My wife got her nails done here today and walked out crying. She requested a service (gel builder on her natural nails) and the technician started cutting her nails and doing acrylic. My wife showed her some simple designs which the technician made a weak effort so my wife just asked for a basic French tip. The technician then went on to tell my wife she was basic and boring. The overall experience was terrible. I went in to request a refund but the manager wanted my wife to come back in so they can cut the tips off to do the refund. I think if your technician did not deliver the requested service and did what she wanted instead and insulted your customers, that should warrant a refund. My wife will never step foot in here again and I would advise any husband who cares for the woman in their lives to not allow them to come get disrespected and talked down to. read more

I should have known better after reading the reviews but I took a chance. Bad nail job. First off I left with a color I didn't pick nor like, the dipping power chipped in 5 nails under 24 hours of getting them done. I would have gone back had I been in the country but since I was traveling I couldn't go back. Stay away from this place! read more

I went in around noon today, I asked for a builder gel manicure on my grown out natural nails. I was advised to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I then pulled up a photo of short nails with stars and holographic glitter pieces. I asked if they had something similar to this look. I will attach a photo. When the technician came over she sat down looked at my nails and asked if she could cut them, I figured she would cut them so they looked like the nails in the photo I agreed and then she whacked them off, told me I had to put fake tips on which I said I didn't want and proceeded to ignore me. Once the tips were on I just sat there and felt trapped. I felt like she didn't even hear me when I asked for the builder gel, or when I asked for my nails to be short like the photo. She just did what she wanted. She kept talking to me about her husband being in the hospital and how she was interested in someone younger to be with. Very odd thing to talk about. I as very uncomfortable. They tried to create the look but used hot pink and a dark blue hexagon pattern with one big star glitter. I told them that wasn't what I wanted and they removed it, and said I should do just a basic nail. I requested a French tip since that felt safe. She then proceeded to tell me that i like boring and basic designs. (She repeated that I was boring a few times as she finished the set up) As she started with the acrylic process I gave up hope that I would be getting anything I would like. She kept bending my fingers awkwardly while she filed the sides, didn't do any cuticle care and prep. The filing was very painful, the filing was after the acrylic was on and set. As she was finishing up I had nail dust all over my hands she didn't even brush them off and just added Orion and rubbed it all together on my hands. Gross. My nails are so square and heavy. I paid and left crying. My husband picked me up and was immediately pissed off that no one listened to what I actually wanted which was gel builder and my own nails. I understand that the design of stars I wanted wasn't possible but to just put tips on me and give me something I did not want was so unnecessary. My husband went in for me since I was so embarrassed and upset. He tried to get a refund but they wouldn't and kept telling him I had to come in to get my nails cut off. I didn't feel comfortable stepping back into that salon. They lost my business for good. read more

The entire appointment was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff spent almost the whole time talking about how "ugly" my friend's toes were because her nails are short. She politely explained multiple times that she has to keep them short, but they continued making comments, laughing, and criticizing them for nearly an hour. It felt extremely unprofessional. On top of that, they cut me during my service and didn't seem concerned about it. Whenever I asked questions about nail colors, they acted annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing them by trying to choose a color. read more

The staff at this salon were friendly, but unfortunately, the pedicure I received was one of the worst I've ever had. The technician, who seemed more experienced with manicures than pedicures, was pleasant but clearly uncomfortable using the tools and only performed the most basic steps. When he finished, my feet looked WORSE than when I arrived--there was peeling skin on my toes, jagged nails, and poorly applied polish. I pointed out the issues and even showed him photos, but he didn't fix it. I also spoke with a woman who identified herself as the owner; she apologized and offered a $10 discount. However, even five hours later, the nail polish was still wet and smudged when I put on my shoes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon for pedicures. I won't be going back. read more

I went a week ago from today to get a pedicure and manicure with gel nail polish, the same guy did both services and during my pedicure didn't even rub my legs or feet the pedicure was 10 mins total I sat in the chair longer then the service itself. During my manicure he rushed the service cutting me twice and not even cutting my nails to the same length my gel polish was put on and is bumpy on 4 out of 10 nails my gel polish is also already coming off. I do not recommend this salon at all because you'll send up having to get it all redone within a week. read more

Was pretty disappointed in my pedicure, requested a certain technician and was given someone else who tried to force me into a more expensive service after I explained 5 times I wanted the basic one, she gave me no foot massage just a very basic small rub on my legs, then tried to pressure me into getting gel when I just wanted the basic polish. She ended up painting my nails nicely but besides that it was not a very pleasant experience unfortunately. read more

Henry did a great job on my nails and toenails and the guy that greeted us was friendly, but everyone else was in bad moods and not friendly at all. We took our granddaughter who turned 5 for a manicure and pedicure for her birthday and the elderly lady Nancy was HORRIBLE, EXTREMELY RUDE TO HER! Our granddaughter didn't know what she was supposed to do and Nancy was aggressive with her showing nothing but frustration. Towards the beginning of my pedi he also swatted and killed a fly that was on my chair and used his gloved hand to do so. The inside of this nail salon is so nice. It has an elegant touch to it. The staff was very kind. I made an appointment and they were ready for us when we got there. It was at the end of the night and it felt a bit rushed. I don't live in queen creek so this isn't my normal spot. My place give an ice massage. They did a real quick massage here. I needed a color change and one nail fixed. I got my nails done somewhere else yesterday so I thought it would be an easy fix. I was cut three times, and the nail that got fixed was possibly the worst nail I've ever had done. Sloppy work, nail polish all over my nail beds, old polish not all the way off. This is my third time at nail care lounge. I have even brought my whole family here for pedicures. We all agree that it has some of the best customer service that we have ever received at a nail salon. I have gone to Tony for my full set. He is very friendly, and thorough. The whole place is very clean and inviting. They play upbeat house music, which I love! The pedicure chairs are awesome and very comfortable. I have had two pedicures here so far. Highly recommend. I have been here 3 times. The first visit my pedicure was amazing and the young lady that did the massage for the pedicure did the best leg and foot massage I have ever had. Unfortunately the man that did my dip manicure was not the most careful. I ended up with a cut on my pinky from a new nail file that hadn't been worn down. This was significant enough that the skin had to be glued together so the service could continue. I ended up leaving with 3-4 cuts but my nails and toes did look great and the price was great. I am so disappointed. To start, I made an appointment with Helen and when I arrived I was told she had been in Vietnam for over a month yet no one told me when I made my appointment. Not to mention I had an appointment at 9 am and they didn't start on my nails until 10 am. My gel pedicure is bumpy and the French tip is sloppy. I asked to keep my toe nails shape square and the tech rounded them. I asked for THIN dip nails and provided an inspo pic where the tech told me the flowers I wanted were not in style and pressured me to get French tip with chrome instead (for $30 more!!! I didn't find this out until it was time to pay). These were my wedding nails and I left in tears knowing I didn't have time to get them redone. I got these done less than a week ago they're already lifting from the tip (as shown in photos-this has never happened) my hair is getting caught in the cuticle already and not to mention they look nothing like the photo I wanted. I called in the morning (11am) to schedule a mani/pedi for myself and my daughter they made us 2 appointments at 1. We showed up about 1250. They called us over to a chair after about 10 min and we sat there waiting. They then came and put hot water for our feet and then we sat there until the water was cold. Finally they came over and warmed up the water and asked us what color and what number spa. We had been there for 30 min at that point! We choose #1 pedi that said 6min massage. She tried to up sale us but we stayed with the #1. Neither of us got any type of massage, only seconds of a hot stone rubbed on our legs, my daughter got lotion I did not. She brought the wrong color for me and then said I told her the wrong number... it was awful and we didn't do a manicure because we were already frustrated! I shouldn't have left any tip... but we will never be back! read more

I requested a pedicure and dip nails. A male technician came to do my dip nails and it was the most unpleasant experience I've had at a nail salon. He was rude and got frustrated over my answers to his questions such as should he file / cut down my nail, etc. He then proceeded to just stop mid service and make the owner complete my service who did not acknowledge his behavior at all. I received a manicure service for $15, gel color change for $25 from Ben(that's what his dryer had on it ) , and a pedicure for $45 . Although the facility corrected the issue, I was disappointed with the quality of service and the response to the issue. The service was fast but the quality did not meet my expectations. The soaking for the manicure was rushed, and the technician did not complete my cuticles properly. They even tried to upsell me the cuticle service when I was explaining my complaint. When the hostess, who may have been the owner, came to give me the cuticle care, she came with ice cold water and which was rude af .However, she kept saying that Ben did a good job. However, I noticed dead skin in the tool, and when I pointed it out, she did not have a satisfactory response just uh huh. I believe that one should get service from the women at the facility instead of Ben.The pedicure was don't very well. She was quiet and thorough. The worst customer service. I made appts for my mom and I and they didn't even get to us until an hour after our appointment and the lady cut my toe. It was a mediocre pedicure at best and while I understand not wanting to turn down walk ins, people with appts should not have to wait to get their service an hour after their appt time.
