Not happy. I went in to have a very simple design done on my nails for my wedding. The guy that did my nails was very nice, but the design he did was sloppy and rushed. I asked if we could please redo my nails to just be plain and match my toes. He said I should do gel polish because its much easier to do designs on so it can just be wiped off if it doesn't look good. I agreed to have the gel polish done, but they didn't have a color that quite matched my toes so I settled for a slightly different shade just so I could get the "better" design. He painted the solid color and cured it and then i noticed him putting on clear coat without any design. At that point I was just ready to leave...frustrated and unhappy. He charged me $40...to paint my toes with regular polish - no pedicure, just a polish change and a gel polish with no design- no manicure and I came in with bare nails. I asked why the price was so high, he told me because I asked for the gel. I said I only said yes to gel because you told me it would make the design SO much easier and better! He said a design would have costed more. So, my wedding is tomorrow and I hate my two different colored nails and toes with NO design. So sad. Just not great. I was here for over an hour (which isn't the worst) but my nails look like crap. One is pointing in the air! I didn't realize til after I got home and the place is closed. Apparently, they are also closed Sunday, and now I can't even go back to get my sky nail fixed, which im trying to not just pick off at this point. The nails do not have any sort of gloss coat and are LUMPY all over! I spent extra on nails that are supposed to be better and idk they are aweful *Edited Review- I decided to change this review to one star simply because I went somewhere else, the nails weren't attached to my actual nails, a tech from a different company was able to slide a piece of paper between the fake nail and my real nail. I would NEVER come here again. I will post pictures of what I asked for vs what they did to me. First the guy I had was so rude, he felt my feet and said "ugh! You need callus removal" then I brought in my own stones so that it would be cheaper and he told me he'd rather use his (THEYRE THE SAME) so he could charge me more. There was a group of 4 of us who received a pedi and everyone of us thought it was great. We walked in with no appointments and was greeted by Lynn. We sat down for maybe a minute or 2 and our chairs were ready for us to get started. Due to the fact that I had gel nail polish on it did take a little more time for me to get started, but that is common and was totally expecting that. This was my first time coming to this salon. I loved how fast they got us in considering we were walk ins and I loved the manager (Lynn I believe her name was). Although I had Michelle who did my nails and she didn't really listen to what I was wanting. I asked for coffin shaped, does this look coffin shaped to you? Also my forth finger on my right hands nail is very crooked. I also got a pedicure and the man cut me! And after he cut me he just put my foot back in the water acting like nothing happened. This place is a total bait and switch. Prices are listed but they will get halfway done and spring new charges on you with BS reasons as to why. A fill is a fill. They say it's $16. Halfway done they tried to up the price because they said it had been three weeks. A fill is a fill. No where do they say where the prices are listed that there are factors that could make it more. Then they kept pushing and pushing to get new nails. Then they tried charging extra to fix two broken mails which would be ok except they saw the nails and made no mention of the extra fix charge until halfway through the job. Total bait and switch. Yes! Finally! A place that has knowledgeable staff, it is clean, and not overly priced. The tech that did my nails and eyebrows, Christy (or maybe it was Christine, sorry!) was fast but clean and concise. I went to a place prior to this one that did a mess of a job and she knew how to fix it up. I initially suggested soaking the old acrylics off and get a new set but she advised me against that and said that she can fix them. She saved me money! Shows that they are just honest and hard working people. She did my eyebrows as well and left them not how I usually do them but she explained why; since I want them a bit thicker, she "cleaned" them up a bit and the next time around she can add shape. I trust her judgement. I'm definitely going to be a regular. (Heads up, set up an appointment. I came in for a fill and color change, the lady who did my nails (forgot her name) I believe she was the owner as she seemed to be in charge and running the salon. She did very well and I am very pleased on how my nails turned out. The last salon I went to placed the powder over my skin making my nail bed look really wide, she was able to fix the shape, it now looks natural as far as the design she did a really good job free-handing and picking out the color. This was the worst salon experience I've ever had. Me and my daughter went to get pedicures and I was getting a full set. The lady was rude the moment we sat down. I showed her a picture of the French manicure I wanted and she proceeded to do my nails, all of them were misshaped and looked awful. I asked her if someone else could do them. she jumped up and said no one else is better than her and if I didn't like them I could leave. I asked her why she was acting like that and yelling at me, that I still wanted my nails finished, she continued to yell at me and I said my nails weren't even filed, no finishing coat, I was not going to pay for this awful unfinished set. She grabbed me by my wrist and started cutting the nails OFF. I was so embarrassed and in complete shock. everyone was starring. I went to another salon near by to ask if they can help me and told them what happened. the nail techs and customers shared that they have heard and experienced terrible service from this same salon and same nail tech. My mom and sister and I all went there to get a pedicure. We had to wait for someone to do your toes so they let us sit in the massage chairs for about a half hour without any service. That was ok but what wasn't ok was how rushed my guy was. I noticed he didn't give my legs a massage with the salts like I asked for. I believe he might have forgotten because I said something to my mom who was getting a excellent amount of attention. Afterall we were there to spoil her and she did get spoiled for her first time getting a pedicure. She was completely disappointed and probably would never return. These were scheduled appointments and they knew how many people they were doing. I just went and got my nails done and I went in with long natural nails and left with uneven bumpy short stubs. Took me a long time to grow my natural nails out that way I don't need to add tips to my nails and the technician who did them cut my nails too short. I wasn't happy with them and requested to have them redone WITH TIP since they had already cut my natural nail and they said I would have to pay and declined to fix them for free. I worked in a nail salon as a receptionist and our Motto was "customer happiness above all because we thrive on customer return".
