I have been here several times and won't go back. Let me preface I rarely complain. First time I made appt on website for specific time and technician. I waited 45 min while she finished with someone else. 45 min amd I had an appt. I mentioned to owner and he said their online reservation system was not good and to call next time. I did. I had a young male technician and although polite rushed through my manicure - so fact he cut me and moped skin a few times. I just left today - I called as I had been told to do and made a reservation for a specific time and requested female technician for my daughter and myself. When I checked in I repeated we wanted female technician. I paid for an upgraded pedicure with hot stone massage and extended massage. They sent the same young male over to me even thought I requested a female. I did not want to embarrass him and hoped for the best. I was wrong. He rushed the entire experience. Basically no foot massage, nicked my skin again as he was rushing etc. I called to speak with owner after as I did not want to embarrass the young man and this was the biggest disappointment of all. He basically said it was my fault as when the gentleman came over I should have stated I wanted a female. I reminded him I had made a reservation for a female technician and reminded when I checked in as well. He said they are busy and it's up to me. So my question - what's the point of making a reservation and when I did why didn't they reserve me with a female technician. So go at your own risk and don't bother with an appointment. Your requests are not important. Also disappointing is the owner took no responsibility and offered no compensation or discount or remorse. I strongly suggest not going here. Sue Mixson read more

I recently moved closer so I decided to try this nail salon rather than my normal. The 30 minute wait for walk in wasn't bad but the service was horrid. My nails are all different lengths and my thumb is literally wavy. The man was in a rush and gashed my finger open with the drimmel sander. He didn't clean it or anything, just put some kind of liquid bandaid on it. My nails are missing paint on the sides, and was pointless to say anything after I told him the color he was putting on my nails wasn't what I wanted and upset him. Bad experience with wife. Very unappreciative and rude. Treated me like this a number of times and I let her have it the other day. Again! I go because it's convenient even though it's expensive. I was the only one in the salon so they weren't even busy. It makes no sense. I went to another place and paid less and was respected for my business. The application was pretty good, but the finished product was not what I was expecting. They did no cuticle care and when she was filing my nails she hit my cuticle with the nail drill.On the phone they said it would be 45 for acrylics but it came out to be around $130 for two acrylic sets. I would probably not go there again and after only 5 days my nails are starting to lift. There is air bubbles in the nails and there is a dent in the end of my nail on my thumb. read more

This place was terrible!! The chic who did my nails smelled like cigarettes, her work station was disgusting. It had old nail powder all over it. She didn't even paint my nails fully so that when she dipped them the sides never got powder on them. When I told her she then started to file down the sides of my nails even more which was painful and had to tell her to stop. Then after she put the top coat on and I looked at them there was a mark in my ring finger on my right hand she literally just painted over ignoring. Worst place!!! read more

This establishment is a rip off. Steve charged me 90 dollars for a fill in. IHe stated I n his budoness review he took off my nails. That's a lie. My nails looked great, I live in New York and was visiting. I was not treated as great as others that were not my complexion when I walked out the establishment My mistake was I didn't ask how much a fill in was, but I looked on the price menu and a fill in starts at 40 dollars. I'm not sure how and why it went ftom 40 to 90. They are taking people for fools. read more

I'm going to give a very honest review. I am a master cosmetologist and salon owner of over 26 years . I moved from Chelsea , Al to Huntsville 7 years ago , The drive to Chelsea was just too far for nail appointments and I loved my nail tech and Chelsea and the nail salon that I went to not only were they very professional they were very kind they always made me smile they always cared about me they always asked how I was doing they always remember things about me and they actually talk to me and they were not rude and they did not speak in Vietnamese and ignore me. I found fusion nail over 2 years ago , I was referred to them. The first day I went in and I had a horrible experience with my nails. The very short hair nail tech that sits upfront on the right I think was upset with them that she had to do my set that day because it was towards the end of the day. she kept grabbing my fingers and digging her short finger nails in my skin hurting me. she acted like she didn't know how to shape my nails or do my nails she was just very rude. I stopped her from doing my nails and at that point the owners wife Heather took over. The past two years I have only used Heather or her husband Stephen and I will say this I have been very happy with my nails I wear long nails I wear them coffin shape I am very picky about how they are shaped and I do not like thin nails and I do not like fat butter bean looking nails.. They know exactly how to do my nails and for two years I have not had to worry about anything. I usually pay cash for my services when I can I always get the gel polish on my nails and I have been getting the number three pedicures. My favorite technician for my pedicures is Don, he is the absolute best! He is the kindest man, he's always smiling and he treats me so kind. He offers me water and he makes me very happy. I felt bad that the nail salons had to close during COVID-19. So last month I was eager to get back in I wore my mask took all precautions and Heather did a full set for me. I got a number three pedicure I wanted to do something special for the tech so I tipped him $20, I got a full set of nails by Heather coffin shape and gel polish and I tipped her $20. $20 is a little high for me I cannot tip that very much on top of getting a number three pedicure and a full set. last Friday I went in for a refill and showed Heather one of the nails had broke off right in the middle. She fixed the nail for me did the refill I have never had a nail break in the two years that I have been going there that's one reason I love them because their nails usually are so strong that you cannot pull them off they stay on for months.. One day later my pinky nail broke in the same place I had to come back in and let another nail tech fix it and I tipped her five dollars .Three days later two more nails broke off in the same place. I called Heather I explainEd to her that something was wrong with this set and that I wanted the whole set replaced. Left a message on FB messenger for her and told her to check it as I did not want to have to go into detail when I came in today to get them replaced because she would not be there she said Stephen would be doing them for me she told me that she explained everything to Stephen. Of course when I got there that's not what happened Stephen only wanted to fix The 2 broken nails to start with, I told him no,that the other ones felt weak like they were going to start breaking too that something was wrong with the set that I was not happy with them ,I brought in the broken nails to show him where they were breaking along the stress line where the tips have been glued 0on. He totally started an argument With me we both got very loud with each other everyone in the nail salon could hear it upset me very much and made me angry, of course he was angry too and he had no reason to be. Number one he should've apologized to me that it was my third time to have to come into a nail salon In a week to get these Broken nails fixed.He fixed them all , I tipped him $20.I don't feel that I was treated kindly. Also I want to add that most of us do not like it when Vietnamese nail techs ignore their customers while performing a service and rudely start talking in their foreign language as it is very rude! read more

A few of my friends and I Got here at 10:30 and didn't start even sitting down until 11:40 when I sat down I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted he seemed a little unsure but told me he could do it, he did not use any of the colors I picked out and quite frankly did an awful job I got an acrylic full set, he skipped a step in my nails and they are very thick will not ever be coming back again, The girls that work there are great but the men have never done good on my nails anytime that I have been there 0/10 experience would not recommend, The last picture is what I asked for the first two are what I got read more

I wouldn't recommend ! only 2 to 3 people can actually do nails ( Hannah, Heather & Steve ) I wasnt able to get them down by any of them. The person who did my nails had a red thermal polo shirt on & she rushed my nails the entire time . She caked on so much acrylic on my nails that they look lumpy & very displeasing. She was upset because I wouldn't allow her to do coffin shape ( even thou I know she wanted me to get that shape to raise my price ) once I said NO for the 100th time she literally started bending my fingers in the most awkward & painful way. She put so much acrylic on that it was falling off the nail as she was TRYING to layer it. My nails are terrible & I have people even telling me that they are way to thick & the air bubbles are just I will not come back !!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING I went here once, on a Wednesday that was not busy. I was shocked at how much space there was in the business. Sadly enough, they did not enough workers to fill the spacious room and seats. My pedicurist did well, BUT, the service that my friend received was extremely unacceptable. She waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get her nails done while people that came in much after us, were served before her. I've come to this nail shop several times. I usually bring my daughter for mommy/daughter time. In the past (as recent as 3 weeks ago) we've always gotten the child's discounted price because she's 11. She is mature for her age. Today we were told that we could not get the discount because she doesn't LOOK 11 and because her legs are big like an adult. The technician who did her pedicure was having a hard time pulling her pants leg down when she finished and looks to the other technician and starts speaking in their language and began laughing, both of them just laughing as she struggled with my daughter's jeans leg. Granted I don't know what was said, but it was very rude. My daughter felt like the lady was laughing at her. Sadly we will not be returning here. Discounts for children are based on appearance not actual age. And while I understand it is their prerogative to give discounts they should be sure to say child discounts only applicable if you fit the size description of what we deem appropriate for a child! read more

Poor customer experience. I will never visit again!! The technician did not perform the requested service and accused me of talking to my friend so much that I didn't notice her massage. I've been getting the dipping nails for several years now. I moved here several months ago and I'm looking for a reliable salon. My first time here was wonderful. I thought I had found my salon. (I've been to two others). My second and third time have been non satisfactory. I admit I went Sunday am and they were already bust. Additionally I took my two granddaughters and daughter along for services. If they were too busy I wish they would have just told us. Instead they threw on my nails. By Monday two had broken. Mid week another broke. Yesterday I cracked one more. Today when I was working in the garage I broke another. Seriously this is the worst ever. I'm used to occasionally breaking one at the end of three weeks. Nothing like this. I'm off to find a new salon to see if they are better because I'm not going back to here. read more

Terrible. They were going to let me walk out with pink polish all over my skin and one nail half painted. The nails that ARE painted are crooked. Also noticed on the way out that they have a 90 health rating. Stay away. read more
