By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. After reading other reviews a lot of other customers experienced similar things as me as well recently.
