I went on Thursday to get my mani/pedi done. I was looking forward to getting pampered, but my experience was horrible. The young Cuban skinny girl who attended me was not courtesy and was very rude. She was on her cell phone throughout the whole time I was there. While she was cutting my cuticles I felt deep wounds on the sides of my toenails and fingernails. I told her and she apologized. She put peroxide to disinfect. But she had the nerve to ask me if I ever got a mani/pedi done before? Of course I have! Never will I ever get my mani/pedi done here again. read more

I had come here before to get my nails done 1st time was great. On Monday I came back to get my to get a gel manicure and it was all good until on the third day the gel completely pealed off, I came in to get it fixed and they still charged me 10 dollars to fix their mistake. I give one star only because it's the only way I'm able to move forward and express myself to the world about a horrific experience at NAIL MASTER SPA. This nail salon doesn't even deserve to be on the map. Hopefully its door will be shut for good while the male technician is away getting some help for his nasty, despicable character. Why he chose to work with the public is beyond me. Then again when you have customers who don't care about the way shop owners treat other customers, you send a message to the shop owner that it's okay to treat others with disrespect as long as it's not you being mistreated. This awful nail technician who lacked wisdom got upset because I changed my mind to go ahead and pay the $25 for gel polish on a manicure. You would think that he'd be glad that I changed my mind from regular polish to gel. The reason he was really upset is because he wanted to wait on a customer who was next in line for service and wanted a pedicure and manicure. Not wanting to loose her business or afraid she'd get impatient and leaveShe picked a fight with me and refused me service because I changed my mind to pay for gel and not regular polish( what an unskilled, unprofessional idiot). Clean place and good environment. However, manicure and pedicure were done poorly. Polish is uneven on my hands and feet. Manicure: I had powder gel, they didn't have any and he told me the newest thing was liquid gel which its the one he used. It burned for a few seconds and then he started putting the polish on. My nails are lifting after 2 days, he missed the edges and they are uneven and with bubbles. I had to go to another salon to get my nails done again. Worst $60 I have ever spent. I've been coming to this salon for the past 6 months and always had a positive experience: the two Hispanic ladies who worked there were always friendly and very accommodating. However, during my last visit the employees had changed and so did the customer service. I came in for a pedicure and waited 35 minutes sitting in the foot bath with no one paying any attention to me. Finally fed up, I put my shoes on and told the man who seemed to be in charge that he could have told me to come back at another time. He responded "yeah, yeah, okay"... Very rude and inconsiderate. Let's start off by saying...Tommy is the man. I came in without ever having been here nor knowing anyone that had been. The area seemed perfect for what I needed at the moment and luckily they had availability for a 7:00 full set. The setting inside strikes me like a Nail bar/lounge. The LED lights showcasing all the lacquers a girl can dream of kept me mesmerized as I searched for the perfect color. I've made appointments before and have had them disregarded when there's a wait. This place not only honored my appointment but treated me super nice. Tommy listened to me and did exactly what I asked him for...the perfect almond shape. I liked how he was such a perfectionist and really was detail-oriented. My nails came out so perfect, they honestly didn't even need polish. Another detail I really liked was that they only do gel. Tommy did an amazing job, not only did he fix two broken tips for me, he filed them into the perfect shape that I wanted. I am absolutely in love with my nails. He was also very helpful in deciding colors and putting his own creative input on it. The woman who did my nail art was so precise as well. The salon was nice and clean and the husband and wife are very polite and friendly. They have great color selection and huge parking lot in the front. If you want to get good painless service with someone who is not going to mess up your feet please avoid the crass blonde or was it orange. I dont like leaving negative review unless it's warranted. I am writing this review for the eyelash service I received. I went too get a eyelash refill after being a nail and pedicure client . Biggest mistake of my life. My eyelashes are ruined. After just spending a year on treatments too thicken and make my lashes nice and healthy I am now stuck with clumps of glue and clumps of lashes glued together. Individual lash extensions are single strands to be glued to one single lash. Instead I had a individual lash glued too a clump of 4 of my lashes and clumps of black glue. I did not even sign a medical release form before getting my lashes applied. My lashes are completely ruined and so ugly. It does not even look like I have lash extensions. I have thin puney lashes now and can't even get them fixed because if I do all my natural lashes are going too be pulled out because of how they are glued together in clumps. I have called this salon and emailed them here on yelp many times and every time I call I get hung up on. And no one returns my email. I am pressing charges against this company for what they have done too my lashes. I now have too spend 6$ a day on strip lashes so I can hide what they have done to me. So embarrassing and depressing. Thankfully I have contacted the best lawyer and they will not get away with this suffering they put me through. All I asked for was for them too contact me back and offer too somehow help me for what they did wrong. They want to ignore me and be unprofessional well that's fine. Do not go to this salon. The thin their gels and it starts chipping after 3 days. Total waste of money. The first time I went there the owner was fighting with his employees and accusing her of giving her phone number or business card out to the clients. read more

They were very detailed and used a really nice mask that made my legs and feet feel SO soft and smooth. I also loved the scents!! And I can't not mention the chairs! I wish i could give this place a zero but it won't let me. After looking for a new nail salon since my usual guy i go to left for Las Vegas, i go on to yelp and find this salon. I went to this one based on all the positive reviews and the fact that they do nexgen powder nail polish. First off, the guy doing my nails cut my nails entirely too short! Secondly, my nails weren't properly buffed after applicating the nexgen powder. What really pissed me off was that i never wanted to get gel nail polish because i have really sensitive nail beds and the uv light makes them hurt. What does he use as the clear coat over the powder nail polish? You got it, clear gel nail polish! Never again am i going back! We sat down for about 5-10 min and then 2 Caucasian women walked in and they were nicely greeted by the same workers who had nothing to say to my daughter and I. I checked this place out because of the reviews on yelp and its overall good rating, but this this salon is very unprofessional!!!! Let me begin by saying I am very picky when it comes to my nails and I am very attentive to detail. I have yet to find a salon that I leave satisfied every time. The first time I went to Nail Masters I had a great experience with Veronica, who did exactly what I asked for, without having to correct her or ask her to fix things. She perfected my nail shape copying the picture I brought in of the exact nail shape I wanted and assured me that I would leave happy and to relax because she knew what she was doing. I finally thought I found the right nail salon, but I was wrong. The second time I went was on a Sunday and Veronica had the day off so I called at 11 am and made an appointment with John (chose him based on the reviews I read) for 5 pm for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 5 pm and he had just taken another person for a gel manicure even though I had the appointment so I patiently waited 30 min until he sat me down in one of the pedicure chairs and then I waited another 20 min before he finally asked one of the other nail technicians to do my pedicure (even though my appointment was with HIM). I was still very patient and made no complaints since I was not in a rush that day and let the other lady do my pedicure. After I was done, I sat down to do my nails with him (I have gel nails) and showed him a picture of the shape I wanted and he completely cut my nails down very short, and then filed them fakely square (exactly what I didn't want!) and when I would try to politely ask him to file it a little rounder, he freaked out on me and started yelling at me in front of customers "You don't like my work, then come back tomorrow and someone else will finish for you!," moving all my stuff to the chair over and taking the next person waiting without even painting my nails or cutting my cuticles. He kept screaming at me saying I lied to him, that I only wanted a gel polish change when I even called and made an appointment for a MANI/pedi. I replied calmly asking him to stop yelling at me because it's unprofessional and I didn't do anything wrong. I simply asked him to fix something which as a customer is perfectly ok to ask for since we come in to get what WE want done, not how the nail technician likes a nail to look. After I asked him to stop yelling at me in front of customers because it was unprofessional, he then screamed "I don't care! "Don't ever come back here again!" At that point, I already had tears streaming down my face because I never once was rude or said anything after I waited for 45 min and didn't even get to have an appointment with who I wanted. One of the owners came outside to talk to me saying he would redo my full set all over again, because even he was so shocked at how John treated me and even he agreed that my nails looked nothing like the picture I brought in. Long story short, NEVER GO TO JOHN. HE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL DO WHAT HE WANTS, NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. read more

I walk in and I see a worker sleeping nbr 1 ok whatever so tommy says he is going to do my pedicure first I said ok then for some reason he has chun-li do my pedicure and he tells me that he will do my manicure and acrylic after ok so chun li begins pedi then customer walks in and lady still sleeping in next chair she isn't a customer she is a worker then tommy proceeds to do pedicure on another lady ok that's strike 1 for me then once chun-li finish the half assed pedicure he tells me I have to wait til he is done with the lady manicure after doing her pedicure that's strike 2 for me I tell him no I was first so he needs to proceed on me he tells me no I need to wait I tell him that isn't right I was first you promised my pedicure u lied then manicure now ur lying again and having me wait hell no!! Then he says oh your one of those type people that was strike 3 for me I was out!! They don't even change plastic liner in foot soak I witnessed that for my self prior to leaving!!
