They were helpful without being pushy, which we both appreciated. Trang was the young lady who serviced me. She was very skilled in her craft. And since she could make great Vietnamese food like pho I asked her to marry me if I divorced my wife. Kidding of course. Honestly, since nail care is very important who practice jiujitsu grappling arts, I need a place that can keep my nails clean and trimmed. Ohana Nail Lounge does a fantastic job. My daughter went to get her nails done for her birthday. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted. I get my nails done all of the time, so I'm aware of the price. Unfortunately my sister had to take her and ended up at the wrong salon. This salon didn't even do the design or shape she wanted, and charged her $85 for short nails with a half ass design on them. Went in for pedicure. Could close my eyes and open them and be anywhere in US for a nail spa. Has all the requisite interior stuff to make the visit pleasant, but ultimately it's about the techs that differentiate places. This one just "ok". Got the deluxe pedicure that included the salt scrub, exfoliation of calluses and hot wax. There was nothing missing, but there was nothing outstanding either. As with many places like this, my tech spoke little to no English. They were a bit understaffed and I could tell my tech was just focused on getting me out of there so she could move on to the 6 little girls who came in from a dance club with their mom's who were presumably going to be better tippers than me . Anyway, reasonably clean place, ok parking, average pedicure and tech engagement, can't complain ... it's close to where I live. $55 for the deluxe pedicure. read more

Unfortunately bad all around. We stopped in yesterday to get matching nails. We showed a few inspo photos and they asked us to pick the colors. My nail tech was grumpy and I was asking questions to see if they were comfortable with my request. They rushed my entire full set and told me it was $55 for a full set, $5 for shaping, and $30 for the design. It looked awful. I paid extra for chrome but when they did the top coat the chrome wiped off some of the nails. I realized this when I washed my hands but my tech started someone else already. A different tech fixed it and she seemed stressed. It just got worse and worse. My partners nails were still tacky and the gel hadn't cured. They skipped steps and this was easily avoidable. It was almost $200 for both of us. We won't go back, don't waste your time and money in this economy! read more

I really hate to complain but when this color went on I spoke up and asked if we should pick another one because it was not applying well. Instead of starting over with a new color my tech decided on another coat. He let me know it looked better and when I disagreed he ignored me and continued with top coat. I also requested that my previous bio gel be taken off before regular gel was put on. I'd say he successfully took about half the bio gel off so I've got some pretty obvious lumps in my nails. So I guess I'm stuck with lumpy, streaky miscolored nails that look like a 6 year old did them. Things like getting nails done really is a treat and I do not do it often. So it feels like I just threw away money which is disappointing. read more

Im not one to write bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience. I walked in to get a dip manicure. A nice gentleman asked me to choose my color and someone would be right with me. I believe my nail tech was Elena, but I could be wrong. She never introduced herself and didn't even talk to me the entire time. I understand she may be shy, but she didn't even ask how I wanted my nails shaped. She shaped them almond and when I said id rather have them squared round, she made them super short. Not sure if she knew what she was doing because she didn't go in the order I've been used to for the past 3 years when doing the stages. Three nails peeled off entirely the next day while I was at work! I went back to have my nails fixed and the lady that sat me down was super rude. Jenny helped fix my nails and was super nice. I gave her a $10 tip for correcting the bad nails. Guess what...the nails started chipping on day 2. In all the years I've had dip on my nails have I had this happen. Is this cheap product? Inexperienced staff? Both? I spent $60 for my manicure, $7 tip for the first lady and another $10 for the second. All for my nails to look awful. I'd highly recommend not going to this nail place. I dont have a lot of free time and usually do my nails every 3 weeks. Now, I had to get my nails done 3x within 9 days!! What a waste of money and time. read more

I had a good experience here for a first time customer. They took me right away. It's a big place but it was empty. My nail tech gave me a great pedicure. She did try to upcharge me to an "organic" pedicure. They did use a lot of lotions and creams on my legs which seemed a little much. But my nails look great! Would come back. read more

I have been a loyal customer since Ohana opened a few years ago and never had an issue but today Feb 5, 2026 I went back to ask them to fix a mani I literally just had done 11 days ago - the gel was flaking off and taking my nails off with it after just a few days. I had requested dip in the first place and they did gel instead. I decided to forget it and make it work. It did not. 11 days old and I went in and they outright REFUSED to correct the issue. I had to go to another salon and have the entire mani redone and repair what was left of my natural nails. They do not have any consideration even for their long time customers. Beware! The GOOD is the salon is nice and clean. I'M SHOCKED! The BAD is I called the establishment ahead of time & made an appt. When I arrived I said I had an appt & she didn't understand me. I had to say I was there for a pedi. The fact I had an appt apparently didn't matter. I picked a color & she couldn't find it. I picked a 2nd color and she couldn't find it. Two colors gone! So apparently they charge you $5 extra to "shape" your nails. I got a dip... filing and shaping is usually just standard when getting your nails done. I asked why I was being charged $50 when online it says $45 for a dip. She said it's because he "shaped" them. I go pretty frequently, but started noticing a trend. The owner(s) always force another client onto my tech while I am still getting my nails done. Rushing my nail tech.. I get pretty intricate work done. I of course pay for the extra time I am there no problem. It's ridiculous and rude and not enjoyable when they do this. Not to mention their supplies are limited and very basic. I feel bad for the employees at this company. Management is poor! Absolutely worst customer care ever!! I go to get services and I asked the guy to use sterilized tools on me and he got upset and started speaking loudly about me to his peers. I have gotten a nail fungus from this operation previously, so I wanted to ensure the instruments he used were sterile. The instruments he was about to use did not come from a sterile package, so because I requested he open a fresh sterile package, he got upset and walked off speaking loudly about me. I will NEVER patronize this business again. If you can't respect me, you can't respect my money. If I could leave a "0" I would!! This is the 3rd time I have experienced such rudeness. The tech who did my nails was terrible. She hurt me several times by cutting too deep into the side of my cuticles. Now two of them are infected. Also, The shape of my nails are too thin on the sides and she didn't cover my whole nail. And the polish is not thick or shiny. Im writing this review on behalf of my wife whom the appointment was booked for. Her nails were completed Saturday at 12PM it is currently Thursday and she has cracked nails, chipped nails and broken nails. So the quality of service you receive here is variable. Ive seen reviews of the best and reviews of the worst. So im happy to say if the reviews are this up and down just pick somewhere else. Save yourself the money and the possibility of terrible nails. Our nail tech was Julia, sure she may have good days and bad days. I care about the day my wife got her nails and it was bad. I will not be bringing my family back. Beautiful facility, but poor customer service and treatment of clients and staff members. During my last fill, my regular tech was out of town so Angie did my nails. I asked for rounded tips like usual. At the end she told me she gave me the almond shape to make my fingers look "less fat". Turns out I was also charged extra for that shape. She also cut multiple fingers while filing, which was extremely uncomfortable. During a pedicure a staff member seemed fearful of the manager. She was struggling to pull my pant leg down so I said not to worry, I'd do it myself. I was told she was required to do it and that the manager was watching and she'd get in trouble if she didn't.
