Very pleasant experience, everything is clean and individually packaged, had a great pedicure (citrus and hot stone) and my nails were done just the way I like them. We are visiting Myrtle Beach and I came to Nail Envy with my two daughters. The service was excellent and the employees were very friendly and engaged with us! They include a complimentary drink with a choice of wine (from a choice of 4 types of wine), water, or soda. A nice touch! They offered the girls a design for no extra charge. While I didn't have a horrible experience it was definitely less than relaxing and soothing. They were very busy so my mom and I had about a 15-20 min wait. No problem, I completely understand. However my mom was started about 7 min before me and I somehow was done about 5 to 7 min before her. My water was COLD! Not lukewarm but quite chilly. I asked about this but was told they were out of hot water due to being so busy. There was no offer to warm up any water for me. (Upon leaving I saw a different nail technician warming water for their client to mix with the cold water. All in all...I was cold the entire time, felt that my nail technician rushed through my pedicure (while the woman working with my mom took her time and did a thorough job). I'm upset that adding warm water was not offered to me as that would have made the whole experience more comfortable and pleasant. This was my first visit to Nail Envy. I would likely give them one more chance to see if the visit today was a horrible fluke. read more

The best thing about this place is that they are friendly and accommodating so I will give them 3 stars. They took good care of the young girls in our group. Unfortunately, the quality of our pedicures was not good. The technician doing my pedicure did not understand English which was difficult when I asked her to do a design. I don't think she typically does designs because it looks pretty rough. My cousin asked for a French and the lines were jagged and not neat at all. Went in for a color change manicure. Girl did a terrible job. She did them over, acting like she was upset about it. In their rush, they grabbed the wrong color and repainted. I came with my mom and sister in law for pedicures and we had a wonderful experience. There were plenty of pedicure chairs so we got to sit next to each other and chat during our pedicures. This was not my best nail experience. We were from out of town and I wanted to get my nails done. Everyone was friendly but my nail technician crookedly trimmed my toenails and glopped on lots of nail product that basically never dried on my hands or feet. My big toes and half of my nails were smudgy and smeared even after 30 minutes at the dryer. The setting was very cheap and cold. White tile and fluorescent lighting. Nothing is relaxing or pampering about this place. I would skip it for another. read more

My husband and I both went in for pedicures and I wanted a pedi and mani. First of all they gave us both, especially my husband a guy. He normally gets pedis w me and always gets a female tech, like most guys prefer. Second, the females there treated us so rude. Like they didn't want to interact with us. Third, they did a horrible job. We paid for a $55 pedicure that was supposed include callous scrub, hot stones, and paraffin wraps - they omitted the callous scrub altogether. In the middle of my pedicure my tech left to smoke a cigarette and came back stinking like smoke. Then he never put a top coat on my toes and only after three days, the polish is already starting to peel. He rushed through my manicure, barely filed my nails, and never asked how I wanted them shaped. I was also never put under the nail dryer, like the rest of the clients. It was like they were rushing us out of there, and it was the middle of the day. On top of it all, their prices weren't cheap, the services alone, not including tip were over $100. I feel as though this was a waste of money, especially to be treated so poorly. read more

Absolutely wonderful!!! I went in today and got the citrus package. The BEST pedicure I've ever had! I've had terrible experiences and seen questionable practices at some other nail salons. They were super clean, super friendly and did a fantastic job. Oh and the massage portion which happened 4 times... I believe. I fell asleep which has never ever happened while getting a pedicure. I wish I lived here so this could be my regular place. I also had 2 glasses of wine and was able to truly relax and not feel weird. Took my mom here for her birthday. Treated her to the citrus pedicure. It was fantastic! Our legs have never felt so smooth and the massage was very relaxing; they take their time and don't cut that part short. The building itself is very clean and cute décor.
