When she finally brought a nude, it was extremely sheer. After I asked for something more opaque, she said, "No, this is fine," and continued until I moved my foot away. She rolled her eyes, muttered under her breath, and eventually brought another color. Afterward, I noticed my big toenails had been filed crooked. When I mentioned it to the cashier, the nail tech overheard and aggressively said, "It's your toes. That's your problem, not mine." After only 4 days, I'm already noticing lifting along the sidewalls. The tips are also noticeably thicker than the rest of the nail, which makes the nails look a little uneven/odd from the side. I really like the salon and had a great experience my first time, so I'm disappointed that this set hasn't held up the same way. I'm currently on a healthy nail journey to strengthen and improve my natural nails. My cuticles were not properly addressed, and when I asked her to cut them, she told me there was "no cuticle" and that it was just dry skin. As you can see in the attached photos, the skin around my nails was clearly not properly cleaned or finished. My hands were also not moisturized or massaged, which I expected as part of a full manicure. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I felt dismissed and made to feel as though I was being unreasonable. I explained that I did not feel comfortable paying for a full manicure when the service felt incomplete. I felt very taken advantage of and, most importantly, not heard.they did end up giving me the express mani price, but after trying to fight my point Ps the first time I went carol did my Manicure and she Was absolutely AMAZING
