Absolutely LOVE my first day of spring nails. They do such a great job and are actually nice to their customers.

Christmas nails! I only ever get French manicure acrylics. Saw a woman leave salon with beautifully designed nails and asked for the same...Kim knows I don't like anything but "pink and white", and the other customer's nail art might be too much for me. She did a couple of things first, but did not take her long to make my nails a gift!

Had a $49 pedi and when I went to pay I was charged $69. I was charged $20 extra because I had a French tip done which was terrible btw. My 8year old could have done a better job. And the paint started falling off the next day. Would not recommend unless you want to be overcharged for a bad pedicure.

How they fix a crooked nail

I had an unpleasant experience here today. My acrylic nail was applied crooked. Instead of redoing the nail, they filed the nail and left the edges very rough. At the beginning Kim hurt me with the nail file. They also charged me twice and told me I would be refunded?? I'm very upset with how my nail appointment went. Oh, also they charge extra for the coffin shape.

My husband I have been coming here for a couple of years now to get pedicures. We always leave happy. They have lots of spa options with reasonable prices. My mom and I went today to get manicures. I got a full pink and white set and my mom got a fill. Kim was great and gave me different options to keep my natural length. We will be back!

I'm new to the area and was not aware that there was a nail salon so close to my house! Normally I will make the hour drive to Lakewood to see my regular nail tech. I am so skeptical about going Into new nail salons. I feel like I never leave with what I ask for. But today I decided to take the plunge and find somewhere new. Kim did a great job on my acrylics. They aren't thick and bubbly, the gel polish isn't dried on my cuticles. They're just right. I will definitely be back!

I was shocked at the utter filth I witnessed. I'm not sure what the health code is- but this place is far from it. My niece was excited to be there- but there was no way I could go thru with the pedicure for myself. The nail drying table was caked with dirt for both the manicure and pedicure drying areas. The nail colors are ancient with peeling labels, crusty bottles and some of the colors had separated. It was like a museum for used polish- there wasn't a new polish anywhere. They didn't even provide my niece with the pedi flip flops. She wanted to do alternating colors on her toes with purple tips- they refused and pretended not to understand. Although she was happy with what they did- it wasn't her vision. They seemed to be angry that we were there and talked in another language the whole time. It kinda weirded us out. That's a bummer because this was the reward she wanted for getting the high honor roll. I'll never return.

I made this account a long time ago but I wanted to make a review before I forgot!…read more I made the appointment over the phone since I was at work and didn't have much time. The phone was picked up quickly and I explained what I wanted and they said they could make an appointment for Saturday at 11:45. I said perfect, and that was it! The day of, I received a call about and hour and a half before asking if I could come in 45 minutes later as the nail techs were busier than they'd like and I'd have to wait longer if I came in at the previous time. I have my day off so I said it's fine and appreciated the call. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was in for. I explained I had a 12:30 appointment and they quickly sat me in a chair while I waited less than five minutes before I was helped! Looking around, the building is sleek and welcoming as well as open. When people walked in they were greeted warmly and openly by staff. I had the honor to have Linh as my nail tech. Not only was she conversational and friendly, but I appreciated the meticulous care and effort she took when filing, shaping, and painting my nails. She did a wonderful job and I have never had a better set! HIGHLY recommend Linh and Luxe Nail Bar!

I've been coming to this nail salon, even induration of changes name(s), owner(s), etc., quite…read morefriendly and initially, they did everything expected and little add ons, which was great! Nowadays, it's difficult, to get same day appts and watching them take walk-ins is little frustrating. My daughter and I made appts to come in for mom+daughter time, we were separated almost entire time. And, even at end; she's made attempts; let me know she's done. Beware, price gouging; a) pedicure is set price, being advertised (false advertising?) anyhow, I came in to have pedicure and/or part of any offers (i.e., mani-pedi price, shellac-pedi price) are all set amounts. For my first experience, pedicure was exactly advertised with shellac at set price. I've found, it depends upon "nail tech" taking care of you. However my last nail tech, lazy, she did not follow details, as listed/advertised, scrub bottoms of my feet and repeatedly, reminding her to do, specific details (+unaware, an extra charge $5) cuticles are to be pushed back (use wooden sticks), it should not be painful, as customer never hurt/bleed with use of specific oil to soften, cut ok sorry, meant clear extra skin the cuticles. It then allows, lacquer and/or nail polishes or whatever being used and closer at your natural areas. It can be as soon, as after pushing back, usually later while doing whatever you need, hours later and washing hands, lotion, etc., then pushed cuticles that are left (don't worry, grows quickly) will begin, to grow, as usual. If, done correctly, it should begin to meet or even cover polished areas. These days at these pop-up salons, even upon request, doing it after everything has been done, deceit. In past, when your hands are stuck in bowls from beginning, barely allowing it to soak; they begin process of whatever has been requested. For me, my skin grows rampantly; I've come out to look at them, it's obvious and even after you leave/go home and you take notice; call salon; and any reputable salon will if I pay extra $5, they always do it at the end, they will not even care, nor give idea it is necessary step in providing manicure and pedicure give you an idea that they have observed, every step, due to cost(s) and longevity, as they use stainless steel ones so they can clean it & barely touches, it's like "act" do have you begin after capable to experience was more of foot soak and paint nails. Now, I have received several pedicures (in my lifetime and usually, regular pedicures, includes: tiny massage with lotion and definitely, removed all calluses, scrubs bottoms of feet, cuticles pushed & cut. All of which, did NOT occur induration of my so-called "pedincluded scrubs bottoms of feet don't tell you up at certain amount, , They took care of everything, used to frequently visit, every two weeks and didn't need an appointment and it was never problem if, you don't have an appointment. I would be there, fairly long, taking my time, my body isn't what it used to be. As of late, I've heard, from my neighbors, even with an appointment, there is long wait and changes with, multiple technicians. Advice: whether you have an appointment or not, avoid weekends and/or come earlier in the day. As for myself, I have not returned since November 2018. Reserved, two appointment(s) for me and my daughter, we want mother and daughter time and we wanted to chat, she lives out of the state. I was never close enough, within the vicinity of being next to her and both separated. My daughter's first comment, we get into car, to go home, she immediately, began expressing, how expensive it was! They are bit steep on their prices. I would get shellac/dip and regular pedicure. Usually, when I'd go in for shellac/dip (everything) would be meticulous, everything done, exactly like manicure, instead of using nail polish, would use shellac/dip. Apparently, I'm mistaken, I found out the hard way. You have to pay for any and every thing, sometimes person doesn't scrub, bottoms of feet, well enough. I asked, 'can you scrub them better?' After, got shellac done, I asked, 'please, cut my cuticles' and they know, I always, ask for it to be done. Oh, when I went to pay, surprised to hear, it was more than usual. Then, it was pointed out, all of the additional fees were from, when I asked to scrub my calluses, she barely took excessive skin for an extra $10; for my cuticles, another extra $10; etc., it goes on and on. Also, the pedicure price goes up! Of course, you don't know, until you are sitting, soaking your feet, provide you menu of upgrades (much more, than anticipated) personally, I ask for basic pedicure (priced, as advertised) mom (Gina, caring & helpful) her work is done, meticulously and she ensures to takes care of everything, including calluses, all without extra ($$) charges. He explained, "price for shellac, does not include a manicure" I'm not asking for manicure and everything, that it comes with, I simply, wanted to cut back my cuticles.

I call a few hours ahead of time and make an appointment - they get me in every time. Alec is by far the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my 20+ years of getting pedicures. But again, anybody you see here is excellent and will listen. I've never gotten an infection or fungus, I've never been cut, and I've always loved coming here. They do an excellent thickness with the acrylic so they're not too thin and break and they're not gobby and thick either. They also don't lift on the sides. The atmosphere is relaxing and vibe is great! I pay with Venmo and it's quick and easy! I'll continue to come here for many, many years!!

Found them on YELP... (couldn't decide which of the 3 salons to go to in the same parking lot!) so…read moreI called and they had time to fit me & my daughter in, me for a mani & pedi & her just a mani. So we got there.. not too busy. This nail salon is large with plenty of tables for techs & clients. The lady at the front desk seemed to be better than everyone, no nice greeting or smile, just "yes?" So we pick out our colors & then we are escorted to where our mani's are going to happen... the lady at the front desk, says your deck will be with you in a moment, to me. My daughter is already getting started.. there are 3 tables in a row & maybe 10 rows. We were put on the very first row right next to the front desk, then another client comes in & all 3 of us are crammed into this space that was not easy to get in or out of without knocking each other! And the chairs are huge, don't go in very far or move back any... there are 2 empty rows in between us & the other texh with A client in the 4th row.. we were all soooo close, almost touching elbows! My tech arrives & gets started, then all of a sudden, she says something, I can't understand or hear, except for $60 for a new set..?! She then starts taking off my tips & trimming my nails way down too close to my nail beds, kinda hurt! My daughter looks at me & I'm like, I don't know! She takes a nail tip & is removing my tips, all the while I'm thinking & feeling like she's gonna take the entire nail off! The front lady is doing the 3rd lady's nails next to her, and then shows her how to cut my nail so she can get under the tip to remove better. (My other hand has already been Pulled off!) so I have no idea why she had to put on new tips.? My nails had grown under so she could have just applied the acrylic over, but instead chopped down every one of them, except my pinky which had no nail, and added tips! (Sometimes I wonder if they know that the more they charge me for my service, means that the tip isn't going to be as good! I go to the salon with a set amount in mind & so with a budget, it's either service or tip! And I know that sounds horrible, but these days! Come on now! Everyone that works there has a Lexus!! I don't drive a Lexus!!) so back to it... it was a strange not really welcoming experience & I'm sure that next time, we'll try the other salon across the street. There's a 50/50 chance I may or may not come back... customer service is very important to me, especially from an owner or manager & I feel like this didn't happen. Also communication... letting people know what's going on why this is happening & so on and so forth... I hope someone finds this helpful & I wish everyone respect & happiness!! Take care! P.S. pedi was a basic pedi & it was SUPER! She did a fantastic job & even though it was quick, she was very gentle & did a super job! Thank you!
