I've been looking forward to going to this place all week, and finally had the chance to go today. I was not disappointed! There was a bit of a wait, but I expected it since it was a Saturday, but Henry said 15 minutes, and sure enough it was 15 minutes before I sat down and Penny took care of me. I was very impressed by her treatment. She was gentle and precise with her work. Not a flaw. Not a nick. She was wonderful! Thanks Penny! The salon was lovely too. Nicely decorated, simple, with crystal chandeliers. The pedicure chairs looked so comfy, I will probably try those next time. I was extra excited about the nail polishes because they looked brand new, still in the box! Great color selections to choose from in a tidy booklet near the front. The chairs were comfortable. I've been coming here for two years and was treated very poorly by the man upfront. At 10:43 AM I called to request a 12:30 PM appointment the young lady on the phone said 12:30 would not work and scheduled me for a 1 PM pedicure. I arrived at 12:47 PM signed in and sat in the waiting area for my appointment. At the time I had arrived there were already two other women waiting but according to their sign in they did not have scheduled appointments. Two other women came for services and by 1:15 one of them had been taken back. At that time I asked the man upfront how much longer for the 1 PM pedicure. He responds with telling me I did not have a scheduled appointment today my appointment is for tomorrow. I explain to him that I had called in an hour or two before and had scheduled my appointment the same day. He responds with telling me no your appointment is tomorrow and you need to come back tomorrow.I explain to him again that I am leaving the country at 8 AM tomorrow and I would not have excepted a Saturday morning appointment. He got upset with me began to ignore me and called somebody else upfront to come talk to me. By then I was just ready to go! I felt as if they were overbooked and could not for fill their appointment and he made a decision to just burn his bridge. I came in for a pedicure loved my toes I got the #4 for 30$ which included a massage sea scrub etc.. I just kinda felt like it was rushed people kept walking in and the lady kept leaving helping them and looking over at them rushing threw I don't even think I got a massage that was included in it, she literally rubbed the lotion on washed it off and moved on. This nail salon is located next to Fantastic Sams by Winco. I was nervous going into a new salon. It was my first time getting my nails done since I moved to California. I witnessed them clean their tools. Use new tools and the pedicure bowls had a cover that was removed after each pedicure. I liked that everything was kept clean. I liked the color options and I am obsessed with my nails. My few issues, which is why they lost a star.. I asked for square with round edges and they seem very square edges. I noticed on the nail menu that they charge for different shapes. They charge a dollar to pay with card. But they didn't mention that until after the card was run. Which by then I loved my nails and didn't care. At the check in desk there is a sign that says "please tip in cash". Just giving you that notice before you go. However, I still plan on going back it's a great nail salon. **Update** Just got my nails done again. I paid extra to get them shaped. Plus got gel polish total $37. I couldn't wait to send my mom a picture because they are so pretty. I was having trouble picking out nail polish and my guy helped figure out a good combo. He also put a dark purple under the glitter so it would pop. We had good conversation and I decided this will be my regular place! Because of this visit they got one star back from the last visit. I took my daughter as a walk in they accommodated her within a few minutes. We are extremely happy with her nails. The guy that did her nails found common topics they liked and kept convo going. She got exactly what she asked for. My reason for the 4 stars is the treatment she got by what seemed to be the manager My husband is truck driver so when I take her places like this it's not just me and her it's me her a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old. I left her to go across the street and pull out cash for her nails(she's a teen) Instead of going in with her the boys and I waited in the car her whole time in there because I thought they'd appreciate not being terrorized by my crazy boys but apparently he was annoyed with the peace and quiet and rolled his eyes when she explained I went to go get money and yelled at her when she didn't understand what he was asking. I loved my pedicure the young lady did a great job. On the full set not good at all the gentleman was very rude and the nails sloppy. When I asked about the type of nails they did his answer was price very high as if I could not afford them. I don't know how raggedy I looked. Then cut me a few times and lectures lectured on being careful moving my hands in a cramped up place. No tip never been in a place where I had to hold it together. Funny actually. Went in for a manicure and the guy starts using the dremmel on my nail bed. I told him no I don't want that. I want the nail soak he says yes but continues dremmeling my nail beds. I got mad and told him no that's not what I wanted. He got mad and told me to just leave. Dremmels will damage the mail beds and my nails are already fragile. I'm the customer a&& and you're supposed to do what I want for my service. Never never will go back again. read more

I came here for a Brazilian wax today. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and she kept waxing the same areas over and over until I was in so much pain another girl had to finish. My skin got peeled off and I still had to pay for a horrible wax service. I still have a lot of hairs that were left because it was too sensitive to continue. It was my first (and only time) there. Pedicures are important to me (been doing them for decades) and I like to find them relaxing as well. But I knew immediately I did not care for his lack of customer service so I chose the basic pedicure only.... something I never do. But even that was rushed and poor quality. I paid $5 extra for a buff (instead of polish) but got little to no shine. I knew instantly I would not be back. I left a 20% tip though he did not earn it. He never asked me if I liked the final result, never said thank you. Just used a blower to blow product dust all over his customer. The female in the shop was pleasant with her customer interaction. 0 stars!!! Literally just left this salon that I have been wanting to try for sometime now!! Went in for a pedicure I really wish I wouldnt have stepped foot in there!! The girl who took me who wouldnt tell me her name cut my toe so badly my toe is throbbing and in pain. I asked for her to help with my ingrown toenail, which i ask every tech who I have seen in the past and this is the first person to ever cut me!! She then went on to scrubbing my feet for literally 5 seconds with the pumice and rubbing lotion on just my calf for maybe 30 seconds. She left for about 2 mins for a hot towel put it in my legs. That's when I could take no more. I told her to stop she cut me so badly my toe is throbbing she rubbed one leg. Is this what I'm paying $30 for? They told me it's ok I can go. You bet your life I can go. I am reporting them to BBB asap she wouldnt give me her name she pointed to her license (IF THAT REALLY WAS HER LICENSE) I snapped a pic of that as well!! Sanitary concerns. Bleeding cut finger... Had the owner do my nails he did a great job really enjoy him until someone sat down while he was doing my nails and he started rushing. He ended up cutting my finger and it started bleeding heavily for a small cut and he immediately put his finger over my bleeding cut and put this blue stuff on it and sprayed peroxide on it with out even asking me. By know I'm shocked and my finger hurts pretty bad. After he touches my bloody cut he proceeds with using his equipment and finishing my nails. Immediately after he finished my nails he did not bother to wash his hands or sanitize the equipment. Instead he sits another client down and starts doing her nails with same dirty equipment using his dirty hands that he touched my bloody hands with. After that I proceed to get toes done. (This place uses bags in the pedicure tubs instead of faithfully scrubbing them out ..meaning germs from previous water can still get caught in the vents, and the tubs aren't really getting as clean as they should)...so the lady starts painting my toes and I notice it looks clumpy like the polish isn't flat. I ask her to fix it and she proceeds to say she can't see ... I said never mind just leave it I have to go. By end of this when time to check out she said how much for tip ...I said have 3 dollars in my pocket she looks disturbed and said so $3 for me and him I said yup.. thinking to myself I shouldn't even tip.. By now she's just over me and as soon as she completes my transaction she said ok you can go. I was like hmmm typically you want your customers to stay seated to make sure the polish drys. Needless to say the polish on my foot started chipping a couple days later. I wanted to like this place but I can't in good spirit. I hope they sanitize that equipment and clean better before someone gets sick. I'm highly concerned. read more

I hate to leave this review but I'm afraid there is a gentleman who is employed here that possibly does not have a license. I'm glad my toddler was taking pictures and was able to take a photo of him so be on the lookout for him and DO NOT let him do your nails. Henry is great at his work and I've known him since he previously worked at envious nails in Hemet which by the way I'm going to stick to going to as they've never let me down just wanted to try this new salon. So let me explain this experience that I was in absolute awe about because in the many years over 20 I've been getting my bails done I have NEVER experienced this. So as usual I go in to nail salon do my pedicure with my toddler sitting next to me as she gets one as well. During my pedicure I was getting my nails done by the pictured gentleman (didn't get his name) my fault. He was rude but I didn't really pay mind to that he cut my real nails way too low and it hurt, he proceeded to put on the fake nails and did so incorrectly (how you may ask) he put nails on pointing upward I don't even know how they glued on. He got glue ALL over my fingers ( this has never happened to me anywhere) he cut three of my fingers and while bleeding he failed to address it or help in any way. The guy doing my pedicure gave me some solution for the bleeding. WHY did I let him keep going from there I ask myself. I'm too nice and I never like to complain and I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt so he continued. I am so mad I didnt take a picture after he put the powder on my nails it was ridiculous. My nails were all different sizes, glued on fingers/hands,the powder was everywhere the nails were so lumpy and crooked I just couldn't believe my eyes it literally looked like my toddler had done my nails. I finally had enough and told Henry asked him how he could even fix such a mess. Well... he couldn't he had to put me through the whole redoing process take off all the powder,nails etc it was a mess! Sure Henry fixed it but also asked me not to tell anyone about the incident. While I'm still sitting there I see this same guy do a pedicure and hear the poor lady complaining about him too. Mind you I have a toddler and I have to time everything accordingly. I was livid THREE hours later I'm barely going to leave the salon I thought I would get some kind of discount nope nothing! I was even asked if I wanted to tip for my pedicure by Eric (that was not great, no massage nothing special ugh) and crappy first full set I got even more upset after dumping 100$ here don't even know on what did nothing special. I will not be returning and I want to make sure everyone has heads up as I would hate anyone else to have this experience. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I paid for the $30 pedicure with massage and the woman put lotion while my legs were still wet and none of the lotion was lathered on. Then during my manicure instead of using lotion for my hand massage she used cuticle oil that left my hands oily! She didn't even massage it in- just lathered it on! My aunt wanted to treat me for my bday and I am new to Hemet and don't know many places around here yet. Took a chance on this one due to the reviews but oh man if you read this go somewhere else. We walked in at 2:15 and didn't get out until 4:45. I am 9 months pregnant and was in so much pain after pedicure and a full set. During the pedicure the lady burned my foot with the wax. I told her it burned and still had it on me. Then the owner gets food out of the back and is eating with his mouth open which is so gross to me. He then does my nails. I have short fingers I get it but no one has had an issue in the past. I just got ombré nails done about a month ago and he told me he couldn't do it because it would look bad. My nails look good, but cost way too much for that kind of service. read more
