Greeted the moment I walked through the door. I explained what happened and I honestly couldn't remember the lady that did my nails. I was told to have a seat. I don't know the name of the lady that assisted me today but she's and Eagles fan She asked what shape did I want as my nails were more almond shaped than stiletto.. Not only did she repair the broken nail but she reshaped and relished all of my nails. In the end she didn't charge me a dime. Of course I walk around with no cash. They were only two people working in there, and both seemed really nice. And they were using Amazon music to play some amazing tunes. Amazon music is my jam! I didn't get the name of the person, but it was a relaxing experience overall. The temperature was perfect for my feet, but it was extra extra foamy. It wasn't a problem for me personally, but I felt bad about it getting on the seats, it came that high haha. And here I liked that I didn't have to move to a table for the manicure portion! It made it truly feel like a spa experience. The job was great, but later on I realized that some cuticles were handled a little more roughly than others. But she said she was having some serious pain with her hands. Hope she feels better! Anyways, I would return, because I overall like the vibe of this place better than my usual spot.

I motioned to remove toe separators that wasn't on toes correctly so I had to adjust. They charged $10 (not on price list) for designs on big toes which is more than I've ever spent. They also charge more for credit cards. It was only 3 of us in there. She did an excellent job on designs. Pedi was ok. I took my own polish (that I had to open) which saves them money. I haven't seen her in almost four years and have visited about 50 technicians since then, all because I need immediate service and no longer live in the area. However on my last visit, I noticed the husband just blowing his nose...no tissues, no napkins...scarfs hanker chefs nothing- just out into the air!! I was so disgusted!!! So here I am back to where I can RELAX and be comfortable with getting a pedicure... No germs flying around...just welcoming and friendly staff catering to us for our moment of self care. The male nail tech seems disgruntled and is low vibrational. The last 3 times he did my nails they either chipped, smudged or 1 nail completed fell off. It's a shame because he has potential to be an excellent nail tech if he can put his ego to the side and learn how to serve his clients. After giving me a new nail set at my last fill in appointment he told me my next appointment will be a new set: I told him no way. They seem to view their clients as walking ATMs--it's an uncomfortable feeling: They constantly badger you to do new sets, gel mani-pedis or expensive "spa" pedicures even after you've told them specifically the kind of services you want/prefer--it's more "them" focused than client focused. They likely would have lasted longer if I was not packing and moving and cleaning. Beyond how happy I was with how long my nails lasted and how well they were done, Jade is a also a wonderful person and I have greatly enjoyed our conversations. Such a joy to be around. Her salon has a no cellphone policy which I greatly appreciated. It's a nice break from everything. I will be back again and again. Would highly recommend!
