I have been here in the past for acrylic nails, and gel on my toenails but this time I came for natural nails. I have been working for months to get my natural nails, very healthy and strong. My nails have been looking amazing and it has been months of me working hard to make sure that my nails healed properly. I haven't put nail polish on my nails in eight months. However, a week ago, I put clear nail polish on my fingers because I was going to an event. I asked her to use nail polish remover instead of the drill to remove the polish and she told me no and was very rude. She used the drill on my natural nails and now they are brittle and soft and they look just as bad as they did when I took my acrylics off eight months ago. She drilled all the way down to the quick on my pointer finger on my right hand and on my thumb on my left hand, she drilled so deep that it hurt and now both of my hands are sore. I am devastated. This is months of hard work completely ruined because she would not listen to me when I was telling her to do it differently and I am in pain. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment. read more

We tried this place last week and were able to get right in. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and gentle.

I asked for an acrylic set and they agreed to do it. He took off my previous nails and told me they were terrible. Then when I told him how long I wanted my nails, he would not stop saying "long long" and laughing. Then other nail techs walked by and said the same thing while they laughed. I just did not feel comfortable there as it felt like they were judging. The set was $83 which was way too expensive. read more

This is my favorite place to have a pedicure. I get the King & Queen and it is very luxurious! Evon takes the time to pamper me during this time and my feet feel amazing when I leave! I'm very impressed with Evon's professionalism and how she will go out of her way to ensure my family has the best experiences (and techs) whether it's a mani/pedi for my 4 year old, gel for my 9 year old, or acrylics for my 12 year old granddaughters! Spectacular nail salon. I definitely forgot i was in Edmond Oklahoma here! This place just opened up and is brand new! They offer complimentary wine, soda, water or mimosas! While the massages are more expensive here it's worth it. The place is so sanitary. It's also very serene. You don't see the nail techs answering their phones while doing your toes.. this isn't that type of place. I would not recommend getting dip nails there. Almost every finger on my left hand was cut and/or bleeding. I understand this happens sometimes, but she didn't apologize or ask if I was fine. There are large pieces of the polish on multiple fingers that she took off with the drill because she wasn't really paying attention when she was doing it and took off too many layers of the polish. I requested a natural look nail with short length and thin application of the acrylic and that's exactly what I got. Although the service was fast it didn't feel rushed like some places. This was the WORST nail salon visit I've ever had. I went in for a simple French on my natural nails and they moved me around to 3 different people because they didn't know how to do the French design. Then the singular person who did know how to do it tried charging me $90 for it! Claiming she had to charge extra because my natural nails are long. I got a mani-pedi here last week, when I got up from pedi to walk over to gel mani, floor was wet and I slipped. Toes were marred, when I told the manicurist this she ROLLED HER EYES THEN SIGHED! She then looked at them and brusquely told me someone would have to fix them later, and began shouting to my pedicurist across the shop... Then she looked at my "menu" sheet, I had opted in for wine with my pedi, she laughed and others came over to look at my sheet, and she asked if I had already had my wine and made a "drinking motion", they all laughed. I told her I did have my wine, but my toes were messed up because there floor was wet, not from the TWO OUNCES ounces of wine I had... she was surprised I understood her intimation and they all stopped laughing and walked away. The rest of the manicure she was very abrupt with me...I know I sound like a TOTAL Karen but I don't know how else to say it. Fast forward to day two of my gel mani and it is already peeling off. Also, they just painted over my MARRED wet toenails, so the polish was really thick and it just got marred again when I got in my car. This place is beautiful and the concept is nice, but that's about it. I wanted it to be my new place but this is my third time there and the quality and rude staff just isn't worth it. We got a couples pedicure and mani with gel. Ordered a facial and two mimosas. The building is very pretty inside and we were instantly greeted by a nice lady who shared the packages with us. We were escorted to our massage pedi chairs. Those were of good quality. We waited about 20 minutes before we got our mimosas which came in a tiny plastic cup and had a vinegar taste. I didn't finish mine & they were expensive. Didn't show the price for a mimosa on the charge paper, so we discovered after the services. My pedicure looked great when done. Could have done a better job on the heel area, but overall it looked pretty. I will warn any elderly or children to be careful. Initially the water in the pedicure bowl was so hot, that I had to have cold water added more than once. Normally, I like hot water, but this could have burned me. Then I thought maybe it was just me, so I didn't want to be a complainer, but my husband brought it up too; be very careful with the hot towels. I literally thought my legs were going to blister and my husband said "are the towels normally that hot during a pedicure?" He said he was worried he got burned. When I went to choose my color they had a small selection of gel colors. Just two small books. I chose a soft pink glitter gel. The guy came back with gold glitter gel. I asked him what was that and he said they do not have the color I chose, so he chose the gold for me. I asked for the gel nail book again. Every color I chose they did not have, so I went with a solid peach color. The gel nails when done on my hands showed faded/dull spots. I could see through my nail color on my middle finger. All issues were very obvious and even after the inspection, the nail tech thought it looked good. I asked if they could fix it and the guy only added an extra coat of clear shine; didn't fix the color gel aspect. Then we spoke about the facial and the lady said that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes before the lady could do it, so I declined the service. For two pedicures (mid level on the price list) , one gel manicure, and two tiny mimosas, it was almost a $170. Atmosphere is pretty, but services not worth the value. * I would like to add that the business responded here by saying their drinks were complimentary. When I asked what the 3rd charge was for, the staff member said "for your drinks." I stated previously that the prices for drinks were not listed on the price sheet. The business' intentions might be for free, but the staff communicated that the charge was for our mimosas and we were caught off guard. 'Communication" is then a issue from the business' staff. Also noting if the drinks are free, or not, it would be best that the staff check to see that the champagne, or orange juice is fresh. Thanks. read more

Not a kid friendly experience. Brought my 2 5 year old girls in for mani pedis. They painted their nails in the pedi chairs to try and save time but they're 5 so they were struggling to be still in the position without a table or a nail dryer. The girl doing one of them was scolding her for her moving etc. super uncomfortable experience. Overall salon is worse but I'd expect a better experience for my little girls as well. read more

I took my girlfriends from out of town here for some pedicure pampering. The facility, the massage chairs and the decor gets a 10. It's one of the prettiest salons I've been inside. We were a bit sad they didn't have the margaritas listed on the drink menu. The foot massage was pretty good. I had to request the nail tech do another coat of my paint color as it was a bit light and I could still see my nail thru the polish and he fixed with no problems. Major turn off was paying for service, my girlfriend also confirmed when asked if I paid that we did. Then as I was walking out I was shouted at by my nail tech "hey, did you pay?" Umm. Normally I have a great experience here. My friend and I came to get manicures and pedicures after work. I asked for a dip manicure. The lady who was doing my nails was drilling over my skin because she was trying to go so fast. Then, when I was done with my service I noticed I had dip all outside of my nail bed on my skin. She removed some of it, but when I got home I found there was dip all around my nail on my skin on multiple nails. My thumb started bleeding when I picked the rest off and is literally raw. Then when I got I noticed j had white gel all around the skin on my toenails too. I paid a decent amount of money for a well below average service.
