The staff is really nice and welcoming . Most of customers seem to be sociable and friendly which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The nail techs have an eye for detail and are thorough. This was my second time and Lily did my nails. She was incredibly thorough!! The service was incredibly efficient, two gel lights and the result is beautiful. She fixed my cuticles and they've never looked better. The salon offers SOO many colors, I've never seen so many different shades. In addition to the clean salon, let's talk about their bathroom. Disappointed. This is my review after 4x visits. I always get a deluxe pedi and dip on my natural-nails. The pedicure feels so rushed. Because i am getting both they rush the pedicure?? My husband gets a deluxe pedicure too and i am watching his technician is going thru all these steps and massages and mine is barely doing minimal required work. again several times. I ask for a particular style or design for my nails and Either I am told are you sure or no thats not how we do it or 2x my chrome polish style has chipped within the 2 weeks between services. I was recommended this place by a friend after complaining about my feet feeling rough. Having not had a pedicure that I can recall, I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully Karen made it a very comfortable experience for me. Chatted some about work and really enjoyed my time there. She did a great job on my feet and they feel absolutely great now. I Called to make a last minute appointment for a no chip manicure and pedicure. Very professional on the phone. So glad they could fit me in. Was able to also get some waxing done. Black people -- we need to stay away from this place. I was not treated well during my first time. They only spoke to the person I was with, did not greet me or return my smile. Did not heat my water, but did for everyone else. Did not provide me the full pedicure service, but did for everyone else. Asked me to pay before nails were dry, did not ask the person in my party to pay until nails had been done for 20 mins. Lastly, they had me removed from my chair before my nails were dry to service someone else when there was an empty chair waiting for her. I had to sit in front of reception with a fan and was left alone with no instructions, no questions about the service, no one asked if I enjoyed my time, but these were all questions the person in my party received. Granted, it was a busy day with an adoption event going on, but I did not get the same service as everybody else in that salon. That is pretty unnacceptable. Will not return. read more

I pass a bunch of salons on my way to this place but went here because they have Dazzle Dry. I went with my mom before a trip and she didn't like the color she picked. She wouldn't say anything because felt it was her fault for choosing the color. Staff could tell she maybe didn't love it and asked her and offered for her to pick another and made her feel like that was ok- that she paid and will have is for weeks so she should love it!
