The first time I went to this place was to get a full set and I had a good experience. However yesterday I left feeling so nickel and dimed about my services. One technician said it was $3 for pedicure gel removal. When I went to pay it was now $5, because I didn't get gel again even though the difference of a gel and non gel pedicure was over $10 and would've been charged removal even if I had gotten gel again. When I went to pay in card and tip in cash there was an extra 4% charge on top of the $98 for a regular pedicure and fill. I left feeling so gross, that the technician wasn't even nice to begin with and then there's all of these hidden fees. I won't be back. read more

The nail polish looks uneven in the light and the edges are messy. I had to go home and wash away the gel polish left on my skin. I ended up trying this place out because they were open yesterday on the 4th and that was the only day I could come to get a fill (my regular place was closed). I made an appt for 1pm and the staff was really nice. Lots of color selections (like previous reviews stated) and very clean inside. Jimmy who did my fill was really nice, chatty and kind. When it came time to place my hands inside the neon light nail dryer (no idea what those things are actually called), my nails wouldn't dry and Jimmy didn't know why. I had never had this happen before so I was confused too. He had to redo a couple of my nails and then told me I was good to go. Well I smudged one right away in my car and didn't want to go back in since it was minor (I am not super high maintenance about small things like that). However, when I got home and reached into a pile of laundry to fold it nearly ALL of my nails got smudged and messed up. I ended up going back and Jimmy was really nice and seated me right away and was super apologetic. He explained that the mishap occurred because he didn't use gel polish only the gel base which is why the polish didn't dry correctly. I was surprised he didn't notice this beforehand but regardless I got my nails fixed the right way and they dried super fast like normal. Well that night I went to get into the shower and I noticed I had already chipped two of my nails... I was so disappointed and bummed. I used some color street nail stickers to cover up the chipped fingers as a short term fix because I didn't want to go back in a third time. Well this morning I noticed I had a new chip on my middle finger. I can be super hard on my nails but where I usually go (Happiness Nails in Bressi Ranch), I NEVER get chips on my nails and they last up to three weeks. I gave two stars because the staff was really nice and they did have a great selection of colors. However, because of everything else I sadly will not be going back. read more

I went in without a design in mind but told Lucky to design anything with gold/white- and she surely delivered with her magical touch (and super gentle too). Pro-tip: If you have a design in mind- show them a photo or be descriptive, as the ladies there are very accommodating and artistic. If you're not sure, do what I did and let the artist's creative work do the rest. Lucky did my 3D flowers and I'm in love with this elegant design! Jenny is also an amazing talent.
