this business has reopened with COVID regulations in place, new update d paint and stations with plexi shields, the family take pride in their work, are skilled technicians, keep the place clean, sterilize tools immediately, are patient with disabilities, actually bought a foot soak machine for me to use as I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't climb into the pedi massage chairs, then altered the foot soaker so my foot would go in, the restroom is also great for handicap use they accept walking, but can get busy, make an appointment, good french manicure, waxing at the same time, well worth the service, friendly people and caring. They speak English, but are fluent in Vietnamese, you can bring your own product or choose from their supply, all new restocked, wear a mask sanitizing station as you enter if needed, they do a mini hand massage at the end of mani, my last mani pedi endured all through quarantine,6weeks, so nail prep is great, so glad to get back on a routine, plucking one hair at a time drove me nuts, I have no use of left hand so doing my own nails is impossibile read more

I have been coming here for years! Love this place. The only nail salon I will go to!! Very reasonable!! Where can you get a pedicure for $17 and sit in a massage chair for an hour while you are getting it?! Nail Lounge is extremely clean... They use plastic covers in the water tubs and change them after each individual use. They wear rubber gloves. All of their utensils are clean. They have amazing massage chairs and a nice variety of polishes including Essie. They also offer waxing, microdermabrasion and massage! To top it all off they are extremely friendly. This is my go to for pedicures and French tip acrylics. I usually make an appointment with the man, the owner of the place and he always does such a great job. His wife usually does my pedicure and she's pretty good too. The spa pedicure is so relaxing and the chair massage feels great too. I am very happy with the results, they last a long time on my nails. The products and color polish hey use are high quality. The price of the their service is the best in town. I have gone to other places and paid more only because this NAil Lounge didn't have availability for the time I wanted to come in and was not happy with the results. This place is horrible, i work in the same shopping center and since it was close by I decided to go get my nails done after work. The first day (there were mulitple trips in about a 10 day period) I got a full set of white tips, I notice he wasnt doing it the same way I had come to recognize as "the way to do it" but he said he had been doing nails for however many years so i let him do his thing. Two days later every one of my nails had started pulling up on the sides, and there was a huge gap between my actual nail and the acrylic nail (stuff was getting stuck in there.... gross!) So i went back in and very nicely aske dhim if he could fix it and do something about the gap. He seemed annoyed but clipped up the parts that were pulling up, put a layer of gel down (didn't bother with doing a normal style fill to replace the stuff he had just clipped off, all he did was put gel over the top, and slapped some powder underneath the nail i guess to try and fill it in. I even had a spa pedicure to show him i wasn't mad, and was hoping to be a return customer. Two days later my nails were pulling up even worse, two had popped off and I was not happy. I went back in and explained that I would really appreciate it if he would just take it all off and re-do it. He tried to tell me he was too busy and I would have to come back later (even though the store was almost empty!) I said I would wait and he starte don my nails about 10 minutes later. He literally RIPPED the remaining nails off tearing off the bottom half of three of my nails. I was bleeding quite a bit. He then glued down some nails, slapped some powder on and walked away after telling it it was my fault because I had weird nails. Two days later they all popped right off leaving my nails horrible mutilated and incredibly painful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! *SORRY FOR WRITING A NOVEL BUT THIS PLACE IS REDICULOUS!* read more

Not a great selection of gel colors. They told me 15 minute wait and I waited a half an hour. Didn't have any off white or pearl colors that weren't translucent. The guy gave me a white manicure that looked really messy. When he asked if I wanted a third coat I replied, "It looks messy!" He put a third coat on which barely made it loon less streaky and globby. To my dismay he also left too much space between the cutical and the nail color so that the manicure already looked a week grown out even though it was brand new. To make matters worse, the GEL MANICURE CHIPPED AFTER THREE DAYS on four of my fingers. Basically I could have done the job myself for free for the same results. Won't come back. Also there is a sign outside for $20.00 gel manicure but they charged me $25.00. I'll keep looking for someone who can do a NEAT manicure with gel polish that doesn't chip in a few days. This establishment is run by a husband and wife. There are no young girls with dissatisfied customers. Recently remodeled they provide gel, manicures, pedicures, massage, waxing and facials. The price is very, very. Competitive! Call for an appointment, there are coupons in the monthly community magazine. This is the only place I go to to get my nails done! The only thing is you have to ask for Ann (I think her name is) she does an awesome job! 2 times I had my nails done by another manicurist and both times she cut me an made me bleed, when she was hurting me I made sure to tell her she just looked at me and pretty much said to take it didn't say sorry or anything.. If you go here make sure u ask for Ann to do ur nails everytime she does it she makes my nails look awesome and I can not complain about her work read more

This nail salon is fantastic! You can't beat the price and I think the service is great. I always get the spa pedicure and am always happy with the results. My toenails look beautiful and stay that way until my next visit. People always compliment me and when I say it's been 2 and 1/2 weeks since I had them done, they are amazed.
