She would place the wax strip on my body, rip, then press...it really wasn't that bad! She recommended a gel product to prevent ingrown hair, and it worked. The treatment was followed up with a personal phone call the next day to see how I was and if I had questions. I'm used to being given a minute or two to undress and get on the table, but my waxer just turned around and said "go ahead -- get undressed." I was a little nervous but was pleasantly surprised by how fast it felt; I'm used to these waxes taking around 20-25 but was up in 15. She told me that she had left "a few" hairs behind but that because it had been so long, that was inevitable, and to keep coming back to make it better each time. I tipped well and left shocked at how painful it was but happy it went quickly. When I got home and looked for myself I realized she'd left hair pretty much everywhere, not just a few little ones like I expected. Even the butt strip (sorry) had leftover hair, and that's a famously easy part to wax. I get a few hairs, but this was patches all over each area in a way that I've never experienced with any other wax, not even my first. I think that the skin was not pulled taut and that a bunch of hair broke as a result. The worst part was the leftover wax that was left all over. It stuck to my undergarments and body. Because so much hair was left behind I had to use a bunch of baby oil to get all the wax out of it. I cancelled my next appointment and will be going somewhere else.

I got a mani pedi with cat's eye gel polish treatment that turned out absolutely flawless! I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Wouldn't you rather pay more to get quality, long lasting results? I may be easy to please but I'm hard to impress but I was definitely impressed and I'll be back!

First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
