Looking for a pedicure, I called this place in advanced in case they turned out ot be busy on a Saturday around 3 pm. Fortunately, they weren't with only one other customer there. Establishment is clean and well lit. Parking was easy with a large lot shared with some other stores. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided during your treatment. Their deluxe pedicure was gentle and relaxing. My biggest tif was the gel application was a little sloppy having had flooded my cuticles on about half of my toes. Mimi was very friendly and kind enough to provide some coupon for my friends and I after check out. May come back to use them in the future but they do expire in 6 months. read more

So I moved back to Marietta and I tried to give this place another chance and they completely dropped the ball. I called at 12o'clock on Friday to make an appointment for 330. The man was like "OK no problem" trying to rush me off the phone. I'm like hey you didn't even take my name and I don't know yours. That should've been a red flag. I got there at 3:23 and didn't leave till 630. Didn't stick to the appointment time at all. Continues to take walk-ins know when it's only three of them working. If I would've known it would've took three hours to get a gel mani & pedi that will end up chipping less than 24 hours, I definitely would have not gotten my nails done. Waste of mine. It's not even like I was doing anything with my hands. I was off on Saturday so there was no reason for the nails to begin to chip. Even if my right big toe chipped. Highly upset and it was $77 at that. read more

Not impressed at all. I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't be sitting there for a long time. They told me they weren't busy and to come on in. ( I figured they wouldn't be busy, it's a Monday) I arrived 5 min later. Immediately when I walked in the the salon smelled like Fritos. Not a good smell! I was told to pick out my color for my toes and SNS manicure. After I sat for 25 min. When I started to get my nails done. The tech (can't remember his name) rushed the job and I have been cut on every finger! And the SNS looks horrible. My nail shape is ugly and not even with my other hand. After my SNS was finished, I waited for another 20 min for a pedi. Which isn't really any better. Long story short. I arrived at 5:45pm and left at 8:15pm. To long if you ask me. Nail already chipped and it only been 4 days. SNS is supposed to last 3 weeks! read more

My service was poor. the guy who did n my nails today was super rough and not listening. two of my fingers were bleeding. i asked him not to cut my nails i wanted them soaked off and he clipped them anyway. after i said it three times. regardless if my nails needed it i asked him not too. i was legit crying. and he knows he was wrong and i was still charged full price. which is fine cause i got a service but he did not do what i asked! read more

Came today at 11, supposed to open at 10. There was a sign on the door saying they weren't open until 1230. Drive all the way back for a fill in, first set was done by same business. It was $31!!!! Wtf? A fill in should never be that expensive !!! Especially when a full set is like $45? And just a few hours after I left the salon one of my nails broke. I'll never be coming back again. read more

My pedicure was absolutely amazing! The prices are great. They are popular and busy but have plenty of employees so it moves quickly. I got a fill also but after 2 weeks my nails started to lift and pop off and that never happens. I'll definitely be back for pedicures! read more

Don't go to this place! Save ur money, I payed $55 for something that brake 2 days later. I can't even see my cuticles. It look like he just splash a whole bunch of acrylic powder and call it a day! Great experience and this will be the only place in the area I get my nails done. Family owned and operated as far as I know. Their was a child their whole getting my nails done... Didn't mind that at all, as I also have a 5 year old and sometimes to keep myself manicured and eyebrows done, I go without because businesses act crazy if you bring your well behaved child. At first I liked this place but now it's been 5 days and I payed for a new set of tips, sns and then gel coat on top, plus and 3 level pedicure and my nail has popped off on the 5th day of having them. I payed 117. You'd think they'd be secure when it hasn't even been a week. Very unfortunate because I'm going to Vegas today and I wanted my nails done for this trip! Update: if you want press on nails that you pay over $100 for, get your nails done here. 4 nails have popped off in 8 days from getting a new set, sns and gel coat. A RIP OFF. Also if you're gonna demand a mask, supply them. Don't sell them. Cheap asses!!! read more

I have tried every nail salon in the area not once but twice and I'm SO thrilled I've finally found an amazing nail tech. Faith is a true artist! I get acrylic tips with gel polish and every time they are perfect. She pays attention to the thickness and shape and doesn't skip on the details. I don't personally get designs but I've seen some she's done on her colleagues and WOW! Can't recommend Ruby Nails more. read more

I love Ruby Nails! I found this place on a whim a couple months ago, Jimmy & his wife are WONDERFUL! Jimmy always does my nails! He's fast & they always look great! They're constantly getting new colors in & new trends like the cat eye & holographic nails! Amy does my pedicures & they're awesome! They have several different fragrances of scrub to put on your feet which are cucumber melon, lavender & coffee! All are great & smell divine! They also offer waxing & eyelash extensions! They're reasonably priced & the decor is really pretty as well! They have a stamp card that once you visit 10 times you receive money off any service! I highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

I've been here a few times. Today would be the last. The man that works in here is terrible at doing nails. He did my nails a few months ago and it came out bad. I didn't come back for a while but the last few times I did, one of the ladies did my nails and they were pretty decent. Today was pretty busy so I ended up stuck with the man again. It started off hopeful, but I then realized he still hadn't improved. For one, he's super quick. Which usually is a good thing but then you realize it's bc the quality is poor. I asked for COFFIN nails, he filed them very quickly and the end result was square (and crooked). It always seems as if he's rushing and I have no idea why. The polish job was okay. But all 3 times I got my nails done by him (over the last 8 months) he left nail polish on my cuticles (see pics). I cannot believe this man is still doing nails here lol the extra $5 he charged me for a shape I NEVER GOT ended up being his tip. It hurt to not leave a real tip but I refuse to reward this terrible job. I ended up spending another $10 at the Walgreens to get a nail file kit and more polish so I can refile and repolish it myself. So disappointed, complete waste of money. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The husband/owner is trash and tries to rush through EVERY service!!! I came in to get a pedicure and my SNS redone, I asked the guy to not use a drill he did anyways I asked him again not to use a drill he did it anyways so I politely asked him to stop and asked for his wife to do my nails! Big MISTAKE! She was rude condescending and she cannot DO SNS! My nails were lumpy and not shaped well. She got an attitude but I simply explained I should not have to explain to you how a nail should be filed to appear neat. Please speak up if they do your nails bad!! Make them fix it until you are happy! I literally got to the point I had to leave because I was going to cuss her out!! She kept asking where have you been why haven't you come in?!? I told her the reason why I havent come in is because of the service and the finished product! I have so many friends who have stopped going here because they rush through EVERY service and then get an attitude when you ask them to fix what they messed up. There was a black girl in there that did my toes she was very nice and accommodating! I have been going to a salon in Duluth by my job (they have wine and are SO nice!!! You don't have to correct their work because they get it right the first time!!!) and figured I would try this place again because it's close to my house. I have to go back to my normal lady on Monday to have my nails redone! I will never go back! They were dead on a Saturday, you would think they would give better service!! I would not recommend coming here!!! Go up the street or around the corner! They give horrible service!!! And they want you to be happy with mediocre nail service. And she cut my cuticles a few times like other customers have said! HORRIBLE!!! Service!!!! I will not be back! There should not be polish on your fingers, lumps and bumps on your nail bed, nails different lengths, etc. they should be ashamed how they are doing people! read more

I try not to question fellow yelpers' reviews but I seriously think something is wrong with these people! This was by far the worst experience EVER! I went in to get my pink and white nails taken off and then a manicure. I went in knowing I was going to be there for a long time. However, as soon as I sat down the girl cut them shorter (okay that seems pretty standard) and then what did she do??? SHE STARTED JUST RIPPING THEM OFF! WTF I tried my best to keep my cool but after two nails I let her have it. I said um aren't you going to soak them first? I got the standard oh okay I do for you. She then came back with a bowl and then a new girl to continue the process. What did the new girl do? She just started ripping them off. By this point I have had it I screamed at her to get off of me and that I was leaving I could do this at home. The other lady then came back and said oh no we soak them I so sorry. Then they finally start to soak them and guess what they didn't take the gel off so it did nothing but dry up my hands. At this point I notice this and tell them I am leaving. Busted nails and all the woman begs me to stay. I stay they take the rest of my nails off the proper way. Once it is time to do the manicure the woman kept pushing me into this SUPER expensive manicure. Which I didn't want and finally I agree because she has me trapped into a corner. However, after I saw how she filed my nails... (I could have done a better job myself and the reason I go get manicures is because I suck at shaping my nails) I said I do not want your fancy manicure polish. She got all pissed off and gave me attitude for the rest of the manicure. Why I tipped this woman I don't know. I guess being a waiter I know what it is like to live off of tips. The tip I wanted to give her and that place was to get new jobs. I will never step foot into that nail salon again! The only good thing I can say about this experience is I found out where the Little Cesar's is. read more

The receptionist said that the tech who started on my nails had a burn on her finger and it burst. I needed to wait. Why schedule me knowing you could not accommodate me. I will never return to salon and if I'm ever asked about I will not refer anyone as I work in the Battery in a Director role. Be more honest and transparent. Tell the truth, don't have people waiting and begging your team to service a customer who you confirmed and scheduled an appointment with.

I was handed the pedicure menu and I decided on their spring offering which was a mint CBD pedicure and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles have been so so sore from working out and this pedicure was exactly what I needed. I'm leaving feeling so much better than when I came in. And the massage that she gave OMG I almost fell asleep. The pedicure starting out is $65 and it is for 55 minutes but it felt a little longer but that's just because it was so good. Of course I had extra add-ons the gel polish and acrylic two toes so my service came out to $98 and I will say it was $98 well spent the atmosphere was quiet very little noise. It was early. I came in at 11 AM but overall even with people moving around, it was still very minimal noise and a relaxing experience. I think her name tag said Nina if I can remember correctly but she let me know they've been open for 8 months. I definitely plan on coming back because 10 out of 10 I will recommend. I also plan to get my nails done in the future. My nails were already done. I just came for the pedicure, but if their service for Nails is anything like the pedicure, they will have a forever client in me.

My wife has used him before, he does a gOOd job. I really like they way her hands and feet looks once completed. Everyone in the shop is well trained and professional. I happen to connect with Lee who is the one I have chosen for my pedicures. She is strong and her massages are thorough. I tell her when she is done, that my feet look "brand new!" It makes her laugh and she takes her time when her work is recognized. We communicate with an understanding although her English is not the first language. I was one in the past to always pass on taking and moment to having my feet massages, nails clipped and feet scrubbed. But as my wife has said in the shop, "he puts holes in the sheets with those sharp toenails!!" LMAO - let's be honest, we all have been there but in this case, we as men have to step up to the plate and spend time grooming our bodies to lower the cost on sheet replacement (hah). Lee, my go to person takes her time and gives me the attention that is necessary to get the job done. If it goes after then what I anticipate, then I will let her know. it's that simple. The vibe is cool for the most part, I've learned the best time to go is in the morning. But that is of course, based on what my wife books and if I am available. I am heavy into music so I bring my headphones into the shop and tune out for those 60 seconds of feet pampering. They shop normally has a food show playing in the background like elevator music but it a lot of repeat of the same thing, so I zone into my deeper self. One Exception, businesses who give exceptional service and have 5 stars are growing at a fast rate towards perfection, it does not mean they are perfect. If you have a favorite technician working on your soles and things take a turn towards your tolerance level - remind them that you are not in a rush and prefer to move at a slower pace. I came in on a Friday evening for a pedicure. They are taking Covid precautions really serious. They require that you wear a mask for the duration of your visit. Every guest must wash their hands prior to being serviced, and they place a plastic barrier on your chair prior to you being seated. Instead of looking at polishes in a common area to determine what Color you want, they bring the colors to you. Each color is assigned a number and you just let them know the number you are going with. I opted for the least expensive pedicure( I think there are about 3 options). There were no bells and whistles. A soak, cleaning of feet, shaping of toe nails, and polish. It was sufficient for my needs. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Overall it's a no frills kind of spot, that gets the job done!
