First time here and they got lucky because it was out of connivence to UPS. My pedicure wasn't relaxing but it was efficient. I question some of the cleanliness. They don't have the removable plastic or blue solution you see cutters soaking in in other salons. I will update my review if my nails fall off but it's doubtful if they clean then in the back. This is probably one of the best nail salons I've been to, especially during COVID. My tech Mary is awesome and she makes sure she takes her time and is thorough with my pedicures. My full sets last for 5-6 weeks (although I would not typically keep them that long, I was only able to because she did such a great job.) I pass about 10 salons to go to this one because customer service is just as important to me as the quality of service, and Nail Love delivers every time! read more

you are better off doing your own pedicure. went here to get my bday pedicure because I got a good massage here before but no only was the massage less than 1 minute but worst of all... MY TOE IS INFECTED. They did not apologize or refund me. They literally just hung up the phone when I told them the problem. The lady doing my pedicure was using the wrong tool to get the dead skin around my toe and ended up taking ALL of my skin around my toe. Now my big toe is swollen and infected. I am beyond pissed off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They also do not sterilize their equipment, ever. I learned this the hard way but you don't have too :) This place is honestly hell. Also some security guard came in and played his music out loud for the entire time he was getting a pedicure next to me. Ghetto. Dirty. Hood. Avoid this place even if its your last choice. read more

Overall the store is great and my toes look amazing afterwards. The employee that worked on my feet was amazing , and I wish I could say the same for my friend. The employee that worked on her feet was very rude and had an attitude from the start and aggressively drilled her toe to the point where she was in pain , she also removed her calluses and THE BOTTOM LAYER OF HER FOOT. the service was so terrible my friend asked for another employee to paint her toe nails and he did an amazing job . My friend was a regular there until today. She was trying to compromise by coming back sometime next week but the employee still refused to do it . Once we were leaving the employees were trying to force her to pay full price for a service that looks terrible and she's in pain . This place was HORRIBLE!!! I suggest that you DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP if you are one who pay close attention to detail and are very particular about how your nails are done. I kept having to tell the lady how I wanted my nails shaped... Apparently she wanted to shape them the way that she wanted to shape them, regardless of me having to continue to remind her of how I wanted them. Then she left them very THICK, which looked very unnatural. When I asked her to thin them out she acted as if she did not know what to do. I had to ask another nail tech to come and look at how thick my nails were and the other nail tech then had to show her how to do it. My nail experience was not a good one here. ALSO - There were a few customers that came in and asked for a pedicure and the nail techs would immediately respond "which do you want the $35 or $40 one?" First off, I have to say I value my fellow yelpers views, but I had to try them for myself, since they are so close to my place. And not to mention I am looking for a better nail establishment!!!! I want to be treated great for bringing my money to you and laying it in your hand EVERY week, no questions asked! HA!!! Well I'm sorry fellow yelpers, but I don't know if you all just visited them on an off day ( they are allowed to have one or two as they get tipped about a dollar by the average customer)!! Well well well, they exceeded my expectations!!!!!! I've been here three times. The first time my pedi was so relaxing I almost called the () to come visit!! Lmao!!! My refill was still good after two weeks, but me being me! My eyebrows were ready for ATTACK!!!!! Well my second time was yesterday yes, I got it all done once again, but this time I got a soak off and jumped once again on that pink and white. People I made the mistake of getting (hottttttttt pink). Even though the nail tech said NO I said YES. I went off into merry, merry land looking like I was 12 by the nails, brows in tack, toes-bomb, but nails a shytty by the color I choose ( mind you once again after forewarning)!!! Well, lets just say today I skipped back in to ask to soak off without blaming the tech, it's all on me! He was so pleasant, he even convinced me to spend another buck or two in there by giving me a discount to redo them, because of my hardheaded a**!!! July 30, 2018 at about 4:30 p.m. I went to Nail Love and ask to speak with Ms. Jessica the woman who did my nail on July 28, 2018. On July 28, 2018 I asked for a cream nail polish and it was done however, by July 30, 2018 my gel nail appeared very old and faded. I asked if the nail polish can be painted the same color Ms. Jessica said no ... and the manager said no. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. To add to the issue the nail tech said she does not remember me or the color. Being a regular customer, I have seen their discriminatory practices towards black customers and their lack of respect for the black costumer. Please do not go there!!! We deserve better services for black and brown women!!! read more

I went here to get my nails done and it was just terrible I ask the lady to change the nail polish since the nail polish quality was so bad she said that I would have to pick another shade of the same color to put over a 3 coating already I said I would rather just get a new nail polish color than put to much polish on my nails making them look to bulky she said that I can leave cause she's not going to repolish my nails and that it's my fault that I picked that cheap color smh. I have been coming to this place for about a year and I love it. The people are very nice and someone always greet you as soon as you walk into the door. I always go to either Ken or Jen...they are the best there. I've never had a bad experience and I've recommend a few people there as well. There's plenty of parking as well and I've never really saw anyone waiting for more than 15 minutes before they get service. They prices are reasonable as well. read more

This is the worst nail salon i have ever visited. From cleanliness to skills of applying gel nails, to polish. I'm still picking nail polish and gel from the edges of my fingers. They're really good actually. If you're in the process of them doing your nails, and you don't like something, just SPEAK UP, and they will fix it. They will listen to you if you request your nails to be a certain way. Their regular polish selection isn't the best. A lot of their regular polishes are old, but their gel polish selection makes up for it. I only get gel on my hands and feet. My last gel pedicure, which is only $30, lasted for TWO MONTHS without chipping! I definitely refer this salon to anyone who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg and still get a decent nail job. read more

Nail Love Salon is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! This is the most unsanitary nail salon you'll find. I noticed first hand that they do not disinfect the pedicure bath nor do they sanitize their tools; they drained the used water after someone's pedicure, cleaned it with a sponge and fresh water only and then ready for the next patron. YUCK! I was appalled! Of course I made a little scene because I couldn't believe it. The technician then went to the back to try to find some disinfect. He comes back with a spray bottle - reading it, trying to figure out if it was disinfectant. So the lady that was working on me went to find the correct disinfectant. Clearly sanitizing is not their normal routine... The disinfectant should be right there since people are coming and going so often. NEXT, after the pedicure, I go to the station to have my nails done and the tech had to apply a top coat to my toes, I look down on the floor to watch her and notice a gazillion baby roaches scurrying - So So Gross! ROACHES?? After that, I was out, I did not get the nails done. Nor did I get my waxing done. This place should be shut down! This place is awful. The work is terrible. I went in to get a gel overlay on 5/10/14 and on 5/12/14 I was at another nail salon have the overlay soaked off my nails. I've been getting my nails done since the age of 16 and this is by far THE WORST place to get your nails done. I used to go to this salon when I was a teenager when the management was much better but in recent years they have just gone down hill. Two days ago I went to get my nails done at this salon and the jewels that were put on my ring fingers fell off so bad that it made the design look so ugly. I woke this morning to go to the shop to have my nails fixed only to be entangled in this unnecessary back and forth match with the people who work in the shop and the customers. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSANITY, USELESS, CHEAP, FRUGRAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! I will never spend my money here again. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME!!!!
