Like, I'm literally leaving to Las Vegas in less than 2 days to celebrate my 25th birthday, and I wasted ALL afternoon (we finished 45 min after closing!) and a LOT of money on these hideous nails that I will also need to waste EVEN MORE time and money on today, again, at a different place to fix. Like first of all, I don't think my toes were shaped at all? Every time I look at them, I start crying out of frustration. Socks genuinely have to stay on. She took a lot of time shaping of my nails, but then had to rush while painting them, making them appear overall messy even though the shape isn't bad. The stylist was very nice but everything just looks like a big old mess. I hate that I still need to go out of my way today to fix this. This is the worst nails experience I've ever had.

I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years straight. Like anything that is quality, you get what you pay for. My acrylics/solar always last and never stain. My gel polish has always been great.. and I don't get the dip because I've heard it can chip a little easier. I always do recommend Bridgeport Nails and will continue to do so! If you don't want to spend a lot go to a cheaper salon, but don't take it out on a business that has employees to pay, overhead to cover and that offers a great experience for everyone in a clean environment.

On top of that, they up charge you for OPI nail polish and don't have any sign indicating that! To me that's FRAUD! If that's not enough, many don't understand English AND they're one of the most expensive places around; I experienced all these problems so be careful, ask questions, remember an $7 up charge for OPI and request only experienced manicurists that speak English.

That should give potential clients an idea of how much pressure they apply to get more money. At this point it feels less like customer service and more like constant pressure to spend more money. Pedicures here are already expensive. Long time customers should not feel pushed to add services they clearly do not want. I have been a loyal client for many years and I tip extremely well every visit. Unfortunately the repeated pressure and disrespect for clear boundaries have made the experience unpleasant. They only view me as a money grab. Businesses should listen to their customers. If someone says no, respect the answer. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, never ever again.

I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
