Deserve 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment with Tony and someone else did the job. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seated. Before beginning I said I had to be home by 640. I wanted a basic pedicure with two tips and 861 Gel. The nail tech messed my toes up twice after I was there for an hour. When I said I had to leave they still charged me $40 even after the inconvenience and told me to come back tomorrow and pay another $15 to finish my pedicure. The polish was clunky and the tech admitted so and wanted me to change my polish which was not a solution as I only wear one color. The tech also cut me several times with the drill. The experience was nothing short of horrible. Not relaxing at all as I had to pay full attention to the tech. I was very disappointed as I just moved to this area from another state and I had to leave with a half did job in search of another nail tech. Poor horrible service. I will never return. read more

I walk in the guy at the front looks miserable. I proceed to get taken to my chair by a young lady. She also looks miserable btw it's only 1:30 pm at this point. She starts taking off my gel that I had prior with the blade she nipped me about 4 times. After before she does polish she sprays alcohol confirming both feet have cuts because it burned so bad. Then, she proceeds to bring the wax out. It was so steaming hot on my foot I had to have her put cold water on it for atleast a minute and even then when I put my second foot in it still burned. She proceeds to tell me yeah it's hot wax and I then tell her I've been getting my toes done for years it's supposed to be an enjoyable experience not burning or painful. Hot towel was hot aswell I just gave up at some point. $75 dollars and a $10 tip on top later here we are because I am baffled. I then learned I had fungus on two of my nails. They're equipment is not clean. I've never had fungus in my nails ever in my life. And she seen it and just kept doing my nails. This place is pretty and the staff was very welcoming. They do need to up their music game because they've got the same 7 cover songs on repeat. No one wants to listen to a crappy cover of Taylor Swift's Style 6 times in an hour! The lady who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. I'm not sure her name but she was an older Spanish lady with blonde hair. I came in with gel and wanted a polish change. She had to be told she needed to wrap my nails first. So she did. With way too much cotton and acetone, and without filing the top coat off first. After about 10 mins she pulls out a wooden stick and said something along the lines of "I can't see anything and pointed to her glasses". I was real confident now. She used this very dull ended wooden stick to attempt to scrape the polish off, which was obviously a disaster. It took her a total of 45 minutes just to get my old gel off. She then went to start polishing. I had to point out to her multiple times that there was still my old color on the sides of my nails. She finally got that off and started with the gel. After putting the polish on each finger she took a brush and acetone and basically butchered the sides so they weren't smooth and even. She left a HUGE gap between my nail and the cuticle so it looked like they had grown out for over a week already. When I pointed this gap out, she didn't know how to respond and called over who I assume was a manager. He was very apologetic and worked to fix her mistake. He had to explain to her how polish should be to the cuticle. He introduced himself to me, I believe his name was Ren. And he kept using my name and apologizing to me which I found to be really nice. He asked the lady for cuticle clippers and she handed hers to him, to which he said they were dirty. He asked her for clean ones and made her clean these. I was pretty grossed out by this, since she did my nails and obviously doesn't care about her instruments being sanitary. Overall this place did a great job and was decently priced. I was impressed with the service recovery, but that lady needs to go before she becomes a bad representation of this salon. I would go back, as long as she didn't do my nails again. Had it not been for her, I probably would have given a 5 star review. And I was in the process of typing out a 2 star review before Ren came and saved my experience. Updated: my nails chipped after one week. And I'm not talking in one spot. I mean multiple nails. From the top and the bottom. They are now getting caught in my hair and need to be redone. What a shame that happened so quickly. I'm used to gel lasting 3+ weeks without any issues. I guess I won't be back after all. read more

Love this shop, the decor is lovely. Everything is clean and tidy. The workers are amazing. You get a friendly greeting the moment you walk in. I got my nails done twice here. Once by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't get and Then by Karen. Both did excellent. Very professional and the also work at a great pace. Usually when I come here it's always for pedicures with my husband. The last time I came the lady suggested I get round toes. My nails grew round and kept breaking off. This time I asked for a nail tip to be added Michelle did them and when I tell you I felt like I had to walk her threw every step or I would've been extremely dissatisfied. The nails we're stuck to the grooves of my nail bed and under my nails was still the melted tips they soaked off for far too long. The next day and small hunks of nails coming out from under the nail. This is unacceptable. My pedi toes are cut too short and crooked. My hands nails are crooked. This is unreasonable and truly feels like I've paid for bad work. The place was truly filthy. Not clean. I am concerned the hygiene standards are bad. I called and he said I can come back but I don't have time. They didn't take my information or try and make this right. Do not go here. There are nail places everywhere in the Orlando area and this was just not good. Felt like a number not a respected client. No names exchanged. Waste of money for poor work. Updating on day 28. I asked to look for colors for my nails and the lady told me no. I told her I need to pick a color for my nails and she said no. They barley had a variety of selection for colors, I tried to pick a gray closest to the gray on the picture how I wanted my nails. It looked horrible. I told her I didn't like it, before she was done and she refused to change them. I complained to the manager and he fixed it and told me he would charge me next time for her mistake. Today 4 other women complained about the lady I had and another one. The manager had to fix everyone's nails because they don't know how to do their job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hate leaving a bad review because I usually love coming here! I just got a pedicure that had to be retouched 3x because every time I left toward the door the nail polish would come dripping or smudging down. Yes I dried and waited. As she was doing my full set, I noticed a nail tech from a salon I used to frequent in the background: LENA! Having Lena at their establishment won me over immediately. This is a beautiful salon but they really need to hire more techs or else they won't last long. Even on slow days they are busy, and make you wait 30 mins even though they told you it would only be 5 minutes. If you come when they first open that's the only time I would suggest going otherwise your gonna wait.
