It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I specifically requested someone familiar with laying thin acrylic on toes, but the tech they assigned had no idea what she was doing. It took over an hour for just two toes, and one was left completely wrecked and scratched up. My cuticle was damaged so badly that I'll have to wait at least two weeks before it's safe to have them soaked off without burning. After I thought about it, I even went back to share my experience, and all they offered was a $10 gift card--which honestly felt dismissive given the situation, especially since it was the same girl at the front who originally assured me I'd be in good hands. I'm disappointed to say that after years of loyalty, I won't be returning.
