My acrylic fill was done by Bree and was perfectly done. She did the shape of my nails so good. My only complaint is that I asked for a manicure thinking I was going to get maybe a small hand massage at the end and instead she only trimmed the cuticles and put some cuticle oil on, that was it! I was super disappointed. I didn't see any manicure packages so maybe I'll ask to see one next time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon but was very disappointed they didn't accept Venmo or Zelle and I had to use their ATM which always makes me super paranoid about skimmers on the card reader.

Burgundy Towels that had holes and nail polish stains Kenny did my nails, I asked for short french tip ... he didn't have me wash my hands after filing, he immediately started placing clear coat and they had bumps from the residue of the acrylic .The French tip design looks ancient like early 2000s , not what I asked for. I will insert a picture of what I wanted vs what I got for reference This was my final straw They don't do what you ask for . The lady who did my pedi (without me asking) began adding acrylic over my toe nail because the left side of my toe nail was broken but she left a huge blop of acrylic and it was dark pink ! When I asked her to add to the right side she said NO disregarded me and continued doing how she wanted .It turned out very uneven , one toe nail looks rounded at the edges and on my other foot it's uneven ! Didn't disinfectant or scrub the pedicure spa tub not even a rinse afterwards, just removed the plastic and replaced it with a new one while I was still waiting for my full set nails to be done . Very unsanitary! And if you pay attention to their pedicure carts you will notice how they don't clean their pedicure tools they have them laying flat on a towel unsterile , they even placed paper / cardboard around the pedicure carts to hide inside ! This place needs OSHA inspection

His massages are as if he works at an expensive spa - like actually massages and not just rubs the lotion on like most other places. I love that he doesn't do small talk and is efficient but careful. These massage chairs give me life. They all speak perfect English, which makes the whole process so much easier. Everyone is super nice and they're so easy to schedule with by text. I've referred many people here who are equally satisfied with their service. People on here complain their polish chipped early but they're happy to fix it for you if you go back in and tell them what happened. They have almost no turnover so everyone gets along and it's just a good vibe there. One area of improvement - the horrible television programs they always have on the tv. Weird music videos of one direction/Taylor swift or a weird cooking channel that's like always showing how sausage is made. It's a lose lose situation whatever screen you look at. Just leave it off tbh.
