guy who sits towards the left did my nails and he filed my nails way to low so now my pinkie nail is cut in half and the bottom half is trying to grow over the top half. Besides that he was very rough and RUSHED! I didn't even like my nails he did and now I have nail damage, definitely not worth it especially since they went up on their prices. read more

Drove into town and needed a convenient mani/pedi. Very busy but the wait wasn't long. A little odd that no one was there to check you in right away and there were only 3 chairs to the waiting area. Once greeted things went smoothly. I got a gel mani and a pedicure to match. The test will see if it lasts. The location is convenient inside the Cumberland Mall. Just came from there. Used Le-Le as recommended. Wow, she's fast! Managed to get them even in less than 5 minutes, cuz I know the right one is a little wonky. It's 8 bucks for brows. She seemed nice. I told her I found her on yelp. She didn't know what it was so she had to go look. She says she does weddings too, if that helps anyone. Just moved to the area so my new place for brows. read more

I moved to Marietta not long and have been looking for a good salon and decided to try this place while shopping one day. I had a friend with me who got her nails and toes done while I had my acrylic nails removed. They looked awesome and natural after they were taken off, because the girl built my nails back up with a thin acrylic layer and cleaned them up nicely. My friend had gel polish and matching polish on her toes and was super pleased. The next time she visited me she asked if we could go back. Been going here for about 2 months, I absolutely love Nail Accents was referred here by a client of mine. I'm a professional makeup artist so my nails have to always be on point. I am very particular about the shape and design of my nails and many nail shops in the past I notice do not pay attention to detail or will do what they want instead of what the customer asked for. Not here....they know what they are doing and can do it in a timely manner. I go here every 2-3 weeks for a fill and eyebrow wax and am always happy when I leave. I highly recommend to make an appointment before hand because they are busy. only complaint I have is that I make appointments and sometimes still have had to wait up to 20 minutes before I am started on. Horrible experience!!! The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry. She did not know to file the nails and when asked to correct it she blames me for not telling her that it was wrong. How am I supposed to tell when she is there one filing it. She does not even know to paint the nails. She would not paint it straight, draw cross lines and she would ask you if you know how to do nails and if you have been to any school to learn it if you insist on doing it right!! Such a disaster. I am livid I called 45 mins upon arrival told to come on over there would be no wait I specifically asked for Linda I arrived 45 mins after the call traveling through traffic and bad weather to arrive and be told by Linda and her sister whom answered the phone.... she was working on her last client and was done for the day I'm done I don't recommend this shop at all because they weren't even willing to compensate me for they're negligence of inconvenience to my time and effort to get there don't go there waste of time I'm very patient with this shop even when I Have an appointment they are never on schedule sometimes 20 to 30 min later I just can't believe they did that here's to great customer service.. This place is sooooooo filthy that I declined my mani/pedi for fear I would end up in the hospital with a staff infection or hepatitis. If you are looking for cheap 30$ for both you found the place. I went into Nail Accents on 12/24/14. I went to get a color gel fill in and they went up on price. When I originally sent there they told me that a Color Gel Fillin is only $30. I thought it was a good price by the 3rd visit they went up to $33 claiming that they had to change me to cut my nails down which I never heard of before. Then I went on 12/24 and they went up again to $35. I asked them why did they keep changing prices. They responded the price was always the same, and maybe they have me an introductory price. They said if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. The customer service may seem good but its horrible. They seemed like I was just another number and they didn't care to loose my business. The quality of service is poor because the gel acrylic would chip and it would lift up with air bubbles. I ended up going somewhere else where customer service matters. A friend of mine and I went to this location to get our nails done because she had never had acrylic nails... Once we got there we waited for about 10min that was OK. When the lady got to my friend she didn't need acrylic and gave her Gel nails instead which in reality weren't don't properly she wasn't even given the whole massage and all hat i believe you get. when i got my nails done(acrylic) they were HORRIBLE. you could tell literally where the brush hit my hand. the lady didn't catch her name redid them she had to re fail my nails in all i had a regular french tip. its been three days my white tips are brown and i can not get these ugly things off.
