I've been here 2x's now. First time a few months ago I had a lady that was great, excellent massage with the ultimate. Today I had Gavin for the ultimate pedicure. This experience was awful . It was quick massage didn't include my feet which I really need being a nurse. My mom got V and did the $40 pedicure her whole experience was of better quality. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. It was close to my home and I wanted to give it a try. The website for the salon looked beautiful and offered services that appealed to me. They emphasize their cleanliness and hygiene. They also mentioned they offered beverages complementary. And many services for both nails and pedicures. I went with high hopes. My pedicure began right away with no waiting and I was encouraged by this. However, five minutes into the pedicure my toe was cut by the manicurist tools. My toe was bleeding. She did not say anything to me. Just poured some drops over it and kept working. I was in quite a bit of discomfort, but I didn't say anything. The rest of the pedicure was very good, and I had paid a little bit extra to have a better pedicure experience. I was never offered a complementary beverage. I didn't ask for it. In the past, salons usually offer it to me. I was waiting to see if they would offer, but they did not. My manicure experience was very good, my hands came out beautifully. The toe that was cut was very uncomfortable. When I got out to my car, I looked closely at it and not only was it still bleeding, but I noticed that several of my toes had nail polish smudges around the nail bed. That were not cleaned up properly. Basically my feet looked ridiculous. I know this salon has gotten excellent reviews and has many loyal customers. I am very disappointed and I'm praying that I do not get a nail infection from this injury. I will not be returning there. I was also upset that the technician did not say anything to me about the fact that she cut my foot. read more

I feel so bad having to leave such a sad review. The ladies were nice but the experience was horrible. I was excited to come in because I saw they had complementary drinks and it's beautiful inside, but I called ahead of time to see if they had time for me and when I came in and showed them a French tip with a few flowers on it, she told me she wasn't sure if they had time to do that design.... Okay. I have clear builder gel as a base on my nails and I told them that and then she proceeds to ask me if I want powder or gel... I'm not a nail tech, but I know from experience you cannot put powder on top of gel! So I tell her no, and then she proceeds to get a pink gel and a white nail tip for my broken nail when everything I have on there is clear... it won't match. And I was also concerned for the fills when it grows out.. She then proceeds to file my nails while looking around the room.. somehow manages to flood my cuticles with gel, but not get gel at the tip of my fingernail. Proceeded to try to file in shape, my nails with their being gaps of gel missing. They did not offer me any drinks. The worst part is that she pulled out a new nail file and told me she grabbed a new one just for me. Why are you not grabbing a new one for everybody that comes in!?. And my nail tech kept on telling me to relax my hands and relax my hands over and over but IM DOUBLE JOINTED my fingers just be getting g stiff sometimes I told them from the beginning if they were going to be too busy to do my nails that's fine and I will go elsewhere because it's my birthday set and I really don't want them to be rushed... they told me not to worry, and then proceeded to do the opposite. I attached a picture of the design that I asked for that. They said they don't know if they would have time to do and the gaps I left with. And yes, I did ask to leave before she finished because I was just so uncomfortable. read more

I've been coming here for a while now. I see Amy who does an amazing job. She basically takes my Pinterest ideas and brings them to life. she's also never honest about my nail health which I appreciate so I know the expectations of doing natural manicures, shellac or dip, etc. My whole family including in laws come here for pedicures; Lan works wonders for men, and I've seen almost every other person who is great. My 8 year old loves getting the art design with her pedicures. The services , prices , quality is worth it. I know things can get expensive right now but this is worth it if you get your nails done on the regular or for special occasion. The chairs are comfortable, clean bathrooms and music is always good. I had an awful experience here in April and when I called immediately upon my return home when I noticed how uneven and poor the results were, I was in tears. They proceeded to body shame me saying it was my fault that the technician shaped the most noticeable nails entirely differently on each foot not to mention a very, very little soaking time and a poor quality paint job with absolutely no forced air drying. It took almost a month for my nails to grow out enough to make them look normal again. They said they would redo my nails however I'm reluctant to return... especially after reading so many poor reviews about how that place is gone downhill and it's not as good as it used to be. No matter what you in a service industry based on beauty and self-care, you do not Body shame someone. I have had a number of different pedicurists in my life and never had an experience like that. read more

I went and got my nails redone by GlamLab PDX afterwards because the nails were all different lengths and thickness. I may only return for pedicures with one solid regular polish color. The continued to cancel or be late to my scheduled appointment. I started getting my nails done by Tracy last year. But, this year they continue to cancel my appointments with Tracy stating that she is not available when I booked with her on the website. At this point, I can only assume it's due to the color of my skin. She charges me $175 for nails with 2 nails designed. I paid plus tip. Now, she's isn't available but is on the websit. I see fair skinned people only in her chair. She's obviously racist and this shouldn't be tolerated nor acceptable at ANY business. I'm a disabled combat war veteran. I didn't fight for our country to be discriminated by anyone in this country. Everyone that is capable of decent nails isn't available to people of color apparently. read more

I can not believe after a HOUR of sitting there getting only a fill, my nails look the way they do. I finally told the lady to stop and dont even continue. Clearly I was not happy yet I was willing to pay what was "needed" and asked to pay 25.00 with a terrible service and now I need to go somewhere else so they can hopefully fix this. I've been to bliss nail for a few years now. I have had several of the nail techs and I found someone that I was going to regularly. I booked thru website. The last couple of times they tried to put another girl and I said I requested a someone. They put the girl I requested. The next time I went I requested the same nail tech. I was in the parking lot and they called and left message confirming my appointment. When I got there, they said that was a mix up and my nail tech was not available because someone else booked her. I told them that they just confirmed with me not 5 minutes ago. I said I'll wait until she's done. And they said she's not free until 5. I feel the management is not good at all there. They have become very strict with their workers. The atmosphere has definitely changed. The owners now act very arrogant. The place is always dirty. One time the worker got in screaming fight and it was very awkward for the customers. I'm sorry to have to leave my nail tech. I liked her so much!! But it seems they don't want their techs to get regular customers too much. They only want them to have walk ins and not regularly customers. Too bad!!! Lost my business. I will say the ladies working there are hard workers and need to be treated right by the management!! read more

The first time I went, I had booked online with someone I didn't know- "Jenny Vo." She was amazing- one of the best pedicure & massage I've had. I rebooked with the same person, or so I thought, a couple months later. But for this next appointment, it was a completely different person. I asked to have the person I booked with, and she told me it WAS her, that she had given me the mani pedi a couple months before. We had this awkward argument, I showed her my emails with booking info, and she kept gaslighting me, as if I can't tell the difference between the folks who work there. The place I usually go to down the road was too busy for a walk in and my sister forgot to make an appointment. We had to walk in and they were able to take us and we didn't have to sit and wait which was nice. I got the deluxe pedicure. I've been trying to grow my toenails out because I usually cut them very short but with summer coming up I want them to look nice in flip-flops so as she was filing them she asked if I wanted them short and I said "no thank you just shaped" she was filing them for a long time, some of them got very rounded and others are more square shaped and they are all significantly shorter than when I went it. The parts of my toes around the nail also didn't get cleaned up all the way. I also didn't get offered a drink I don't know if that's something they still do but I feel like last time I was there they offered me a beverage. I'm not mad it wasn't a bad service, in the future I'm just going to stick with my regular place though. read more

I've been to this place 3 separate times and each time I expect better then the last unfortunately has not been the case. I had a nail tech cut my skin making me bleed on both of my thumbs. You would think that after one cut the person would take better care or not continue. She continued to cut the second thumb worse than the first. Then say sorry as if that fixes or removes my pain. Also I showed her a simple design of a nude nail with dots and she did do a horrible job. There were bubbles in the base layer paint and she chose clown colors for the dot instead of the muted and lighter tones that were featured in the sample picture. I'm sure all of the techs are not bad but after 3 times with different techs and this one being the worst. Please train them on nail care better I will not be back. Also 15 dollars off for a bad paint job, blood spilt and blatant injury. read more

I only go to the nail salon once or twice a year, and I was disappointed in these results (see photos, taken the day after my mani). I had gone for my birthday, so I was particularly disappointed to have crappy nails for my day. I went with my daughter, and they were sweet to her. I like that they have kids options, since childcare is difficult these days. The salon itself is pretty nice; the chairs were comfy. But there's no reason one's polish should chip so much after just one day. Yes, it was regular polish, but I could tell when she was painting that the polish itself was old. The nail tech kept adding thinner and several coats; I feel that a professional would have been able to recognize the poor state of that bottle and started over with more integrity. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with my recent manicure. I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted. the nail tech said she could do it and she did it but it was a mess. I left with nail polish marks on my wrist and hands, my cuticles and around my nails had dried out nail polish. My nails had bubbles and when I asked if she could redo it, they said it was because the nail brush had bubbles in it and said it happens sometimes. I asked if I could get around my nails cleaned up a bit, she just sand it down with nail filer which she did not get any nail polish marks off and sent me out the door. when I told the front desk guy that I was not happy with my service today. He replied: "it's just nails don't stress, they spent a lot of time you should appreciate it". I thought that was a rude response, I never said I didn't appreciate it, I was just not happy with the result. If you charge someone full price for gel manicure, you would want to have good service and a job well done. My nails looked like it could be a DIY at home project. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Would not recommend to anyone if you want good service or decent nail quality! read more

I got coughed on all my legs and feet with her mouth open the entire service...I also saw the tech use a cuticle cutter on a previous client and she came to do my toes with the previous clients cuticle remains and just dumped and rinse it into my tub while my feet where still in there. I got my nails done by Summer on Monday afternoon. Attached is a picture of her quality of work. You can clearly see where the bond ends. No surprise that same nail broke Wednesday night. You can see there wasn't even a chance for grow out it broke so fast. I called Thursday morning as soon as they opened to check to see if they could fit me in to fix it. I let them know my gel x nail broke, my name, who helped me and when. She told me they could help me whenever I was able to come in. I woke up early to avoid traffic (I work nights) and drove 30 minutes to Bliss. I get there and the receptionist tells me oh, I thought you meant gel manicure nails, we don't have any one who can do gel x today. Can you come back tomorrow? I tell her no, this was already an inconvenience for me. (I had to stay up later to wait for them to open, wake up early to get there, drive an hour total for nothing. On top of the hour I already drove Monday, the $80 tip, the $147 full set and pedi.) So she tells the manager, who then tells her he doesn't really know how to do gelx but he can do it for me since it's just one nail and it "should" be fine.... Absolutely not. I will not be coming back. I went to Nina's salon in Hillsboro and had them remove the set and put on a fresh set. So there goes another $80 but at least that was with a tip! Bliss nails is not worth the time or the money!!! And they have horrible customer service. Side story: I also a dropped my AirPod pros on the floor and lost them so I'm panicking and loudly say I normally wouldn't care but these are kind of expensive... and none of the staff would help me look so I literally got down on my hands and knees, ear to the floor to try to find them. Summer finally came by with a broom after Im already dirty and embarrassed. The headphone was on her side of the nail station so there was no way I would've been able to find it. Andddddd.... I got a pedicure at Bliss as well and my big toe is red and stings as well. If it gets infected or something.... I will be sure to update. read more

Clean and modern nail salon that was busy when I went. I had an appointment but they welcomed me in an hour early and took walk ins. The experience was good for my mani/pedi and I think the owner did my mani, which was very friendly. But my nails didn't last past the door. I noticed in the salon that they had already smeared and since I had to fish for my wallet and post polish, it made it worse. I should have said something but since I was already there 2+ hours, just wanted to get home.
