I hate writing bad reviews but this place is just not it. I should've known when I walked in and there was literally one customer in the whole place. There were two smalls dogs running around the salon, barking and pooping on the floor. Not sure who they belonged to but it was not pleasant. My gel pedicure was decent. My dip powder manicure was awful. I could've done a better job myself, and I have. Had to drive to another trusty salon to fix the job they did. We had the gentleman and he did a great job, but I had no idea that they were going to do mine and my friends nails one at a time, so we were there a lot longer than anticipated, but at least we got them done! That's the only reason I gave them less than five stars. I absolutely love this place. They were so so so nice and attended me right away. My boyfriend was hungry and theh let him eat while I waited and even interacted with him which most people don't do. The entire staff is very sweet. The woman that did my nails loves her job so she made sure everything I pointed out to her was done. I never write yelp reviews. I am very easy-going, patient, and easy to satisfy as a customer. But Nail bar is so Awful that it couldn't even help an easy-going person like me. When I walked in, there were a guy and a lady who was trying to ignore greeting me and give any service, and when they did, it was with lots of attitude from the beginning. I felt not welcomed, and I thought maybe they were tired of giving any service. On top of that, their products were expired, and Nail Polishes smelled sooooo bad, and when the guy started applying the gel on my nail, the gel began to shrink!! I told the guy about it, and he began to redo it with an attitude like it was my fault!! It happened again, and he was surprised and didn't know why the gel was shrinking. With the brightest smile, I tried to tell him that maybe it's expired, but he didn't respond (ignored) and started redoing my nail with anger. But it began to shrink again...instead of saying sorry or saying thank you for your patients, with the rudest tone, he started telling me that I must change the color, and he didn't even say sorry!! I changed the color, but it still shrank a little. My nails look like that a week or two passed since I've done them, But this picture is for yesterday when I walked out nail bar!! Please be careful when you go to Nail Bar!!!Not sure if some of their employees are licensed. I wanted to mainly share my nightmare experience I had here. I usually go to another place to get my nails done but it was more out of convenience to try this place. I came in to get a gel manicure and got more than a gel manicure! Without my consent the male manicurist started giving me a shoulder massage. I said I wasn't interested but the manicurist kept pursuing. I felt very uncomfortable from the beginning as the male manicurist was being flirtatious and kept complimenting. Here comes the worst unimaginable part...During my shoulder massage, the manicurist takes a pen and stabs me with it!!! I almost jumped out of my seat from the pain and said "what in the world are you doing???" The manicurist didn't speak much English so the manager translated and said the manicurist was trying to pop a pimple with the pen! Are you kidding me??? Unbelievable!!! I didn't even have a pimple in the first place! I was so shocked I didn't know what to say and how to react but wanted to leave ASAP! I met with a friend soon after and she noticed my shoulder was swollen from the pen stab! I later called back to complain and only with an apology and a refund- The manager/owner was more concerned about their "illegal" employee and tried to cover it up. I went to see a dermatologist the following week as I was concerned the wound might get infected and sure enough, the doctor had mentioned it was infected and the area was traumatized. A couple of months later I had developed a cyst which the dermatologist said may happen. I had the cyst removed but the dermatologist said it may come back again. A year later it's slowly growing back. I called the manager/owner to get compensation for medical expenses and they are completely ignoring my calls. I am lost for words that a place like this can continue their business! read more

Wanted a quick pedicure because I was running early in my schedule and had an hour to kill. Not gonna lie, thought they would serve alcohol with the service because of the logo, sadly not. Parking was good in the plaza but I've been here before for lunch at a local restaurant and it can get hectic. Price was reasonable for a spa pedicure and the extras that came with. Staff was friendly and while unsure if they had room, fit me in without a long wait. Spa pedicure chairs are always nice with an extra massage while you get worked on. The staff covered me with a towel because I was wearing a dress so I appreciate the professionalism. And it was one of the best foot massages I've received for a pedicure. Downsides One of the regulars came in and my girl hurried through the pedicure so she didn't clean around the nails and left a hangnail I asked her to remove in. Her polish application wasn't great and came off pretty easily after a day. They take cards but all tips have to be in cash so thankfully I had some extra cash on me. Overall, I don't think I'll go back but I appreciate them helping me fill the wait time. read more

I came in to get a basic pedicure and I sat in the chair for 25 minutes to let my nails dry, they put on my shoes and over an hour later I take off my shoes and my nails are not dry and are now scuffed. I called them and go back the next day to get them fixed. Again waited in the chair for 25 minutes then they didn't put on my shoes and I go to put on my shoes AND MY NAILS ARENT DRY AND THEY ARE SCUFFED AGAIN. This place is terrible!! Please save your money and do not go here. First of all, they charge you for literally everything. I got acrylic nails and decided to get the "coffin" shape. This was an extra $5 charge, all shapes aside from the traditional square is an extra charge. So I was like okay whatever, so I decided to get a highlighter yellow polish color with gel and a matte top coat. Now keep in mind this matte polish was not gel, it was an extra $5 charge. After shaving down the acrylic, my cuticles were dry and flaky which is normal right? Ideally they would get the cuticle clipper and cut off your hang nails, nope this was an extra charge as well so I decided not to do that. So after the polish is on and everything is finished, my nails are streaky and sloppy!! They had a 20% off discount for their grand opening so I ended up paying $40. Would not recommend. read more
